This is the best Taco Bell I've been to in the area. The staff is always nice (they have a couple stand outs), my order is nearly always correct and... well, it's Taco Bell, it's good, it's fast, it will give you all the gas. Can't beat the dollar to food ratio on the cheesy bean and rice burrito ($1 at the time I wrote this); cheapest most filling lunch in town. But that's a broadly Taco Bell thing, not specific to this location. But for me, the friendliness and skill of the staff is what makes one fast food restaurant stand out against others within their own brand, because they're all the same product.

This is most definitely the BEST Taco Bell around! The food is always great, made perfectly. Order is always correct. The employees are super polite & make each & every customer feel special. Everything is always neatly placed in the bags. The politeness of the employees is the main thing for me. That’s hard to come by nowadays especially at fast food restaurants, so I appreciate that. My boyfriend works in Perrysburg & goes out of his way to go to this Taco Bell for his lunch breaks. The best!!!

This is a good location from the one visit I had. It was better than the ones in Louisville I have been to.

The young lady working the window with a twin brother with autism deserves a raise I felt like I was talking with a friend I will be coming back to this Taco Bell for sure. Went to Taco Bell in Maumee tonight. The place was so busy!!! I went inside and ordered. The young woman in charge was amazing!!! So organized and responsive to all patrons! She needs a raise, Corporate! 😊

Food was great as usual at this location. The staff is pretty nice, and the dining areas were clean. UPDATE: 3 years later I still believe this Taco Bell is five star. The management is excellent and friendly. I had a minor mishap with the app today, and the manager got me my food exactly as ordered all while being super friendly even though she was up to her eyeballs with orders in the drive-thru.

Went in tonight 02/23/2035 at around 7:20Pm. Just wanted to give the biggest shout out to Olivia and her crew tonight because even though door dashers were being garbage to them? I’d like to throw a quick shout out to Tbell on Conant across from Meijer in Maumee. Out of this Location and the Holland Location we will always come to this one! The service has been much quicker (even with long lines of cars). The food has been right lately (wife and son are very particular), and the ladies at the drive up window have been very nice and very helpful. This is a huge improvement from years past when you’d be sitting in your car for 45 minutes for just 2 cars ahead of you. Keep up the great work!

Bill and Steph and the rest of the team always take the best care of us when we stop in. We love coming to this location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and even on the occasional holiday. By far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The food is always exceptional too. The team is so polite and always so friendly.

Our Conant St TB just went to 24hrs. We’ve been there twice in the last week, Tuesday morn at 3am, and I believe it was last Saturday, also very late. The service was very quick, and my wife and I both agreed that the food was VERY fresh and hot! Great job guys! 👍👍

Wonderful service. I believe their shell heater for their shells and burritos is too hot. As there chalupas are hard shells and not very soft. They don't have any trays for dining-in, not sure why but I didn't mind : )

Food is good. The girl at the window took it upon herself to "round up" the change on my order to benefit their charity and charged my card...I told her I didn't authorize it. She laughed and shrugged her shoulders. Sorry, but I don't see the entertainment she apparently saw.

Despite being out of a lot of their menu items, the cashier/drive thru greeter made our wait and lack of items completely worth it. The BEST EVER!!! She was energetic, outgoing, witty, and was nice as can be. Cracked a few jokes that were great! We even received vouchers for free food the next few times we go to Taco Bell.

As usual, the drive through took 35-40 minutes to get through. That wouldn't be bad if the food was good, which it usually is. However, this Mexican Pizza is a crime. Who stole my cheese???

The woman who took my order was so friendly and immediately brightened my mood! The line of cars was about 10 deep and I could tell they were short staffed. When I pulled up to the window she took my payment, while at the same time filling fountain drinks and taking an order over her head set. Amazing multitasking!

Good service but put some meat in the crunchy tacos

Ordered take out at the kiosk, got my food and everything was thrown together in a bag, nothing was wrapped correctly causing food to sill in bag everywhere. They forgot two of my items so I had to go back in and ask for them. The staff was complaining they were there working at wanted to leave and complaining about other things. Just Not professional atmosphere at all.

Being the only person in the store and forced to place my own order seems kinda off. My biggest gripe was the crunch wrap I received was, and I use this term generously, it was a value menu sized item, the sausage patty is literally half as thick as every other one I've gotten. Will avoid in the future.

