Our server Joel was attentive and friendly. He got our order correct. The food was hot, portions were good, and the management gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary! Thanks for a great dining experience.

Food was delicious, especially the lobster dumplings and butter cake. Our server/bartender Delaney was clearly very busy and still made sure all of her customers received personalized attention.

I went here for a secret santa with my friends and i think we had Junior aka the best server ever. She was so welcoming and entertaining. She was great at making small talk and helping deciding what to get. It was such a great experience with the food and amazing service!

I recently dined at P.F. Chang’s, and while the food was absolutely delicious, what truly elevated the experience was our waiter, Josh. From the moment we were seated, Josh made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Josh was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations. Every detail was handled with professionalism and a warm attitude—from refilling our drinks promptly to ensuring our dietary needs were met with care. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between friendly and efficient, but Josh nailed it. Because of his outstanding service, we’re already planning our next visit.

Had a wonderful time here last week. Cannot get over how amazing my experience was. Food was amazing. Most of all huge shout out to my Server Danielle!!! She was professional and provided service that was spot on! Highly suggest her to anyone who goes here next time. And ask for Danielle, she was the best server Ive met in a long while.

Came here for a birthday dinner and had a phenomenal experience. The food is exquisite, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the staff is awesome. Danielle's service was top of the line. This is always a perfect place to get dinner after shopping and hitting the movie theater.

Our server Isaac was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! We didn’t feel rushed, he was attentive to detail and made sure we felt welcomed and cared for!! Our food came out almost straight away and water was always filled! Definitely made our experience a 10/10!!

Our server's name was Issac and he did a fantastic job. Helped us pick items, trying to help with reasonable cost, and very friendly. I would like to say that all the staff there are very friendly and very on it with the service. I would highly recommend going here. I'm coming here next time for my birthday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the Mongolian Beef — phenomenal! The flavor was perfect and the meat was so tender. I also tried the Chang’s Spicy Chicken (yum!) — not too spicy, just the right kick. And the lettuce wraps were absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. Definitely coming back!

Our server Issac was awesome. My husband and I both agreed that he was the best service we have ever received.

Had a great time and experience! I sat at the bar with the bartender Taylor, she was great! She recommended me a martini from the cocktail list, which was delicious! 10/10 lettuce wrap appetizer. Would come again!

Taylor was amazing! when I had questions about the entrees she gave honest feedback and I ended up loving the Kung Pao Chicken. She was very attentive and gave us refills when our drinks were low (without us even asking!) She helped us narrow down a decision with desserts and we went with the Butter Cake she recommended. Everything was amazing! Definitely will be back and requesting her service!

Monet was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind from the start, and her attention to detail was flawless. She knew the menu inside and out, made amazing recommendations, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Our drinks were always full, the timing was perfect, and she made the entire experience feel relaxed and special. You can tell Monet truly loves what she does, and it absolutely shows. P.F. Chang’s is lucky to have her, she turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. I will 100% be back and will be asking for Monet every time.

The food was alright. The beef teriyaki was definitely the best. It had fantastic favor, but the rice was slightly dry. We also had the dumpling special with butter sauce; the lobster filling was well cooked and the sauce was good, but the dumplings wrappers were falling apart, not the greatest texture. My wife was kinda done eating them after 2 so we order fried rice that lacked flavor. The food was just alright and we were generally satisfied, but I just had to write a review about the amazing service we received. Our server Isaac at this location was absolutely the best. It more than made up for the food. He was very charismatic and attentive and it absolutely elevated our experience here. Please never change Isaac.

Went there Sunday night for a birthday celebration. A little pricey but we knew that going in. I had the Mongolian beef and it was excellent. We each sampled each other's food and all of the food is very good. Junior was our waitress and her service was excellent.

Never been to P.F. Chang’s before! We came for Christmas Eve lunch while shopping in Maumee and had the greatest server JR! She was funny, attentive and sold us on the $5.00 desserts, we definitely will visit again! She made us feel like she generally enjoyed being a server even when she has bad days. We asked her a lot of questions about the menu and her favorites, she said she loves the Terriki chicken and the chicken fried rice. Great recommendations! We recommend going in and asking for her, before she left she told us to come back and see her again and we plan on it!

Draven was amazing from start to finish! He was attentive and made sure we had all the extra odds and ends my friend and I requested, which truly made our drinks and meals perfect. He was personable and gave great entree suggestions. We had an excellent meal with him and even asked him to open his fortune with us—we were definitely fortunate for that 😆 10/10 would recommend.

We went on a double date on Valentines day, night. It was very busy! Everything still came out quickly, deliciously & the atmosphere was great. Our Server was Jr, she was wonderful, friendly & we enjoyed her company!

