Exceptional service and amazing food! The manager Matt was present and ensured our experience was special. My Lobsterita was perfect as my favorite Crispy Dragon Shrimp.

I am a firm believer that if you take the time to review a business when you have a poor experience, you should also give a review when you receive exceptional service. Tonight was one of those exceptional service nights. I took my granddaughter to Red Lobster tonight to give them another chance because my last visit was less than pleasurable, mostly due to the wait time for dinner. Tonight made up for that 100 times over. My granddaughter and I were made to feel like special guests. We were seated in Ricky's section. Lucky for us! He has a wonderful New York accent and was so friendly. He made us feel like there was nothing he would rather do than make our dining experience amazing. The server we had last time is Gina. She remembered me and came to our table to say Hi. What an asset she is to Red Lobster. She made me feel like we were friends. We talked about our families and laughed and joked about our personal lives. She was full of compliments, when in reality she was the one deserving of compliments. I've never had an experience at a Restaurant like the one I had tonight at Red Lobster in Tigard. The food was absolutely delicious, but even more important than that, the service was outstanding. I felt very valued as a customer, and I felt like they wanted my business. Thank you to the Area Manager Tiffany for giving me another opportunity to try Red Lobster, and Thank you so much Ricky and Gina for making my night out with my Granddaughter one we will always remember! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TIGARD RED LOBSTER!!!

Delicious meals! Great service! The muffins at the start of the meals are super tasty! Will definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

We had a fantastic experience at the Tigard Red Lobster! The food was outstanding — especially the delicious seafood boil bag. It was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and generously portioned. Every bite was amazing! On top of that, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Great food, amazing service — we’ll definitely be back!

Our server was very kind. I also work food service and this man spent a generous amount of time trying to see if he could add sausage for me. I really appreciate that he put time and effort in what I assume is a high-paced environment. He handled us and his other tables with a bright energy that made the experience a 10/10. The hostess was also incredibly kind and had even recognized and held a conversation with a table regulars which was very sweet to watch ! :D

l was in last night with my wife for an early Valentines dinner. Ashley took care of us in the bar and truly made the experience great. She did an amazing job juggling taking tables and making drinks and we were both very impressed. The food, drinks, and service were all amazing and we will definitely be coming back!!

I had a good experience here. The waitress was very sweet and the server was super welcoming. I would say that the food took a slightly amount of time to come out but it was all hot and fresh so that's fine with me.

I had a great experience! Daisy was the one who served my food and she was super nice and friendly. She made me feel welcome right away and checked in to make sure everything was good throughout my meal. The service was fast, and the food came out hot and fresh. Daisy really went above and beyond with her positive attitude and warm smile. She made the whole experience better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food and great service! Had the grilled lobster,shrimp,salmon trio. Perfectly cooked and excellent seasoning! Server's were attentive and pleasant! And the complimentary biscuits were wonderful too. Be careful though, or you will fill up on biscuits before meal arrives, as they are so good. Light with nice flavor. Great lunch stop while visiting the area.

I've been to Red Lobster twice this month with various friends. The service and the atmosphere have been great. Both times I've gotten the grilled shrimp which I really enjoy. I'm writing this review today because I tasted their clam chowder. I was very disappointed in it. It was nothing like the clam chowder that I have on the coast. It wasnt thick, too much clam juice and I'm not sure it had any clams in it. I'm glad there wasn't bacon in it.

Our server was Armanda and she was awesome! Very attentive, funny, sweet and just overall had amazing energy as a human. She made our night even more wonderful with her bubbly personality and beautiful smile :) it was special to get to know an awesome human and gave her be apart of our night ❤️

My husband and I came in Wednesday night for steak and lobster, and it was absolutely delicious, however what really made tonight amazing was Ricky's service! His efficiency and hospitality was outstanding. I'm a GM at a restaurant his ability to up sell and read us was something I wish my staff had. I tried to ask him to come work for me and we laughed he respectfully said." I can't I love it here too much and would never leave." Once again thank you Ricky the food was great, the drinks you talked us into getting were awesome as well. Will be back requesting you.

Great warm tasting food. My husband and I stopped by for dinner and have no regrets. Our waitress was amazing. Would definitely return!

Over Halloween weekend, my family decided to go to Red Lobster and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience and atmosphere being massively improved since last year or so. Our server Grady was excellent, attentive with refills, and never left us wanting more of those addicting biscuits. He walked us through the big menu and gave awesome flavor recommendations on the crab boil. Glad to see Red Lobster is back and definitely recommend coming in for the crab boils and delicious cocktails!

The food was delicious, and our server Ricky was great. It was a chill Wednesday night. And uh yeah, the biscuits are always a 5+.

Celebrated my brothers birthday tonight by having dinner at Red Lobster.. it did seem a bit long of a wait for our food , but it still was delicious! our waiter was Armanda T. She was attentive and expedient’s in our needs and request as welll as kept us laughin till the end. Great Time! t

The crusted Parmesan Chicken was so good. Service was good, I did feel that our server got to some other tables a bit faster than ours. I tried my husband's steak and lobster and it was okay maybe just not my vibe but he loved his dish and I loved mine.

