Friendly, pleasant staff. Ordered a whole pizza and fries. First pizza was too overcooked. They made another one that only took 10-15 minutes and offered a free dessert to make up for the wait. Pizza was absolutely delicious. And they had football on. Can't get better than that. Can't wait to visit again. I cant believe all the negative reviews I'm seeing.

Let's talk perk points. You order your pie, then want to use perk points. A pop-up reads, below 15.00 minimum. The pie you're trying to order is 34.00. I call the store; guy says they have a 20.00 min. Order for delivery. If I want delivery, I have to order something else. This isn't right!! What's the point of using the perk points when I want to if I have to spend more $? I gave a tip and they charge a 6.00 delivery fee. They have great pizza. Today is the first time ever for a 'complaint' about this place. The 'co-owner' - unfriendly and bordered on rude. I called because it was well beyond an hour. I called and he told me prior the delivery would be 1 to 1.5 hr. No he didn't. My pizza arrives warm. Ok, I'll live with it... it's missing a topping. I call again. He states, I took your order. I encouraged him to look at my past orders... always the same. He said, I'll deduct it from your next order. He was rude. I won't be ordering again. Sign, Perk Points PS. The canoli I had to purchase for delivery- is terrible. Dry and no flavor. This location has taken a serious nose dive in quality of food and service.

Not sure what's changed here but the last few times we've ordered from here the subs have been sub-par. Knowing this I even ordered double meat and when we opened the Italian Assorted large sub the meat barely qualified as one serving let alone what was supposed to be a double order. The staff is friendly, the onion rings were good at least. But we'll be looking for other places to get subs going forward.

Food wasn’t bad: not worth the $68 we spent. Pizza had extremely lite sauce so it was on the dry side, ordered extra cheese on 1 pizza and both our pizzas had the same amount of cheese: so no extra and we paid for extra. The mushrooms and mozzarella sticks were over cooked dark brown and tasted like grease. I was told my order was delayed when I arrived to pick up because the mozzarella sticks weren’t done: well they probably were done: since over cooked. It was nice to see the new owner working: but it didn’t set right with me when he handed me my order and as I walked away questioned another worker if I had paid. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much except 10 minutes prior he had a conversation with the other worker that I was all cashed out just waiting for mozzarella sticks. Not sure I’ll be going back!!

Love their pizza and staff are very friendly & helpful. 6/28/2021 This place has definitely gone downhill. The pizza was still delicious. That being said, prices have gone up twice in less than a month. I attempted to call ahead (we always eat there) and got put on hold for quite a while. By the time I had placed the order, we were already there. It was hot in there. No paper towels in the ladies room. No drinking cups so no ice to keep my Pepsi cold ⁉️ Too bad because we love their pizza 🍕‼️

Early in the morning right around opening time, right as I started to place my order, I heard what sounded like someone in the back punching or slamming something in the back, it seemed like they got mad just because I ordered. Honestly, it was super unsettling. The food? An absolute disaster. My mozzarella sticks were burnt to a crisp, and my husband’s sub was soggy, sloppy, and just awful. Totally unacceptable. The only bright spot was the guy who took our order and made our pizza, he was super nice, professional, and the pizza he made was actually delicious. Honestly, he’s the only reason this review isn’t a zero-star. But whoever is running the back really needs to get their attitude together and learn how to cook properly. If the manager’s temper is affecting the kitchen this badly, someone higher up should step in.

A week and a half ago I placed an online order for a large cheese and pep and mozzarella sticks. They called me and told me they were out of the mozzarella sticks so I got fries instead. Took 2 hours for our delivery to get here, when it arrived the pizza was a cold sloppy mess that we couldn’t even eat. At this point everything is pretty much closed. We called to speak to the owner / manager and he was very rude, arguing with us and making excuses for the situation. After much debate on his part he reluctantly agreed to give us a free pizza for the mistake. Last night we decided to cash in on the free pizza, we called to order and I asked for thicker crust with lite sauce, how I originally ordered it. The owner refused to do the thicker crust. We had originally got delivery and paid the fee, they wouldn’t deliver this one which i understand. Then he wanted us to pay for the pepperoni topping which was what we originally got. Was very rude about the whole situation didn’t once say sorry about before or anything. Was clearly trying to haggle any money he could from us. Went and picked up the pizza, they didn’t apologize or say anything to me about the mess up. When we got home the pizza was absolutely disgusting. I checked when we left the store and from looks it looked okay. It was undercooked you could taste that the cheese wasn’t all the way cooked. Myself and my boyfriend only ate one slice each because it was so disgusting. At this point I am just never going to order from this location again and not even bother calling to speak to the owner after what happened before. I manage a pizza place myself and it’s beyond me that the owner was arguing with a customer over their mistake, was trying to haggle money out of us, clearly wasn’t sorry or trying to make the customer happy. The customer may not always be right but they are always the customer. I’d think that when a store is under new management they would want to keep customers happy and coming back. Overall a disappointing experience at this location and will not order from here and I will tell people not to order from this location.

Ordered a calzone to split with my son. It is supposed to come with mozzarella, and then pick 2 additional toppings. Okay, Ricotta & Pepperoni. There was literally no mozzarella, very little ricotta and a few slices of pepperoni and was not cooked properly, kinda mushy bread and quite a bit of flour was dusted on the top. I have had the same calzone at Salvatore's in Webster and it was amazing, filled, slightly crispy top and bottom. We had also ordered subs a few weeks back from Avon Salvatore's and decided we would not do that again, and now this fail. Sadly, I do not think we will go back. The quality is just not there. Owner should take a serious look at QC and reviews before out of business. Hard to support local when just not good.

Ordered two large steak subs and they they both sucked. Will not be ordering from them again. Told me 30 min for pick up when I got there well past 30 min it still was not done. Took them 1 hour to make two subs. Barely anything on the sub all bread. Didnt even mark which sub was which. I ordered from them about 8 weeks ago and they got my order wrong then. When I called on it they told me that the lady that took the I ever never messes up and that I was lying. Totally sucks since now ownership. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There still 3 other pizza shops on town.

This is the chicken finger sub I just had delivered. Wet. From what? I have no idea. Soggy bread and it tastes like someone poured dirty dish rag water on it. How can you possibly be this terrible? This isn’t the first time we have received terrible food. I should have learned my lesson. Do better.

Third strike tonight with Salvatores in Avon. Delivery took forever. Food arrived cold and soggy. There was about 1/2 cup of mayo on my burger which was disgusting. My husband didn’t get any sauce with his Buffalo tenders and the fried mushrooms were burned and horrible. We’ve had issues with this location in the past and are just done. We’ll try the Honeoye Falls store next time.

When I went to sit down a had to clean off the table myself BC apparently the people before me leave they're dinner table covered with food at home and 8 of the 11 tables were all dirty with food. Wow people in Avon don't know how to clean up after themselves. The music was so loud I couldn't think and then there's TVs to watch with no volume. However, I ordered the seafood platter with an extra piece of fish BC they're the only people I know that have triangle fish. It was good but fish portion size, not so good. The could hear the owner in the back yelling at his staff, probably BC the music was so loud, but all of the staff was friendly and polite.