Lily was a great server, she had a great smile and made sure our food was good. Definitely request her. She's by the bar area.

Our server, Delaney was exceptionally. Very pleasant and accommodating with all dietary questions that were asked. She also made several recommendations of menu items when asked that were very good.

Food was great. Loved the Mongolian beef. Service lacked a bit. No line at front reception desk. Had to wait an eternity to get someone to seat us. They were not that busy. Servers were very cordial, but were not jolly on the spot like out kast visit.

Service was amazing. The place was nice and calm. But I really hated my food. I got eh orange chicken I think maybe it’s just my taste but it was so bad and wayyyy too citrusy. The lo mein was good. My friend got the honey chicken and she liked it. Maybe it’s just a problem with my tastebuds

Very nice Chinese restaurant, a little pricey. The service was good and the ambiance was great. We enjoyed the Pad Thai, Singapore noodles, very yummy!! cooked to perfection. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to enjoy a good meal with family. #ChineseFood

Its a family friendly atmosphere, staff is nice. The food is not bad, but not great either. The food is etable and the portion sizes are ok, but not worth the money spent (about $30 for one person includes the tip). I got the firecracker shrimp with vegetarian egg roll meal deal. Their was a type of pepper in the main dish that was not etable due to it being over done and tasting like sulfur. However, after I removed that particular vegetable I was able to eat the rest of the meal and it was fine. If you decide to come here, I would recommend trying something other than the firecracker shrimp because if I do come back again I would try something different.

I haven't been to any PF Chang's in a long time, so I don't know if they've all gone downhill or just this one. But this was the worst I've ever been to. Ordered the Ma Po Tofu and the tofu was tiny and slimy and soggy. They did remake it though and the 2nd batch was much better. The last time I ordered this dish the tofu squares were about 1” x1". Now they are about .25" x .25". Also they took the tofu lettuce wraps off the menu. 😔 There were only about 10 people in the whole place when we got there, but the service was awful. She took about 25 minutes to bring us our drinks, never offered water. When we asked for water we had to ask twice because she forgot. Didn't have plates or soy sauce or anything when she brought our apps. I will say my boys both enjoyed their vegetable fried rice and the drinks were all very good. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I'll try another and see if they're all the same now.

Was excited to try and new PF Changs on our little Friday excursion. We were met with a parking lot we had to walk what seemed like a mile to get to. We were seated and waited 10 minutes before being asked what we would like to drink. We ordered our food and things went south. The salad was to have the dressing on the side, but was drowned in dressing. By the time the waitress came around, out food was ready to come out. When the food came out, it was over done and the sauces were candied on the chicken and was hard. After about 20 minutes of not eating our food and the waitress ignoring us as she worked her other tables several times without even a glance at us, she came over to see how things were. They got the manager, who was less than pleasant and could only offer apologies for the food. They then charged us for salads we didnt eat because they were drowned. It came with the special, but they charged me. I will never go back to this location. Customer service is not a high priority here and service was lackluster at best.

Not a great experience. Hot and sour soup was barely warm and inedible. Mongolian beef was unevenly coated, not crispy, and some pieces had uncooked cornstarch/coating. Overall, worse than average takeout, at twice the price.

We went for the new Golden Feast which is a dine in exclusive and were shocked to see that 6 pieces of bone in chicken was $40 we looked at the picture on the menu and asked the server if the bucket of boneless chicken pictured was the individual or the shareable, he told us that it was the individual so we went ahead and ordered the shareable and when it arrived we were shocked to see that, no the picture was the shareable. We thought well a bucket of chicken was not that bad for $37 but no maybe the first inch or two was chicken the rest of it was rice sticks, well we thought, no not only was it a small amount of chicken but there was a piece of balled up paper at the bottom of it taking up more than half of the room. The chicken it self was underseasoned and all the sauces were bad, even my boyfriend who likes basically everything said that they were bad, one was a bad bbq sauce, one was straight fruit sauce, one was rotten fruit and other was straight candy sweet. We asked to speak to the manager and a lady named Jesse came out to talk with us we explained our concerns with it and she said that the paper was not supposed to be there, so it was supposed to mostly be rice sticks and she took away the bucket to show the chef. She said she would discount the meal and we thought that was it. Instead of discounting the item we were unhappy about she took off our $10 appetizer instead of 50% the upsetting item. We paid the price of bucket and they said we could not keep it but we could keep the chopsticks. $40 for a pair of gold painted chopsticks. If you can find it at a Kroger it's better at home, atleast there's no tipping culture for your oven.

The lettuce wraps i had the other night. the lettuce was as small as my pinky maybe. P.f.Changs has really lost their quality, used to be a great place.
