I don't eat much pizza but when I do, I enjoy it over cooked and crispy, I order saying this but I never actually get it this way, I normally have to come home any turn my over on to finish cooking it to my liking. However, today they finally did cook my pizza to what I concider perfection. Also, ordering in person is cheaper than online specials for those who like to save money.

Why is it necessary to lock the doors to customers and insist on shoving boxes through a tiny window when the delivery guys are in and out of said door while we are all standing in line? Makes no sense. Also, please learn to read the order. Square cut means in squares not triangles.

Food always comes out decent. Customer services always hit or miss. Depends on who's working today and if they want to work or not. Be ready to be disappointed on customer service.

Probably the worst service and quality pizza I've had from a papa johns (and i buy from papa johns a lot, just other locations). I ordered garlic bread sticks and the put some sauce all over regular breads ticks and handed it to me like that. They then argue "that's how its served" I have never had garlic bread sticks served that way. If you dont have it ready that's your problem not the customers problem to deal with. Look at the photos and you will hard, and thin bread. NOT at all like papa johns fluffy and thick bread I have been having for over 10 years. Very disappointed in this location. Unlikely to buy from this location again.

Feels like you HAVE to add extra on the toppings to get a decent amount of them. This is their regular amount and it barely had any pepperoni.

Terrible experience with DoorDash delivery. It's preferable to pick up the pizza from the store yourself...or buy a different brand. My order was left more than 100 feet away for 30 minutes. Horrible.....

If i could put 0 stars i would i waited over an hour for my order for it to be cancelled on me last minute… i called to find out why my order was cancelled and was told the delivery driver could not get in the gate and had called me over and over which is not true! I waited by the phone for a call from the gate im starving and so are my 3 kids!!! Maybe its time to replace your drivers and update your staff because this was the first and last time i order from this place. 👎 🚮

They mess up orders. Don’t pay attention to dietary restrictions. Horrible service. Ask for no cheese they put cheese on the pizza. Didn’t offer to fix the pizza wanted us to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to make a new pizza, didn’t offer any expedited services to fix the mistake they made.

We arrived at 10:23 and made our order we are under orders to a sloth near the door we ordered three Pizza two regular crust and one Thin Crust as pizzas came and went through the delivery system five other walk-up orders came all of the other people who ordered received their pizzas we still waited finally our pizzas came to us through the small slot immediately we knew something was wrong we had ordered a large thin crust because that's what they had we ended up with a small regular crust pizza we have them correct this we waited a little longer we finally got our pizzas at 11:05 well do you think that was satisfactory having five other people order after you did receive their orders and had been gone for them to mess our order up make us wait even longer and what's that little slot about it certainly made me feel unwelcomed there's no sign indicating to order here or any type of explanation so you'll see that I did not award them any stars at all do you think I was harsh do you think I was treated unfairly

We don't order from here often, but when we do most of the time there's a problem with our simple order. Received an under cooked pizza a couple times. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, received a plain cheese pizza (though our order on the box clearly says pepperoni). What made it worse was we had to COME in person to drop off the pizza and wait for our original order. A waste of gas and time due to THEIR mistake and no compensation, ridiculous. Today, a complete mess! There was sausage on our beef pizza (sausage is gray, beef is brown), the slices were not cut (we had to do it ourselves) and so much air bubbles in the dough so more dough and less toppings. The cheese sticks were also extremely greasy (look at the photos). This is the "quality" you get from one of the most expensive pizza chains, come on.

I ordered garlic bread, and after a 45-minute wait, this is what they brought me. All of it was burnt, and I also had to endure the poor service and overcharges. This is my first time here, and I don't plan on returning, at least not while the employees are so shameless and straight-faced.

Every time I order from this store my order was wrong then when I called the store to let them know I get brushed off I will be calling the corporate office Monday morning! ORDER YOUR FOOD ELSEWHERE!! Pizza is really hard to mess up.. unless it never gets to you. We made an order on PJ's app, and it said it wouldn't arrive for 45-65 minutes, so we were excited when the app showed that the driver left their restaurant about 30 minutes after placing the order. The driver (a Spiderman icon on the app) dropped off another order 1 street away from ours.. literally walking distance away.. then proceeded to drive ALL OVER HOMESTEAD AND FLORIDA CITY. We called the store to see if he got lost, and a very rude girl kept repeating "WE'RE CLOSED!" After waiting an hour & a half for our food, we just gave up and cancelled our order.

I was picking up an order for a DoorDash customer and I approached a certain individual and ask about the order. She literally looked at me rolled her eyes and said can you give me a minute. The manager was present so I ask for her name to report her to corporate and he said it’s against there policy. If I could give this location no star I would. As a person who worked in the food industry for 10 years I must say that this individual has no communication skills or professionalism in any way. I was outside talking to manager and she was leaning on counter taking customers orders and I point it out to management. She was not only was smirking and laughing but also acting like a child. I feel that this individual should just stay home if she doesn’t know how to work like a professional.

The online people told me to call the store. I told them I had and the store told me to contact 0nline. So the online folks told me that the store would call me. They never have.

They have three employees who are useless, they're always playing games and talking nonsense, the manager doesn't solve anything, I placed a pick-up order over the phone, when I arrived it wasn't even being processed, I placed another order, paid for it, and came back in 20 minutes and the order didn't exist. Terrible service!!!!