I always try not to eat at the Maumee Branch, primarily because the Burrito Supreme is terrible! The refried beans are dry and they put way too much of them on the burrito!! No cheese or meat that I could see. The only thing that held you above water was the Mexican Pizza! It was delicious. All of the other Taco Bell’s use the nacho cheese and the beans are almost a liquid! Disappointed again!

I'm not sure if it's a new thing but wait times at this location are crazy long. The good: orders are accurate and window service has been friendly. I am simple and never modify my orders. The bad: the wait oh man the wait. My last drive thru visit I sat for 30 min. This is why I NEVER eat fast food(unhealthy AND a dine-in wait time?). The ugly: again, the wait. No taco is worth over half an hour in my car. The window lady was nice and it was rush(around 8pm). I just can't wrap my head around it! I know staffing is crazy these days. Starbucks used to be 5 minutes max and now it's 15 at least so maybe this is the new normal. It's just not FAST food anymore...maybe call it car service lol😫

Service was slow and when taking our order we had to keep repeating what we wanted. My order was messed up I asked for no guacamole and sure enough there was guacamole on my food. I didn’t back through and ask for a remake because I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 minutes.

Tonight, I ordered the Mexican Pizza 🍕 & when I got home & went to open up the box, let's just say that I was disappointed 😞. The Mexican Pizza that was handed out to me was a far cry from what I'm used to being served. It's the saddest looking mexican Pizza that I've ever seen in all of my 30+ years of eating from Taco Bell 🔔. It didn't even look appealing at all. That was surely a waste of money 💰.

Went through the drive through and literally everything we ordered was wrong. Called several times right after simply to let them know and no one answered the phone. Extremely disappointing the lack of pride that some people take with customer service regardless of the scale of the establishment.

Missing food from order, yet again. Tacos were broken and very little meat. Cost $40 for food we couldn't eat. Waited literally an hour in line. Menu sign out as well. Not sure what takes so long, as food is already prepped and made? I understand it's taco bell, so not expecting 4 or 5 star food, but come on...a little bit of effort would be nice. 11:30pm on a holiday week. Why is there only two employees working? 15 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up. Still waiting and it's been over 32 mins and I'm still not close to ordering. This is ridiculous. It's pre prepped tacos. Get more employees.

Newly remodeled inside. The seats are wooden and hard. The walls are white and bare. It's cold. It's an extremely uninviting atmosphere. I'm pretty sure they just don't want people dining in anymore.

After driving for 3 hours on a trip we stopped for some lunch. Waited at the register for about 5 min before someone came over to tell me to order at the kiosk. I don't want to order from a freaking kiosk, I want to talk to a human and place my order. Annoying!!! Two other groups came in and asked to place a order and they also got denied. Bathrooms are a mess, soap dispenser in men's room didn't work, trash overflowing, no changing table in restrooms either.

Nobody in the place. One worker getting drink who walked right by us. There were 2 employees sweeping (kudos to them for keeping busy).After standing at the counter for a few minutes I called out and was rudely informed that we needed to use the kisok. I get it we don't know that but none of the 3 employees who saw us enter and standing at the counter told us and the person who did (after I called out) was rude. Just a reminder the customer is the entire reason you are business

We had three people in our party and went through the drive thru. The wait was insanity. When I pulled up to the speaker, it took (literally) 10 minutes for them to be available to take my order. My time at the window was my fastest because I paid right away, then was asked to pull around to the door and wait for my food. Which took another 10 minutes. This was the same for every car in front of me (and probably behind me as well.) My total time at the drive thru? 42 minutes. Total cost for 3 people? $45 This is not fast food. This is not inexpensive food. Everything that made Taco Bell appealing since it's inception, is past. The answer to a tough economy isn't in becoming like every other fast food restaurant by adding fries and nuggets. The answer was, is, and will be in doing the different and doing it better. It's time Taco Bell went back to thinking "outside the bun."

This is by far the worse Taco Bell around & it’s crazy because it’s in a nice area. They’re very slow & very rude. I travel out of my way just to go to a different one

The door to the lobby is always locked on random days at random times with no sign on the door to indicate when or why.