The lobsters tails feel undercooked, as I'm about to eat my second one. I asked our server about it, and she went back and forth with the chef and said it's at the edge, but just in case they will give me another one. The server is friendly, and besides the lobster, other foods we ordered were amazing. The Mac& Cheese was so delicious. I've been to Red Lobster many times, and normally, we visit the other location at Gresham.

It was very busy at lunch so we had to wait 35 min. Food was good and fresh. I loved the biscuits. Service was good and fast. Little expensive for me. Comfort food. My favorite was lobster mashed potato and shrimp Mac and cheese.

We came here for the first time in a long time for seafood, prepared to wait a long time. We waited 30 minutes and were shown to our table on time as scheduled. We had the Ultimate Feast, Surf & Turf Sirloin Walt's Shrimp and Mussels. The portions were much larger than expected and we didn't even make it to dessert 😅. We were both so full that we were glad we only had Ultimate Feast. The Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always freshly baked and delicious. Plenty of fresh seafood to enjoy. The staff is attentive and very friendly. However, since the restaurant does not take reservations, there is always a long wait, and they are slow to take your order and slow to serve your food. 12/25/2023 We had such a great time at Christmas lunch last year that we decided to come back here this year. We ordered Mussels again because we enjoyed them last time. The food is usually not served quickly, but today it took about 40 minutes for the Lobster & Shrimp Overboard to come out after the Mussels.😓 The pasta, which was part of the set, came out another 30 minutes later.😫 We enjoyed Meiomi Pinot Noir and Seaside S'mores Martini while we waited, but we overate because we got seconds on the freshly baked scones.😅 It was probably busy because of Christmas.🎄🤔 We had Strawberry Topped Cheesecake for dessert.🍰 We ate so much that we felt like we were going to burst.😁 01/27/2/24 We had Lobster Lover's Duo and Lobster Dip. Haven't been here in years- had a craving for seafood and was in the area and decided to stop in. Was weird to see how empty it was compared to the old days. Used to be just packed all the time. Hoping this was just a slow night. The cheddar biscuits were light and flaky like we remembered. The Ceasar salad was also like we remembered- crisp with the right amount of dressing and parmeson. We ordered the Crab Rangoon as an appetizer. So good. The sauce has some heat surprisingly. I loved it. My wife ordered the cocktail shrimp appetizer and a side of broccoli. I ended up finishing her shrimp and they were fantastic! The Pina Colada dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. I ordered the New Orleans salmon. Basically a blackened Salmon with a creole cream sauce with shrimp on top. Absolutely outstanding. Phenomenal flavor- not to much heat. Just a great balance. I got a half order and got a side of shrimp scampi too. The price for that was about the same as a whole order. The scampi was great too. Overall we left full and satisfied. The receipt doesn't have out servers name, so I can't give her credit. She and the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Great job!

Cozy and amazing menu and service. I had the "Pick Three" choose your own adventure shrimp with a loaded baked potato as the side and it was delicious and LOTS! If you haven't been to the Red Lobster in a while get back in there! All new and all good!

This is a family place to enjoy delicious sea food and steaks with high quality service and kind staff! We had great times in this Red Lobster restaurant with my Dad and kids! One of my kids reported the steak not well done and we were agreed to grant our visit with a 4.5 stars! Please grant us with a like if you see our review was helpful to you or friends!

Loved the food and the server was amazing! I liked this location on how quite it was and how clean the restaurant looked the one thing though i was t a fan of is the pricing of the food i know its seafood but it does feel overpriced in some of the meals and how some of the portion sizes are small in some instances. Overall good location with great food would come back again!

I would of given all 5 stars other then my steak I ordered medium rare and asked for it more on the rare side and it came out medium. But other then that it was wonderful.

I got a few appetizers and meals for my wife, 4 kids and I. It was good but on the more expensive side. With tip it was over $200, so definitely not a regular staple to go to.

Not to many restaurants around anymore so I only go for special night outs with a friend or loved one. Easy parking. Lots of seating. Very nice service. A real treat to have live lobster. Love their famous cheese biscuits.

Be prepared for a long wait. Power went out at my home. So we went looking for food and internet. Arrived around 5:30 on a weeknight. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait. That seemed surprising since half the tables were empty, but okay. Actual wait time...55 minutes. We were just leaving when they finally called us. Serious staff shortages, I guess. Once seated, the person who waited on us was excellent. There were two people who walked back and forth several times, not talking to anyone. I am not sure what they were about, And the food was really good other than the Brussels. They had a sauce that made them too sweet. The lobster was cooked to perfection, and the dungeonous crab was a real treat. I am not sure why they are operating with half the restaurant, but they lost a lot of business while we were there from people who found the wait unacceptable. I would not have waited, except I had nothing better to do due to my power outage.

Had the seafood mushrooms and lobster cheese dish appetizers. Neither were very good, and we didn’t eat more than a couple bites. $38 wasted.

