I've gone here for my Chinese off and on for years. It's family owned and operated by a wonderful, friendly group of people who've reinstated their time and money back into the community through renovation and rental of local properties. It's been great to see a small business thrive on great customer service and good food.

Best Chinese food in all of Rochester!! We love this place and get take out from them almost every week. The fried dumplings and fried rice are especially delicious!

Ive lived in toronto buffalo nyc san francisco and order food just about every night theres is honestly top notch so suprised it was real chicken not like most chinese places honestly great food

Excellent food with ample servings. Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice couldn't eat half of it. What was left over was what I usually get for almost the same price at any other restaurant. I highly recommend

Typical Chinese American restaurant. Food is made very well and quick. The people that run it are fantastic and are very well-liked in the community.

I love this takeout place. I order the veggie fried rice and the vegetables are all so fresh and crunch and you can tell it's homemade not just out of a bag or something.

Tell me why I have lived in Avon over 8 years now and no one has told me about Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant in Honeoye Falls??? I would always drive to henrietta to get good chinese. But even that has gone down hill. We were coming back from Victor tonight and my husband asked if I wanted to stop. Initially I said no. I thought it would just be some hole in the wall place with disappointing food. We turned around and gave it a shot and boy was I wrong!!! The place is super clean, decorated nicely, a nice seating area, the owner at the counter she took about 20 mins to talk to me and explain how they make their egg rolls and dumplings by hand daily. They shop for their veggies atleast 3 times a week locally. She explained how they do their sauces a little different to add more flavor, she even gave me samples of 2 different entrees. I was blown away with the freshness and the flavor of the food. Nothing like I have ever had before. 10/10 all day. If you are in the area, check them out if you havent already. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They also have a huge koi tank in there that is beautiful 👍🏻

The food was great. As good as any Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. Everything was very considerately packed. Ex: sweet and sour chicken sauce was placed on the side with out me asking. Huge bonus. The woman who helped me on the phone was exceedingly accommodating. She also offered me their handmade breaded shrimp appetizer because they did not have something I asked for ready yet. (I called literally right when they opened. So that is totally understandable.) I don’t eat shrimp but it sounded absolutely delicious and almost made an exception. It was really kind of her to offer me options and I don’t find a lot of Chinese restaurants taking the time to make such offerings despite their busy demands. Also, the restaurant was very clean. Oh yes, and the fishies in the tank were huge and beautiful. My two year old loved them. We will be back!

Very friendly and accommodating customer service. They went above and beyond with my gluten sensitivity and are courteous and kind if you have any questions. Food is fresh and tasty, and the restaurant is kept very clean. The koi tank is a nice addition as well. All in all great place!

I bought two combination dinners. One Sesame Chicken and one Boneless Spare Ribs. Absolutely yummy!! The fried rice was so delicious I called them to express my unbelievable satisfaction with their execution of such a familiar dish. I was told that the owner switched to a more expensive brand of rice. I told them it was an incredible decision. The rice was perfectly seasoned and had a rich butter quality. Pillowy soft from being cooked perfectly. My family was getting tired of me saying "mmm" after every single bite. So lucky to have them in Honeoye Falls. 👍😁🙂

Clean and newly remodeled Four Seasons Chinese restaurant...glad we gave them a try! Spring rolls were stuffed with fresh vegetables.Vegetable lo mein was delicious. Shrimp and mushrooms great as well! Excellent service and prices from 1990! So glad we have another great business open on Main Street!

This place is great , my wife and I love the dumplings. We have eaten here dozens of times over the past few years only good things to say. The people that work there are very nice and always get our order out to us in under a half hour. Just enough time to grab a cold drink at one of the many local bars in town.

Very impressed. The new bldg and professional looking cook staff is great aesthetically. The food thus far is excellent. I ordered beef n brocolli hesitantly, as the usual fare in and around Henrietta turns out tough beef and unrecognizable chicken these days. Beef is tender and delish here. Veggies also fresh and plentiful. Looking forward to experiencing more menu options!

