Mancy's Italian Grill

I can't believe I haven't been to Mancy's Italian sooner! Great Italian food Lots of homemade food and drinks *bread & olive oil made in house *house made sangria! *sweet Italian sausage *pizza crust sweeten with honey vs. regular sugar. Gluten free menu I even got dessert and I NEVER order dessert! Must try and you won't be disappointed.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. Our waitress was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back for special occasions. The prices are not too high and for the quality of the food you get it is very reasonable.

I have never had a bad dish here...ever. I love that the menu changes periodically. I love that the owner and staff work hard to introduce fresh ideas and quality service. The interaction makes this place feel like you are visiting a friend's place but not just any friend. One of those posh friends who loves to entertain and feed you. They have an elegant dining area. The bar area is great and even comfy for business meetings. There are outlets at every table in the bar area and free WiFi.

We left Mancy's extremely satisfied! Our server was very accommodating and was able to switch out my sauce. The service was awesome!! I ordered the mahi mahi and risotto. It was cooked very nicely! My husband ordered the cheese tortellini. It was very flavorful! I would definitely recommend going to check it out!

Wow. Thank the Lord We have ONE really unique and authentic Italian restaurant in Toledo. From the host stand to desert, especially if you have Chase as a server, you are treated like royalty. The food is something really special, clearly made in house, and served by professionals that take pride in their craft. We’ll be back soon and we will be asking that Chase be our server. Touché!!

I liked this place very much. The food was good. I had a salad which had cheese on it, which was a mistake on my part for not asking for it without. Our waitress noted I was not eating it and offered to replace it. This level of customer service is why I'm giving 5 stats and not 4. All the others at my booth liked their food. The thyme and rosemary in the butter was also a nice touch. We got there a little after 5 pm and had no wait, when we left an hour and a half later there was a small wait, a sign of a good restaurant.

The atmosphere, the staff, the beverage and food selection for a local Italian restaurant is hands down the best around. Their dishes are authentic and their staff is always personable and knowledgeable. The pizza is delicious and save room for tiramisu!

Brandon was a great waiter! Everything from being greeted at the front to desert was phenomenal. I don’t come here often but coming back here for date night was a wonderful experience. I was a little taken back by the older woman working at the hostess stand though. She seemed a little condescending whereas the younger workers were very pleasant. Although quite expensive, the food is so worth it, portions were just right and absolutely delicious. As I mentioned our server was great, very professional yet personable, patient, and accommodating. For a Saturday evening I was shocked how empty it was but made for a better experience for us.

Wow! The food and drinks were amazing, and the service was top notch as well! Came here for my birthday, and was entirely impressed. The menu had a decent price range, so you could spend less if you want, yet everything is very delicious. Pumpkin martini was to die for. Wine was great as well. Side salads were nice, and fresh bread was a plus. Fried gnocchi was delicious as well. Bolognese was superb, as was the manicotti (just wish there was a little more for the manicotti). Never had to wait for our next course. For birthdays, you can get a free tiramisu or a discount on the bill. Vicky was one of the best waitresses we've had eating out anywhere in a long time. Definitely will be back!!

In all of my 661 reviews of restaurants i gotta say this is one of the few times I give a restaurant a 9.5 outta 10. We came here on a whim from Michigan for a date night and from the beginning we knew it was the right choice. Our waitress Dina was very attentive and made sure we had water and bread throughout the night. It had a great crust and soft inside. The butter was flavorful and whipped with herbs that you could taste. The oil that came with it was ok. I'd stick to the butter. I got the chicken picatta and it was packed with flavor. That lemon herb butter sauce was perfect and balanced the dish. For dessert got the limoncello cheesecake and it was phenomenal. Such a wonderful date night and great restaurant. Definitely coming back.

If I could describe Mancy's in one word it would be "delicious." But that is only one aspect of this restaurant. The decor is warm and inviting. The lighting fully compliments the elegance of the dark wood. Mancy's is the perfect place for impressing your date or a business client. The staff is as exceptional as the food. We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Mancy's is well worth a visit if you like fine dining.

We came in without reservations on Christmas Eve and were able to sit at the bar. The ambiance was exceptional and the food was sensational! We will definitely be back!

Just had lunch there. Food and service excellent. Will be back. Best service in a long time as compared to other restaurants in the area. Minestrone soup was great as were the Italuan meatball dish.

The Mancy family of restaurants are excellent and Mancy's Italian Grill does not disappoint. Great wine and beverage selection and the calamari was delicious. I had the pollo marsala and the others at my table had the pollo picatta and we all enjoyed our meals. We shared a tiramisu and I can honestly say it was the best version of that dessert I have ever had. Great service and although not inexpensive not much more than many of the chain Italian restaurants but far superior in quality. Will definitely be back.

They have a great menu...delicious wines and cocktails..Definitely try the pizza it's that good. The staff is amazing and the service is 5 stars. Bar tenders are extremely knowledgeable with all types of drinks and your needs. Highly recommend a night out here.

We are frequent guests at Mancy’s Italian, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back — the food, the service, and the atmosphere are always excellent. Most recently, we hosted my daughter’s baby shower here, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Kim, the event planner, was incredible. She was organized, attentive, and made the entire planning process stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Our waitresses, Dina and Aubree, were amazing as well — friendly, professional, and so attentive to our guests. They made everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire event. The baby shower was beautiful, seamless, and memorable, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you to the entire team for making such a special day even more special. We can’t wait to return (again and again!)

My wife and I were in Toledo recently and decided to try this restaurant. The service was impeccable and the restaurant was extremely clean. I come from an Italian family and am a harsh judge of others Italian cuisine. The food was amazing and cannot say enough about how professional the staff were. I don't often leave reviews but had to leave one for this place. Please go and visit, I guarantee you will want to return like my wife and I want to.

I went here on my birthday and I received the royal treatment! Honestly, the service I received there was better than the service I received in Italy on my honeymoon! Kim was amazing - she held my newborn while we enjoyed our dinner (she was polite and asked first, of course!) Dina was our waitress and was so personable. The food was delicious too! I always opt for the pepperoni pizza. I also had their cosmo and espresso martini. I highly recommend coming here! I have so many great things to say about Mancys from the service to the food! Truly the best experience I’ve had dining.

Diana was over the top server. The cocktails were delicious, the Cesar salad was so good-they provided anchovies in it per my request. The pizza was great. My husband and I shared a pizza and it was just the right amount of food. Such a memory maker dinner.

Its best to make a reservation. We went on the spare of the moment. Our wait time for a table for 2, on a Friday night was an hour and a half. The bar was packed. Patrons ordered food at the bar and ate there. They had a great band playing. You could hear the music throughout. So we sat were we could, on a couple of chairs, in a walkway, where servers passed frequently. We sipped on a couple of drinks and enjoyed the music. When it got close to 8:30, we decided to order our food to-go. Bar staff was super friendly when taking our order. They don't normally take food orders, unless seated. Food was very tastey, but the portions were small.

Mancy’s Italian is a staple and never a disappointment when dining. The atmosphere is always low key but fun; the service is great and the Italian food is better!

When my brother asked me what’s kind of food I wanted for dinner, I didn’t realize he had eaten Italian the night before. I only realized that fact when the waitress who had served him the previous night remembered him - and his order. Our waitress was Nikki (Nicole) and she was fabulous. She was informative and very attentive. Great waitress. I split a chicken Parmesan with my brother in law. It was great. The chicken was moist and crispy. The pasta and sauce were perfect. My brother had spaghetti bolognese. My friend had a margarita pizza. They each loved their order. We had pray martinis that were to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The carbonara was nice. No cream, plenty of egg yolk , but not much parmesan. It was a very mild carbonara.

The steak and dessert were amazing. The service was immaculate and it nice and an amazing time. However there were way too many fruit flies.

Service (Deena), salmon, linguine, alfredo, and house salad were all excellent. I especially enjoyed Deena's knowledge of wine selections. The lasagna pinwheels were too salty though.

Beautiful restaurant and vibe. Food was kind of bland. Waiter showed no sense of urgency. Waited over 10 minutes for water and bread. Gnats were conversing with us while eating as well. My first time here was a 4/10. I ordered the short rib pasta and it wasn’t served hot.