I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning we did the 3 different lobster dishes my kid didn't eat the lobster tail but I did and l don't think it was cooked all the way. Waitress didn't really come by. First time going there and wasn't impressed at all spending 80 bucks on dinner for two I was hoping for better anything. Not to mention the two pasta dishes really didn't have a lot of lobster or shrimp in them.

Haven't been here inn2 years and I gotta say it's pretty bad as far as the food goes! I got the admiral platter l, granted it's all fried but the fish literally looked like cardboard and the taste was not great it was super thin and very dry it was like earing coating and no fish the shrimp was soggy and the "scallops" were very small and fishy not worth 31$ the hush puppies were good though. The service was drest and Ricky did a really good no complaints there the place was clean but the atmosphere was dead. We ordered 2 entrées(no alcoholic drinks) 1 iced tea, 1 strawberry lemonade and the lobster dip and all of it was lackluster and left us shaking our heads after the 80$ tab, no wonder the place was empty at 615pm on a Thursday. Hopefully they get it together because that food experience was not good.

It was our first time there. First and last. Lobster tail was dry, crab legs were not cooked properly. My husband ordered a double of makers mark and got a single shot yet got charged for the double. This was the worst most expensive dinner I have ever paid for in my life. The waiter was great.

You have been warned! The “food” is inedible! Guest relations gave me a gift card to make up for a bad experience at the Salem location and so I tried the Tigard one, but there is just no making this right. My friend and I both had lobster tails and they were overcooked, salty, and suspiciously looked as though they had been scorched in a fire. The fries were pure salt and undercooked. The alfredo with shrimp was also just SALT and had no flavor. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits tasted like baking powder and baking soda and they were tiny. Yes, seafood is naturally salty, so why did they add more salt to EVERYTHING? The server, Matt D, was absolutely delightful and funny though! The poor folks serving this terrible food deserve some kudos because holy cow, it is BAD!!! I wouldn’t eat at any location ever again even if someone offered to pay me to do it! Guest relations wants me to contact them AGAIN? NO THANK YOU. No amount on a gift card will make up for how this entire business is just GARBAGE. Just STAY AWAY!

I have tried this location twice now. The first time one side was missing and the rice side was poured on top of the lobster. The second time the sides were not included at all. An inquiry into the issue with the store has gone unanswered, which reveals the true intent of the responses on this public forum. You don't get the food you pay for at this restaurant, so don't give them your money.

We had a 9 top, 5 were kids. 2 kids had mozzarella sticks and 1 was chicken stripe. The meal took an hour and 10 minutes to bring out the first 3 meals...8 min later we all had food. 2 of us had fish and chips that were cold and fries soggy. We were given 25% off and told that it was due to it being the day before Valentines day. The restaurant may have been at 65% capacity. The food thay was hot was good, so if you like to wait for 75+ minutes for half warm and half hot food then by all means visit this spot. Ive had better fish and chips at a bar and it only took 10 min! This place was terrible. The men's restroom was a complete disaster, I've seen cleaner at concerts! This place is a complete disgrace to the Darden family and the manager should be reprimanded and written up for being incompetent. Horrible experience, half horrible food, and a waste of time and money.

Ordered straight from the website for my grandma's 80th birthday, I ordered first thing for delivery at 530pm I was assigned a driver around 445 when the food was done-perfect, except it wasn't. I could see my driver just sitting at a near by restaurant which is fine but that was it. The driver continued to sit there for 10, 20, 30 Mins at 6 I contacted the driver, with no response. I contacted the driver again with no response. At this point I call red lobster to see if I can just pick up the food myself. I talked to Jonathan where he told me he wasn't sure if I could pick up the food since they outsource through door dash. That's fine but there has to be a way for door dash and a restaurant to communicate.. when I got there I ran into Jonathan again he told me I would need to report the dasher through the website (there is no way to that) my husband then asked how long our food was sitting out (it was just on a counter not under a heat lamp. (It's past 630 by this point) Jonathan replied over 30 minutes. I was informed our food was done around 445 soooooo you can only imagine how happy I am about this. Cold seafood anyone?? All that to get home and yes everything was cold and realize the one meal I got for my grandma wasn't even provided... So not only was the whole delivery a sham but we were missing the most important meal of the order. Never again

My wife and I both got the Lobster Pappardelle Pasta. Sadly it was absolutely DRENCHED in a soup of melted butter. There had to have been at least an entire cube of butter in this dish. Never in my almost 40 years have I ever seen anything like it. Probably won’t be back to try anything else after that. The server guy was great though.

Enjoyed here for a couple years but just recently had a server steal my money, she wrote herself a large tip to be charged on my card. After we left she took the receipt and the waitress decided to do this on her own. Absolutely astonishing they would hire someone like this. The manager said she would take care of it but to be honest that’s not enough for me. I don’t take being stolen likely. I am tempted to contact a lawyer about this. Pretty sad for a large over chain of food places like this to steal from there customers. Absolutely reccomend no one to come here if they continue to keep staff who are so bold to steal and charge money to someone’s card for their own pocket.