I am someone who loves both authentic and take out Chinese. I love my spicy pot and my sesame chicken. I have got to say that this place really hit the spot! The food was amazing! Sesame chicken lunch special with fried rice and wonton soup. Perfect crunchy breading, with tender chicken, and soup like grandma used to make! If you want good Chinese, this is the place!!!

Good local place ...friendly and the food is always fresh, and hot. “You pay cash 💵 I give extra egg roll” … grab cash if you can as the credit card machine charges them EVERYTIME you run it… they pay a fee so you can have it easy and SWIPE AWAY so if I use my card I tip …. It’s just knowing the business that allows me to have the sense is all… it’s tough for small business and these people are amazing

After a fire and a wait that seemed like forever Four Seasons opened yesterday. It was great to see the turnout and support for them, it was packed and took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order, but it was WELL WORTH the wait. I will definitely become a regular again. UPDATE ; 4/13/2022. I have been there numerous times since they reopened and everything is just as good as before the fire. Also nice to see the 3rd generation starting to help. Hope they are around for many years of come.

Every meal we have had from Four Seasons has been delicious. We always try to have something different each time we order. We tried the vegetable soup yesterday and can't rave enough about how flavorful, fresh tasting, and filled with a variety of perfectly cooked vegetables. Thank you!!

Kay was very helpful with recommending gluten free options for a Friday. She suggested curry shrimp, and shrimp with Chinese vegetables. Both recommendations were spot on. The dishes were tasty and the shrimp was fresh.

Customer service is great, the fried rice was fluffy and not dried out. Everything was crispy and not soggy and they gave good portions!

After taking a nice Sunday drive we stopped at the Four Seasons for lunch. Wonderful choice. Food was excellent. Service very personable and helpful. We would definitely go there again.

I can’t believe it took our family 7 years to pick up the phone and try out the food here. With a gluten allergy in the home , Chinese food has generally been off the table . We ended up seeing a few reviews here by GF folks and decided to give the Beef Curry with Chinese veg and Shrimp Chow Mein a try . The manager was incredibly helpful and educated on gluten and so nice . I think we’ll be spending quite a bit of money here now over the years.

All around the best Chinese I’ve had in the Rochester area. The store itself is clean and renovated. Very caring atmosphere! Food is always fresh! Prices are reasonable.

This place tastes just as amazing as it looks, the lady here was the sweetest, kind, compassionate. They were about to close as we were coming from Victor in a storm and we ordered before closing but the weather was against us. She waited for my family so we could eat. And the food was o’ so delicious 😋 will be definitely coming back:). She offered free air freshers for the car as well for us, which just made our experience even better.

I stopped here on my way home after not having been there for 20ish years (used to go all the time growing up). I am so pleased that not only is the food still amazing but the staff is still very friendly and helpful. We had sweet and sour chicken, moo shu chicken, crab rangoons and fried dumplings. Everything was made with high quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious. Caused me to overeat because it was so good and I couldn't stop 😂 The seating area inside was clean, cute and a great place for a casual meal out. Portions were enough for 2-3 meals which was great for the affordable prices. This is a must stop in Honeoye Falls if you're craving Chinese food or just a really delicious meal. Thank you to the staff for the delicious food and friendly service:) Hope to see you again soon.

I absolutely love this place! I've been in here 3x in the past 3 weeks! I order chinese takeout all over the country, and this is the best, by far. Everything has been delicious and fresh! I've tried the garlic chicken, general tso's chicken, orange beef, crab rangoon, vegetable lo mein, pork fried rice, and shrimp egg rolls. Prices are VERY fair, their portions are generous, and you can taste the quality and freshness of their food in every bite. I could easily eat here several times a week for the remainder of my trip! UPDATE: I'm back in NY for the month and have already been here 3x. This place is still, by far, the best chinese food I've come across in my travels (and I've added 3 more states to my roster). Fresh, fairly priced, and excellent! If you haven't tried it yet, you're definitely missing out! The best General Tso chicken and their pork fried rice is excellent!!