The atmosphere was nice and subtle as I able to talk and catch up with a friend. This was my first time here and our waitress was just ok. Maybe it was a long day for her but she was to the point with everything! As we were packing up our food in the end, she was removing everything from the table just as fast. Taking plates, silverware, left over bread, etc. I just think that she should allowed us to pack up our food, get everything we wanted, and then removed excess clutter. Overall my dinner was ok and I would visit again but definitely trying something else on the menu. I got the pinwheel lasagna.

I thought food was good, menu seemed small. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Others got pinwheel, pasta, salmon. Service seemed slow. Brought bread without dipping oil, we had to ask. Wait between courses seemed long. Ambiance is average. Everything looked old, lighting was yellow-ish. Definitely could use a face-lift.

Dined here tonight Dec 22. Service was very very slow and not at all attentive. 2 hours from sit down time to getting our meal. 2 delmonico steaks both overcooked from order. Very long spans between seeing waiter. Carne pizza was on par with digerno. All our beers were slightly cooler than room temperature. Waters not tended to. Fettuccine Alfredo ordered with out mushrooms, came with mushrooms. I have had many meals at sister restraunt bluewater grill with great service and great food but unfortunately mancys Italian was nothing close to that.

I ordered the Pollo Alfredo and the chicken was terrible. It was a small, thin dried out piece of chicken. The pasta was tasty as was the Mozz Brick app, the bread and the house salad. Our cocktails were also good Our server did a good job. The chicken - TERRIBLE.

Yes two stars. Why, long blonde string of hair in my cheesecake. Unable to finish my dessert, so I took it home. So happy my son didn't eat my leftovers. It was such a awesome dining experience. This I can't forgive. So disappointed.

Place was nice and our male server was adequate, the female staff was a bit prudish and off putting. It seemed our server had too many tables he wasn't on top of things as he portrayed himself to be. I wanted to go there for a traditional dish of lasagna but to my surprise they had some lasagna inspired dish called "lasagna pinwheels" or something. It was not what I came for and I should have ordered something else. My wife's oder was just ok neither of us will take the hour drive to go there again.

Terrible! Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The tortellini was microwaved so long that it was burned, and dried out. Would have loved to tell the server. But it was taking way too long. Our reservation was for 645. We didn’t get food until 8:20pm. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Everything was terrible except for my drink. Though, it took a solid 35 minutes to even receive it. No bread. The 6.00 side salad you had to pay additional for-had 1 drop of dressing. It tasted like dry lettuce. But we waited so long and we were so hungry, that we couldn’t continue to wait. We ate the dry salad just to somewhat fill our stomachs. Good thing we did, because it took an additional hour after dry salads. I’m so mad I paid for a babysitter, and wasted a night out at this place. Do NOT recommend. Mancys-why does the menu say *baked* tortellini? It’s obviously microwaved. You could tell by the huge splatter all around the bowl. Why does a Microwaved tortellini take 90 minutes? There was nothing left in the tortellini except air. Probably stale air, from how long it took.

went for Valentine's Day dinner. felt rushed through the ordering process. The waitress spilled my drink all over me and my appetize. brought me some of those napkins the use to roll the silverware which does nothing to pick up the water had to move spots at the table since it was soaked she brought out food asked for cheese on my pasta she grated cheese and in the process got cheese all over me. got food to go and got desserts to go offered no apology no discount I attached a pic of the dessert looked like slime in the to go order over 100 dollars to have drink and food spilled on me and no apology.

So disappointed. Dined here for the first time under the impression that this was supposed to be a fine dining, romantic establishment. Nope! Loud pop music playing then an even louder, obnoxious live band. When we came in the place was pretty empty. In my reservation comments I asked for a quiet table that was more private as we were trying to celebrate our anniversary. 1st table they sat us next to was one with a baby and crying toddler. Asked to have a better option.... they sat us next to the kitchen entrance where there cooks were loud and swearing constantly. As someone who comes from a Sicilian family, you expect a lot different from somewhere claiming to be authentic Italian. I might as well have gone to the Olive Garden.