Placed an order while a few miles away via the app. Opted for carry out so I could stop in and grab and go. Arrived when our food was done only for the doors to be locked. They subsequently told us to wait through the “drive-thru”. This of course added at least twenty minutes to our wait. I understand that staffing is challenging at this time; however, don’t let me order a carry out order if I can’t pick it up. When we arrived, the drive through was confused about our order even existing, saying there are no orders under our name, which was false. So we get the food and it of course is at best lukewarm. Incredibly disappointed by this experience.

Used to be my favorite location especially with it being hard to find vegetarian fast food options. Took a bite out of what was supposed to be a Black Bean grilled cheese burrito and it was filled with beef. I threw it away. Cheese quesadilla and nacho cheese was cold. Also, I paid a dollar extra for guacamole in my burrito and there was not any. Due to the lack of care for the rest of my order, I gather this taco bell doesint thoroughly read tickets. I highly suggest if you have food sensitivities to not waste your money. I spend $17 on an order I could barely eat.

I was at the Taco Bell on Contant St in Maumee around 12AM. I pulled in the drive thru knowing that this location was open until 2AM. No one answered in the drive thru, so I pulled forward to the window. Still no one to be found. Food is cooking, lights are on, signs are on, a car had just pulled away with their order right when I pulled up so I know that they are still open and serving. After approximately 5 mins of waiting we saw that they must’ve gotten truck for their supplies. I can understand having short staff, but it’s the 0 amount communication for me. My partner even thought he could see one of the employees standing in the cubby of the entrance doors for a long period of time. Genuinely just looked like they were trying to get out of taking drive thru orders. Terrible service.

Orders take so long, the longest Taco Bell drive through ever

I had to change my review from five stars down to two stars. We got burritos the other day that were stale and tasted awful. I didn't even finish my meal. I usually go to the one in Perrysburg on Fremont Pike which is always 100% awesome. I recommend going there instead. 2nd review was shorted food. management made excuses on the phone instead of trying to reconcile the situation. No apology either. Customer service is dead out there isn't it?

I made a drive thru order for 6 tacos and a borrito and was in line for more than 50 minutes. After taking my money they closed the window and ignore me for a nother 10 min. Only after a customer noticed me trying to get there attention was i acknowledged. I asked the reason for the extreme delay and was met with exterme attitude and vugar and demeaning attitude like it was my fault. After the exchange they walked away from the window and began projecting negative and demeaning so loudly inside that i cloud hear it thru the closed window. This place is run by completly unprofessional children and acted as so. Avoid this location at all cost

This was another horrible experience at this store. Every time I go here I have never gotten my sauce. Not only that, but 85% of the time they forget a food item. Tonight was the worst one. They forgot my sauce and I thought, "OK this is normal, what's missing?" Nothing, wow ok....worse. The tomatoes were on the verge of being completely spoiled. They tasted of a sour alcohol. All of my premium items ruined! I am not one to ever leave reviews, good or bad. But this, this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this. How many other customers got these rotten tomatoes? How many will get food poisoning from this?!

what seemed to be the manager on January 19 around 6pm was rude and cursed toward us multiple times like he was annoyed. we did mistake our mobile order as store pick up not drive thru I understand frustration but wasn't cool how he handled it.

Ordered for 5 people, got half of our order and the half we got wasn’t even right. When we went to go talk to someone about it, they locked the doors. (This was at 9pm, says they’re open until 10pm) Called the manager, took multiple tries for them to pick up only for them to offer a discount for the next time we order. We had people to feed now, not later. The food we did receive was incorrect and cold.

Your employees need to learn how to help people in an orderly fashion not what they are doing. If someone is waiting 15 minutes you should help them instead of the person just walking in through the door.

Went inside to make order, stood there over 10 min. Finally said hello, could anyone say hi? They said we are only working with 4 people. I said so no one can talk or at least acknowledge that someone one is waiting.. beyond rude. I left went right across street to Paco's, got full order , in less than 5 min and was delicious at about same price. Get it together Taco bell, so many other places!!!!

I just figured it out after all these times going there. But Taco Bell charges and average about $5 more per meal than a regular Mexican restaurant or Chipotle and the food's terrible plus they don't pick up their phone when you call them.

Not the 1st time issues at this TB ..this time they forgot 4 of our tacos and then the crunch wrap was falling apart. So tired of poor quality and lack of caring at this place and other places.

This location took 40 minutes to complete my order. When I got to the window, the employees just sat and talked instead of making any orders. We had only ordered 4 items.

This place SUCKS. All the employees do is sit around and laugh while everyone sits in line for HOURS. I sat in this line forever while people were speeding out of the line because of the wait. When we finally got to the window, the employees were just talking and laughing instead of taking the next order or making our food. If you’re going out for fast food don’t come here because it’s the exact opposite.

Hands down the slowest and most useless fast food location I've been to in the entire country. Usually clean but wait times can be up to 45 minutes in the drive thru. It doesn't matter if you order online because the lobby is closed half the time anyway so you are forced to get in the world's slowest drive thru. Avoid this location at all costs when possible.

The night staff is RUDE. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered more rude people in food service. I doordash and REFUSE to pick any orders up from this store after 2 separate instances. The first, I came inside, saw everyone was working and waited instead of interrupting. I was the only customer in the store. After about 15 minutes (making eye contact with about 6 different people who were screwing around) what I assume is a manager asked if I had been helped. A tall black gentleman (who i’ve encountered several times and none have been pleasant) made my order and when he was finished proceeded to play with the sticker roll (to seal bags) for about 5 minutes, put 30 stickers on it (we’ve had previous interactions so I know this was intentional) and then slid the bag to me across the entire length of the counter. My 2nd encounter I was forced to wait for an order in a makeshift “waiting area” which is really just waiting outside in the outdoor entrance when the lobby is closed. No one acknowledged me and when they finally did, a short girl with dark hair and big lashes handed me the drinks and said “Here is X’s order”. I simply said “Oh okay they had food too though” she got pissy as hell and said “Yeah they’re working on it” then proceeded to shut their pick up window and scream about me to her coworkers. I hate this place.

This is a cheese quessadilla? This location is AWEFUL. Took forever, forgot half the order, said they didnt have potatoes, lettuce or tomatoes? The workers looked stoned and obviously careless. Disgusting.

2end time here, not sure which time was worse. Either 30+ minute line for 4 cars or the missing half order of food I paid for the second time! Can we get some training at this location? Maybe require the ability to read and complete simple tasks like fill bag with items ordered when hiring people?

For superbowl 2025 we got taco bell from this location. Sitting in the drivethru, I noticed the girl preparing the food was coughing (alot) Low and behold, several dr visits later, Walking flu, antibiotics. This was the only place I visited in like weeks. Please don't come to work sick.

Never appropriately staffed. Hard to believe they could let a franchisee struggle this hard for so many years but sure enough, if you take a trip here, expect to wait 30-40 minutes or more in the drive thru. The workers are great, ownership must be abysmal

The line was long so I understood that I’d be waiting a while but 37 minutes is crazy.. I placed my order online hoping it would make it easier on the staff. All I asked for was fresh fries and fresh potatoes. The lady at the window ensured me that that the reason I had to wait so long was on fresh fries so I pulled off. When I pulled to the side of the restaurant to make sure my potatoes were fresh as well THEY WERE COLD TO TOUCH!

Got a delivery this evening and it was disgusting. Not only was items missing from my order every single item I did receive was cold and crumbling in my hand. The food was poorly made with old products, missing I ingredients in every item and not 1 item had a piece of melted cheese. You could see every piece of sprinkle cheese they used. I don't ever eat out but the 1 time I do I wanted taco bell. Needless to say waste of time, money and threw it all away. Very disappointing unfortunately. Maumee location!

Stopped to get a few tacos and didn't want to use the kiosk because I had a question about an item. No one even acknowledged me at the counter. Had multiple employees behind the counter looking right at me and not one said a thing. Like ( someone will be with you, or can we help you, etc.) Not a word. Tell me how hard is it to say something? Any acknowledgement would have been great. If they are not going to use the register on the counter then they should get rid of it and put up a sign stating please use kiosk for all orders because our team is incapable of doing any type of customer service work. Hope these people never get a real job, they could not handle it. And they want to make 14, 15, 16 dollars per hour. They are not worth it. No skills in dealing with the public what so ever. Never step foot into this location again.

What a waste of money not only was the prices for the food I ordered high dollar but it sucked. The Mexican pizza I ordered was mushy and they shorted my order a burrito I ordered. I was going to call about it but I'm probably better off I didn't get the burrito. For the price of the food your better off going to a real Mexican restaurant. Probably cheaper too