Very good food! The chicken actually tasted like chicken and didn’t live those stringy bits stuck in your teeth. Lots of fresh broccoli in both of our dishes (sesame chicken and orange chicken,) and it wasn’t limp and looking char grilled. Big helpings too- we made 2 meals out our order, lunch and dinner later. Super clean inside the dining area and the kitchen. Our new favorite Chinese food place for sure.

First time there and was really pleasantly surprised! The place was clean, the front person was helpful and friendly and the food ended up being delicious. Chinese takeout has some "norms" that this place didn't have. The fried rice was actually moist and not dry and crunchy like most places. The sauces tasted fresh and wasn't gelatinous. I had mixed veggies in my dish and they were fresh and crisp. Definitely our new go to chinese.

A small Chinese take out place in Honeoye Falls - somewhat remote. The food is good and more than generous! The lunch specials are well done - the egg roll was delicious! I especially liked their Kung Pao Chicken. Nice brown sauce, veggies and peanuts. The fried rice really pulls it together

Vegetables were really fresh. The young man at the register was a little off-putting but the owner, Kay, is extremely nice. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. The giant Coy were fun to watch while we waited. I will definitely go there again but next time I will double check my order because they got some things wrong.

Decent takeout style Chinese food in a cute upstate NY town. We spent just over $48 with tax for 2 and that was 2 chicken entrees, 2 appetizers and 2 bottles of water (not free). Food and service were decent. Dine-in area was small and their AC couldn't keep up with today's crazy heatwave (93°F), so it was a bit warm. I would go back if in the area. ⛩️🐲

Great people just food wasn't the greatest. My chicken lomein had mushy noodles and smelled burnt and the chicken and meat didn't appear like the meat I'm use to seeing. Great service just sad with the food I have that I won't eat

I get food from there almost weekly. I ordered beef and broccoli for the first time. Very disappointed. There were 4 pieces of beef, very bland, had to douse with soy sauce...so much broccoli and rice it wasn't worth it. I tossed most of it out. I've always come to their defense when people put their food down, but this was awful.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had, fried wontons were tiny with next to no meat, beef and broccoli was gross meat was under cooked rice was not fried at all sauce was nasty do not go, I will never go back!

Probably the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. Pork and beef were indistinguishable from each other and neither tasted like any meat I am aware of. Everything was slopped together with some sort of slimey suace. I had to throw it away. Dumplings were edible at least.

If someone tells you part of their meal is luke warm, you offer to warm up in microwave. Why not just remake the part of meal that was luke warm, you gave me something that was just sitting there and not fresh, shame on you! Why not just remake part of the meal that is luke warm. Your response was since you touched it, then I could only warm up for you in microwave, I can not give you another. I spent 15 bucks for rice and dried out not spicy like I requested chicken, I couldn't even eat the chicken. Then you complain about black boys using your bathroom, if it's not available to public remove sign that says bathroom. Another family complained stating they weren't able to utilize bathroom while they dined, also black. Another black family complained even after they purchased a couple drinks and used the bathroom... Your response was I only have one cook on hand, they CAN NOT stop cooking just to cash you out for a couple drinks. However all the kids go to the same school! That Part! My meal was terrible, and after I paid ate 15 dollar rice, I was given the lunch menu size and not dinner. I would not have posted, However after paying and bringing to your attention part of my meal was luke warm and the only option was to reheat and not an I apologize let me remake that for you, knowing we were regular customers, is beyond me. Having a brand new building and treating your ethnic customers like trash, is not it! What's the saying what glitters is not was it seems! Enjoy your brand new built business!

food used to be pretty good, not sure what happened after the fire but everything seems really low quality and overpriced now. got the beef and broccoli and all the beef was grainy and impossible to chew and just overall looks nasty, really don’t understand where they’re finding meat this low quality but they’re still charging like 15$ for it
