Great to pull up place an AI order and the food ordered is correct. The AI voice recorder hurts workers on the base level for this economy at the moment but Businesses need to make a profit with the economy in a market that's saturated with an influx of calculated and untimely investments due to the info structure of the politics.

The ladies and gentlemen working tonight (10/08/23 around 8pm) were very professional, courteous, and an all-around great team. They worked in unison fluidly and I was able to get my order hot and FRESH in a very short amount of time. It was a pleasure being served by this Wendy’s tonight…I rarely go to Wendy’s…never been to this one, and I’ve NEVER had fresh Wendy’s nuggets until tonight. My burger was fresh…my lettuce was CRISP! My bun fluffy! My tomato firm! My bacon crunchy! How?! It’s amazing to see young people like this work in such a way that service is provided quickly and efficiently. I applaud them all and I’m kicking myself in the leg for not getting all of their names so I could thank each of them individually. Their competitors across the street don’t come close in service. Great job, everyone! Thank you! ❤️

Their Dave's double is a great burger! Their spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good 💯 which is the one my wife buys all the time. We were there today and the person that helped us didn't even say hello, didn't even look at us acknowledging our presence, I even told him it looks like you don't want to be here do you? Oh well. The overall experience is always great at Wendy's.

Was a nice small Wendy's attentive staff, a lot of online orders/drive through so when I went around 3pm was nice and quiet inside. Your food will be nice and hot, got some fresh fries with the sausage nuggets. A nice little spot

Their ordering screen uses an AI system that can’t hear properly—possibly due to the noise from the nearby main road—and often misunderstands what you're saying. You end up repeating the order at the window, wasting even more time. It feels just like calling one of those frustrating 1-800 numbers that annoy everyone, no matter the language. These systems are not more efficient than real people. Two others ordered and got through even slower than we did. And on top of that—guess what? Even with all that tech, they still didn’t give us utensils, and sauce. So we had to park and go inside anyway. It was completely ridiculous and a total waste of time.

I gave it those stars on service because they ALWAYS (NEVER FAILS), get my order WRONG! I'm lactose intolerant, and I always ask for NO CHEESE on my burgers, well they constantly add cheese, don't know why! I'm always disappointed...
I normally get good food from here... first time ordering grill chicken wrap and the chicken was so hard and dry its worst than chewing a well done 16oz steak cut with the grain.... im so heated this is the first review I've ever left for any establishment in my life...

The food looks awful and the person attending the drive thru didn't even give me what I ordered and the disgusting "baconator" I'll let everyone see how it looks like, I have no words to describe how bad this experience was.
Everytime we go here they mess up the orders. They either don't give you what you order or they would give you a smaller size of what you paid for. For example I went on 04/14/19 at 11:57 the host was Gayle and the order #3399 we order a combo and also a large chili with fries. Instead they didn't put the fries and small chili. You can clearly see in the pictures attached that we order a large chili but instead got a small one. Which got me upset because we pay to get everything we order nothing less. Don't go here!
I asked for a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. Instead I got a chicken Sandwich with Mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. I don’t understand how can you mess this up when there wasn’t even anyone in the drive thru.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all, this place wasn’t busy. We were the only car in the drive-through and the only person inside was a delivery driver. We pull up straight from the road directly to the speaker. The manager was the one taking orders through the speakers. She was extremely dismissive, kept interrupting while I was ordering, and then would question me on what I just ordered. She would hear me if she stopped interrupting. She then proceeds to yell through the speaker to pull around to the window without providing any previous instructions. We pull around to the window and we are immediately handed the wrong drinks. I tell the cashier (a young kid) that we actually ordered something else. He immediately started on fixing it but it brought over the attention of the manager. She immediately caught an attitude and told us we were the ones that were wrong. Okay, no problem. I can be wrong sometimes. Before asking to see if there’s a solution to the problem (paying a difference if there was one, placing a new order) she just hands us our food and drinks and starts badmouthing us to the kids on her shift. The window was open and we have been nothing but polite. There was no reason to treat us like this. I ask for the receipt and she tells me I don’t need one. I ask for a refund and she says we can call corporate. I try calling corporate and I’m stuck on hold for over half an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. Im a young guy and have worked the service and retail industry since I was 16. I know what it’s like to work fast food. I even managed the Pollo Tropical across the street and the Denny’s in Florida City. This lady was absolutely ridiculous. I hope someone sees this and contacts me. I don’t care so much about leaving reviews but I asked for a refund and was brushed off so this needs to be handled. Oh! She even confirmed our order at the speaker and we still didn’t get the right food and drinks.
I placed an order here through uber eats and it was processed but when the driver went to pick up the food they were saying it wasn’t paid for. I then called to ask what’s going on and they were no help saying it wasn’t paid for despite uber eats not allowing the order to even go through if it wasn’t paid. The manager was very nasty and rude and hung up on me multiple times despite me being amicable.
Today I went to Wendy’s drive thru and ordered using AI ordering- took the correct order then after driving up to the window to pay and receive my food. This location was so concerned about drive thru times the crew member asked me to reverse and wait until my food was ready. Assuming I was getting fresh food, I happily reversed and waited patiently. After driving home which is less than 2miles, my order I received was wrong and my food was cold!! I have tried to call and make contact but no one answers the phone. This is very poor customer service.
Very very bad idea to have a I or whatever taking our orders it is very stupid it is a hassle just to make any changes to your order if I have to go through this again I'd rather go somewhere else
So I ordered an apple pecan salad. I was told that I would have to opt for crispy chicken as the grilled was being prepared. No bother, But why is there cheddar cheese and a chicken patty sat ontop of my salad. It's not even sliced? The lettuce is browned. Its a salad that's almost ten dollars? It should be made to perfection. The job isnt difficult?

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is hands down the worst place in the world to buy a burger. The bun was rock-hard, clearly old. The meat was dry, flavorless, and overcooked, like something reheated from days ago. They don’t even put what you ask for—they just make the burger however they feel like it, and then charge you as if it were gourmet. Ridiculously overpriced for the garbage they serve. The food is disgusting, it honestly makes you want to throw up just by looking at it. An awful experience from start to finish: terrible food, mediocre service, and zero respect for customers. Complete waste of time, money, and appetite. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
