El Sabor Caribe

I ate there a month ago and it was my first time. I had the red beans and rice with chicken. The rice was your typical white rice but the red beans were definitely authentic. It tasted like the beans my great grandmother made and the chicken although fried had an authentic taste which took me back to childhood. The food was a great proportion for the price and was served with a salad.

Went to yellow green farmers market this past Saturday and this place was a diamond in the rough amazing food and service all around! Wonderful ambience fun music and I would definitely recommend getting their been ponchos and yuca alcaparras i also couldn’t resist the arroz con gandulees y Berlín😍 I was also able to have a cola champagne which is a Spanish soda I haven’t had in many years brings me back to home Viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Comí allí hace un mes y fue mi primera vez. Pedí arroz con frijoles rojos y pollo. El arroz era el típico arroz blanco, pero los frijoles rojos eran sin duda auténticos. Sabía a los frijoles que hacía mi bisabuela y el pollo, aunque frito, tenía un sabor auténtico que me transportó a la infancia. La comida tenía unas proporciones excelentes para el precio y venía con ensalada.

Fui al mercado agrícola Yellow Green el sábado pasado y este lugar era una joya en bruto. ¡Comida y servicio increíbles en todos los sentidos! Ambiente maravilloso, música divertida y definitivamente recomiendo sus ponchos de pescado y alcaparras de yuca. Tampoco pude resistirme al arroz con gandules y Berlín. 😍 También pude tomar una champaña de cola, un refresco español que no había probado en muchos años. ¡Viva Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷
