What can I say....... It's Starbucks!! Need my caffeine fix so I go to one of the many. This particular store is crowded, most of the time, because it's on Hollywood Blvd. The staff's really great at moving everyone through so I've never had a long wait. Drinks are always exactly as ordered (yummy).

Great coffee shop right next to the Dolby Theatre on the Hollywood strip. Great stop for that extra boost for that night time stroll through here. Baristas are pretty fast for the amount of traffic that comes in. The place is kept up well and the tables outside make for a much better scenery. Families, couples on dates, and people riding solo can be seen here as it is a vibe for all!

Please do better in making drinks I ordered three times still can’t get it right

Lack of humanity is real at this Starbucks location. I’m a delivery driver on the road for many hours at a time trying to supplement my full time day job. I work very hard- and desperately needed to use a restroom after being on shift from the wee hours to morning - and I was told “no restroom for customers.” I was there for a delivery. I’m quite literally not a customer, i help their sales by taking their product to the customer’s door. I’m obviously not transient, not looking to shower in the sink of their bathroom. Try to have some decency toward fellow workers on the grind. Really PATHETIC behavior.

This is one of the few Starbucks left in Hollywood, and one that I walk right past every time. There are no seats. Why would I purchase an expensive, over-priced beverage to-go?!? I can purchase one for a quarter of the price at a gas station if I want the "to-go" experience. Or, at McDonald's, which offers plenty of seating. This is one of the main reasons Starbucks is dying.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks. It never ceases to amaze me how unorganized this place is. It is constantly crowded, so I get the high demand… but wait times can be up to 25 minutes for a simple order if you don’t order ahead. I usually order ahead, but the app has been glitching lately, not allowing me to order my usual order, app saying it’s “out of stock” or “sold out”, but I’m able to order when I go inside. I don’t get it. But regardless, my simple order… two iced coffees… has taken 20-25 min in my last three visits. Unacceptable. The kicker is when I order two of the same thing (two iced coffee with heavy cream only), to wait, and only have them make ONE, and wait some more. The incompetence is wild.

Honestly pretty off day. It took 15 mins to get my coffee depite the store not being busy. Coldbrew wasnt working. Came in for the lavender foam…. Long story short: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It barely tastes like lavender, doesnt have the purple color they advertise. They made it again without any improvement.

I am zero star extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks location. Unlike other Starbucks stores that provide complimentary water to customers, this location refused to do so, which is both surprising and unacceptable. Additionally, the cashier, Sabina, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the experience even worse. The lack of basic customer service and disregard for hospitality is unacceptable for a well-known brand like Starbucks. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately, as this level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.

I’ve always appreciated that Starbucks locations provide free water for their customers, but unfortunately, this particular location does not. When I asked, I was denied even a simple cup of water, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cashier, Sabina, was quite rude and did not provide good customer service. Overall, my experience at this location was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend it. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service in the future.

I hope they will teach this man (see time label) how to make an energy drink. It's so sad I have to drive miles away from LA all night with this boring drink.

A bunch of homeless people smoking dope and loitering outside of this Starbucks. We refused to go in. So disgusting. Hollywood in general is disgusting and this is a perfect example of what is acceptable here. I can't imagine what the bathrooms look like. If you can avoid this area all together, I would suggest it.
