Pho Super Noodles

I have been to this location many times over the last two years. I love there food, there welcoming environment and the staff are so friendly. There food is always tasty my favorite is the pad thai,chicken curry and the egg rolls. I feel like every category is a 10/10 the only catch is the food flavor is inconsistent but no matter what it's always tasty.

Well, what can I say.. I'm glad to have ended the 2024 year off dining at this delicious restaurant. I've been coming to this establishment for 2 years and I can't wait to continue enjoying their Pho from here on forward. The family and I always get our usual order #19(seafood pho noodles) and #13(beef and vegetable pho noodles). As well as the order of spring rolls. You can tell their food is made fresh with their decadent flavor and spices/herbs that they use. They have many options ranging from soups, teriyaki, appetizers and beverages. Their strawberry Boba is a must have for dessert! Nothing but good things to say.. keep up the good work 👏

I went in and ordered shrimp pho noodle soup and it satisfied my cravings. I ordered my food to go and it was ready within minutes. The quantity was huge. I had enough for three servings.

Highly recommend! Excellent, friendly service. We did to go (shelter in place). The food was still warm, and we didn't get to eat it until about an hour after pick up. Vegetable noodle soup, Spring Rolls, Chicken fried rice, sauces, all delicious. Thank you!

In search of great Pad Tha! i The search is over ! I've been to 12 Asian restaurants and is much more than noodle soup which is also great! Their chicken and shrimp PadThai is by far the the best I've tasted

This was undoubtedly the best Vietnamese food we have ever had. We had the potstickers and a large Chicken vegetable noodle soup. The soup base was wonderfully spicy even before adding jalapenos, the veggies were fresh although cut a little large, the chicken was fresh and thinly sliced, and the large bowl was enough for both of us. The potstickers were lightly fried, large, served with a tasty sauce, although a little greasy. If we lived here, we would eat here all the time and try out every dish on the menu.

So good! Great service, great pho. I walked in about 20 minutes to close expecting to order takeout and they told me to have a seat. Fast, delicious, hot food. I’ll be going back for sure!

Reached here around 7pm and were seated immediately. We shared the chicken dumplings appetizers, he had a pho, and I had the rice plate with teriyaki beef and vegetables. All the food was good quality and the service was quick and friendly. They have restrooms at the back, and had to wait sometime to use one. Total including tips and taxes came to just under 60 bucks.

The big beef and tendon bowl of soup plus I add steam vegetables on side 😋. Very good service. Fair price. I recommend this place.

I ordered the curry chicken pho, eggs over white rice, and egg rolls. Everything was hot & delicious! Seasoned to perfection. This is my new favorite spot by far! 10/10

Went here after hiking the High Trails Peak Trail in Pinacles National Park and the food was satisfying. We had a couple bobas to begin with and ordered pho noodles mostly. We tried, Veggie, Veggie with Shrimp, Dumpling noodles, Chicken curry noodles but substituted tofu for chicken. The broth is very soothing as is and would recommend to try it without adding any hit sauce.

It was the friendliest restaurant we ever walked into. We will definitely return. The bowls were large and plentiful. The vegetables were fresh and plenty of noodles in my #6 meal. I had the Medium and my husband got the large. Many regulars and orders to go. Delicious meal.

The owner of this place could not be nicer. He always greets us with a smile and the Pho is the best I've ever had. He even makes a special version of it for me and remembers my order each time I come in. My sons love the chicken teriyaki and my husband likes the Thai iced tea. I see many people coming in and getting the sandwiches, so we'll have to try those sometime. If you want some really good Pho, with generous serving sizes and excellent service, this is the place!

The food was very tasty and great quality, we ordered spring rolls, chicken pho, pad Thai and BBQ Pork rice plate, it was so delicious! Plentiful meat, very savory and very well marinated, the house made chili sauce really adds a nice kick. Order the spring rolls!! So good!

Really good noodles and broth. This place always hits the spot on chilly nights when we've come by. Servings are just right! The staff is very friendly and are generous with their condiments. Worth giving them a try!👍🏽👍🏽

Good Custumer service food was good very attentive

Not sure why this place gets glowing reviews. I thought the pho was meh. The soup smelled off, and the there was scarcely any meat for what is basicaly a #1 pho from most places in San Jose. They called it "beef, tendons, and tripe." I'd expected more out of this, like how'd you get the #1 from most real, authentic Vietnamese pho places in San Jose. You know, the bowls that come loaded with tripe, tendons, beef balls, flank steak, rare steak. All I got were I just got pieces of tripe, tendons, and flank steak. I didn't get any beef balls or rare steak. I was disappointed to say the least. I also got the boba, but it wasn't good boba. And they charged $5.99! Also, be careful. They charge you 3.5% fee if you use your credit card. I hate places that do this, because it shows a cheap mentality of trying to nickel and dime everything. If you're going to do this, then quietly pass the cost into the food. Everyone pretty much knows Visa/Mastercard charges vendors a percentage fee anyway. To pass it on like this makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners. Also, service sucked. Not sure why other reviewers said they got good service. I didn't get any service after ordering my food at the counter. I did try to go one other time to this place, when they said they closed at 8:30 pm. I showed up at 8 pm, and the place was already shut down for the night. Not cool.

Just went yesterday and it was the worst I've only been to three other pho noodle places and I already know what there supposed to taste like. They only have one kind of meat and it was thick and fatty it didn't look like the thin cut steak I always order it looked like brisket the flavor was off and the noodles were over cooked. Never coming here again.

Got a curry dish and it was nasty. Asked the gentalman about swapping the dish and got nothing but additude. The pho was extremely weak, like watered down. The subsituded brocolli beef was extremely salty. Only item that was good was egg rolls

Very disappointed with my visit. Service was subpar at best, forgot our drinks and were made very poorly. Boba drink was more of a slushy and our Thai tea had no flavor along with the boba being over cooked with no flavor. Our appetizers were probably the best part of the meal. The pho we got had no flavor for the soup base and the egg noodles were over cooked. The chicken wings were not cooked properly(very rubbery with no flavor) and the teriyaki chicken dish was disappointing as well, veggies were good but the chicken was overcooked and rice was too mushy. Overall a very sad visit.

I don't know where to start. Do I start that every table was dirty? Or where I was shocked they were #1 Pho in San Benito County per the plaque on the wall. For $70 the food was blah at best no flavor but the water was mold flavor. So there is that.. While we were eating another family came was given a table but no one came back to help them so they left without eating. They were the lucky ones to get away. Oh and for added bonus I got to run to the throne for while this evening. So needless to say I'll never go back.

I've been coming here for my pho fix since they opened never have I had such bad service up until this past week. I walked in to place an order to go and payed for my order. They told me it be about 40 min so I went home and returned. I gave them extra time and began my 40 min wait once I got home and left a few min later to ensure my irse would be ready. When I arrived the guy seen me and frantically begins to look for my order slip . Then another guy comes from the back to ask what my order was. I kindly repeat my order. Sadly enough my order was clearly forgotten and hadn't been made. I was told my order would be right up. I waited an additional 30 min sitting there waiting on my order. Honestly I wish I would've paid cash because with that wait I would've asked for my money back and would've taken my business elsewhere. Will I return ... never and I always would recommend this restaurant to anyone asking for a good place to eat. Now I'll wither refer everyone elsewhere and kindly warn them of the possible delays and that there order maybe be forgotten. Also while sitting there a couple came in to dine in and they placed there order and asked for two waters. Well the guy came out with waters and a new couple that had just walked in, he immediately delivered the water to the wrong table and ignored the others. Sadly enough those where the only two tables of people dinning in and me waiting on my order. They honestly need to pay attention and serve there customers in the proper order if there arrival.. did I mention worse service ever!! would not recommend !!!
