It has been over a decade since our family went to a Domino's. We just never liked the pizza BUT we have been 3 times this year. My sister told me they had a whole new menu with more than just pizza and she was right! We actually loved the pizza!

Had another amazing delivery by alexis(aka the cutest dominos delivery girl), she is always on time to the point where I usually have to wait to feed it to my daughter she is jumping with excitement but it's always so warm I gotta let it cool down , amazing service, is always so sweet 10/10 on all 10 questions

I work closing shift valet at Top of the Rock so I typically get off around 11:00pm. My go to order is a deep dish cheese pizza with extra cheese, and this Dominos NEVER disappoints. The quality and sheer “first glance” at my pizza is enough to literally make me cry after a long say at work. I am so thankful for the quality and fast service, especially with it being so close to close. I love you Dominos.

Friday night and I went inside to place my order around 6:30 pm. Domino's is really busy! I mean really busy! Everyone is working hard & quickly to process all they outstanding orders expediently. I placed my order quickly. The cashier said my order will ready in about 20 minutes. My pizza & sandwich came out way sooner then that. Everything was so fresh, hot & delicious!

They staff are always courteous and if there is a short delay they tell you right away. Usually have everything ready by the time I arrive and there is no wait. Only thing they could do better is to have anchovies! I know very few people like them, but we do. Nice choice of crusts and sauces is always available.

Lilly at the drive-through was exceptional at customer service! There was a long line but she was bright, cheerful and apologetic. Very refreshing to meet such a delightful individual. Thank you, Lilly!

This is by far, the best Domino's we've ever ordered from. Pizza was made exactly as ordered and arrived hot. Our delivery driver, Jeff was friendly and fast! We will certainly order from this location again! Kudos to the staff!

She rocked it, and she had a great attitude. My husband and I were so impressed. She made all the food, covered the window and counter. The dining room was clean and the trash was kept up. I wish I would of got her name, we ate there at lunch time. Watch out Domino's, we may steal her.

Earlier, I gave a bad review not just because my food was messed up but because when I called back to get my food remade, the manager refused because they were busy, it was a pick up, not delivery. It was also something simple, wings and pasta. She said she'd send me coupons instead, they never showed up. I waited 2 weeks, then called again. Said she'd resend them. Another 2 weeks go by, nothing. The manager tonight, just remade my order which would have been the most simple and convenient way to fix the problem. I don't know why the coupons for free items were pushed so hard instead of a remake. I waited a month total for a remake of wings and pasta. Im sure most people would let it go, and usually I would, but this particular time it was just such a screw up that I didn't 🤷‍♀️ 4 stars for remaking it a month later rather than telling me it's been too long.

Just ordered a pizza online and picked it up at the window. When I opened the box it was the wrong pizza. I called the store in an attempt to keep another person from getting my pizza and getting the wrong pizza. The person on the line was somewhat apologetic, but didn't volunteer to make right on their mistake. Good customer service would volunteer to deliver the correct pizza for free or at least offer a significant discount on the next order. Next time I will know to open the box before driving away.

Ordered through the tracker application arrived after it showed completed. Hit "I'm Here" on the application but had to go in and check after waiting 5 minutes. Was told the order would be ready soon. Ten minutes later went back in and still not ready. Long story short got pizza 20 minutes after it said it was completed. Not happy

Ordered online and got their early. Paid for my pizza and was told to pull into curbside and it’ll be brought out to me. Shortly after parking the app notified me that the pizza was done. After waiting 15+ minutes i drive back to the window to find out that it had been waiting their the whole time. Very disappointing to waste someone’s time after the end of a long work day.

It would be nice when you order and pay for marinara, that you actually get it. Not 6 garlic butters!!! This is why when I order here, I go get it myself.

Took longer than the time they said then when it was done we watched it sit for 3-5mins more on the shelf till they cane to help us get our order. Nobody smiled...at all. And the pasta was in the box without a lid on it. So some pasta dried out and was un edible.

The food is always good and the delivery drivers are super friendly but the last 3 times I have ordered delivery they have forgotten to bring the marinara I ordered. They always go back and bring it to me. But with it happening repeatedly it seems like an issue hat needs addressed.

I placed an online order for 11:15pm. So I could pick it up after work. I pulled in and the employee ran and locked the door and started jumping around and laughing. I yelled out that I had placed an order it took the other employee to tell him to unlock the door. I walked in and the one employee that locked the door was laughing and giggling. I was talking to the other one and he barely looked around and then said that there wasn't an order I showed him the email. Then he looked up and said oh there it is it just came threw. So then I still had to stand there and wait even though it should have been done once I got there. I will never go back to this dominos ever again. They didn't even apologize.

If you live 5 minutes away like I do, your pizza will be coming to you. Cold and 30 minutes like the guy stopped at Walmart or went to hang out with his friend. You won't get anything because of their negligence at all, they're worthless.

phoned in between 3 and 3:30 8/30/20. Had one worker argue with me about what I wanted to order. Called back got a different worker with less than desirable customer service skills who went on to tell me that delivery to the only business they share a parking lot with less than 75ft away was not going to be provided if I didnt know the address. Finally just ordered online no tip for all that.

Ate one of their sandwiches it had a huge amount of sauce on it and I got food poisoning the next day. Unsanitary conditions in store and not using gloves causes sickness. Please wash hands.

Only giving one star because it makes you put at least one. We ordered pizza from here during our stay in Branson. I gave the address to deliver to. They didn't know where it was. I explained to them. I ordered and he repeated it back to me. About 30 min later, my phone rang and it was the driver. He said he couldn't find the address. I told him someone would just step outside on the driveway for him. Finally, 10 minutes later, a car pulled up. The pizza was cold. The order was wrong. It was very poor quality. There was so much oil that it had completely ruined the box. So, all in all my decision is that we will never eat Domino's again from here. So much for all those commercials seen on tv stating how wonderful Domino's is.

Made our order waited for more than 30 minutes only to get a call saying they couldn't find our address now keep in mind we are on vacation at a local holiday Inn resort the driver drove past our location three times we are waving him down he passes us stores closes they finally answer our call... gave us a bogus excuse when they have GPS to get to our location smh so we are out money and food for the night worst service I ever received from a dominoes in my life... will definitely NOT BE RETURNING FOR SERVICE HERE!!! p.s. they only got a 1 star cuz I couldn't give them a zero...

I used online ordering process to prevent fraud and give my card to anyone not entitled to it . Driver showed up and refused to give me my food they already withdrew money for food and tip for unless I give him personally my card and drivers license. Someone I do not trust or know in his car. Not going to happen . As the last 1 star also commented on the "manager " was very condescending and childish in his responses. Do they realize they work in customer service?

Been ordering from them for 3 plus years delivery driver hits 2 of my vehicles then drives off doesn't come back I reviewed on cameras the delivery driver left there entire front bumper from the hit n run we will never order from them again also having trouble getting there insurance info. Everyone watch your vehicles

I had an issue with my order that I realized once I got home. I called the store and was told I could either get a refund or a remake. I called the next day as I was told to only for them to have no idea what was going on. They took my number and said a manager would give me a call once they got in but I never received one. It’s been several days. I wouldn’t usually care but this was an expensive order.

Not a good experience at all. Ordered pizza online for delivery, received my food, but store forgot to include the dipping sauce I had paid for. Alone, not a big deal, but this wasn't the first time this had happened, and these things are 80 cents a piece! Checked with driver before he left to confirm sauce, since this seems to be a theme with this location, and he told me he didn't carry any with him, and he'd check and see how soon they could have someone out there. Meanwhile, I call the store to tell them, hey, by the time this arrived, the food will be gone, can we just get a refund on the sauce? And that's when I started getting treated very rudely. It was as if I was dealing with a bratty teenager. Absolutely disguisting customer service. Not a big deal that there wasn't sauce. It happens... I work retail, I'm used to people over reacting, but the rude and condescending demeanor is what absolutely made this an unforgettable experience! Before I could confirm that I understood what was going to be done, this girl had managed to tell me that "I already voided it, so you're going to get it for free anyway" as if I was looking for a full refund for such a silly thing, then she proceeded to hang up on me. I won't be shopping here again. Too many incidents like this with this store.
