A pretty standard location for the national pizza buffet chain. The pizza isn't high quality, but it's not bad, and for less than the price of a small pie at most other places, you get all you can eat. Went for dinner on a Monday night. They weren't that busy, but it wasn't empty, either. Understaffed, but the employees that were there were doing their best to keep the buffet stocked, and we never had to wait that long for new pizzas. The dessert offerings were the best, especially the cinnamon rolls and apple cinnamon dessert pizza!

Someone's kids were running around jumping on everything and disturbing everyone and the "parents" were doing nothing to stop them. Half the tables were covered in dirty dishes and half eaten food with no one in sight and we watched 3 employees come back from break and not even glance at it. One older woman was the only reason there was any food at the bar, and she was struggling to keep it there.

Came at 2 to feed a large group we had 19 people 17 of my group ate, due to dietary restrictions 2 of my group didn’t not eat and I was still charged an extra person for 18 people when I tried to explain to management that they over charged the dismissed me after counting my group again. No matter what I said she would not listen. I will not be back.

I don't know if it was just the day that we visited, but it was packed full of people and messy. The place clearly didn't have enough staff. We felt bad for staff because it was so busy and there were so few employees. The little bit of food that we got to eat was nasty. The buffet really wasn't a buffet because they couldn't keep food up there for anybody to get. There was a line to the wall of people trying to get food that wasn't even up there. The cinnamon rolls were put out and they weren't completely cooked. A stranger passed by our table and remarked about how it was so dough-y and not done. The pasta bar had no pasta the whole time we were there. The whole building was a mess. The staff couldn't even clean up and wash cups. Everybody who came in had to get clear cups that are supposed to be water only cups. This isn't a big deal, but gives you an idea of how packed, messy, and understaffed it was.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had in a while. Overpriced for what it was. The pizza buffet was empty the majority of the time. The staff seemed like they didn’t care and moved so slow. Pizza was extremely greasy and just gross. I am 100% certain my husband and I will experience food poisoning from the food. The pasta sauce was disgusting as well. The only thing that was edible was the chicken noodle soup and the buffalo chicken pizza. The veggies on the salad bar didn’t look good either. Won’t ever be coming back. As of today 10/06/2025 they have an 88 food safety rating, which wasn’t noticed until after we paid. Avoid at all costs if you have any form of taste buds or self respect.

UNSANITARY! EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPARING THE FOOD! I noticed the employee who was making the pizza was not wearing gloves, and he did not wash his hands after touching other items. I brought this to another employee's attention, who went to the kitchen to say something. I was pointed out, and the employee who was preparing the food gave me a dissatisfied look and kept making the pizza WITH NO GLOVES. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant. I have already reported this through the corporate feedback portal as well as other regulatory agencies.

WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE: I wasn’t the only unhappy customer. I rarely go to Cici’s, but it was after 8 PM, and my family and I had been out shopping. We just wanted something quick so we wouldn’t have to cook. The first thing we noticed was that there were only a few slices of pizza left—and a spinach pizza that no one wanted. We went to get something to drink, but there wasn’t any ice, the floor wasn’t swept of cleaned. At that point, we decided to leave and asked for a refund. The girl at the counter didn’t say anything, just pointed to a sign that said, “No refunds.” Shortly after, an elderly couple came in and experienced the same situation. That’s when I started getting upset, especially because the girl at the register got disrespectful and said, “I’m not the cook.” The couple called the refund number, and while they were on the phone, the manager finally came out—from wherever she had been during the 40+ minutes this was all happening. Then, another customer mentioned that he had been waiting over an hour for two pizzas—a cheese and a pepperoni. When he spoke to the manager, she responded rudely and even cursed at him. FAST FORWARD ⏩ I have a video of the rude manager trying to kick the guy out. Overall I felt bad for the people especially the elderly couple for being taken advantage of. And the workers that took the hit because their manager was out doing who knows what until 30 minutes before closing time. I didn’t proofread or check to see if this made sense due to being so pissed off.

The manager was very rude when I asked her a question about toppings . She was very short with a dusty wig. I called to file a complaint I received no answer. The staff was fine but the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Ruined cicis for me I hope she finds a god that loves her so she can love others and treat people with respect

Very disappointed. We stopped here on the way home during a 10 hour drive so my girlfriend could have a mac n' cheese pizza. We were told it would be at least 20 minutes because nobody there knew how to make one. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked again. After another 30 minutes, we left. On top of the poor service, the floors under the booths were filthy and the employees didn't put on gloves the entire time we waited. The restaurant was not busy at all. And if youre going tobhave a picture of a pizza in your window, I recommend knowing how to make it. We make this trip once a month and will not be coming back

If I could leave ALL 0 STARS I absolutely would. The WHOLE restaurant disgusting. The staff played, RUNNING AROUND, making racial slurs to the Spanish community and cussing openly with children/customers present. Was not busy and they had SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS to CLEAN SOMETHING!!! Every staff member had an attitude of I hate my job and it is the customers fault. It was sad. Very sad. Never EVER spending my money there again. Do better. SMH.
