This was the first time I stop at Taco Bell for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was yummy! For under $6 I got dessert, coffee and a wrap with sausage, egg, and hashbrown inside. The coffee was not my favorite, but I am very picky with coffee. The service was great all the staff was very quick and friendly. I will Definity be returning.

Love the chicken quesadillas! the morning team is great! I don't like how milky my coffee is after "two pumps" i'm drinking creamer with ice. I always need to make my own coffee and mix it in at the office. it stinks. I will try next time and ask for 1 half pump lol but the food is great and so is the morning team ! The machine that takes your order is WAAY too loud. I think management should lower that speaker and the ones that can't hear can get an attendant . lol Thank you MORNING TEAM!!

I love the good, but this particular restaurant needs improvement. Some employees are very rude while others have been outstanding. It's hit or miss, specially since they change staff so frequently. However, Taco Bell is always delicious and cheap, totally worth the buck. I love the boxes and weird food that they bring every once in a while. It's always fun and interesting to taste their menu, love all the different alternatives that you have.

Food tastes processed and prices are spiking up for there cheap quality food not so great.

The service was really slow and not many workers were on task from what I was seeing. Only reason for 3 stars was the food was really good, so theres something.

The service was really fast and friendly but I had to go back because they forgot an item in my order. Quick service is a mojor factor for good service but let's not forget about the quality.

Usually it's very good but today I was dissatisfied. My nachos had very little cheese and the chips were stale. The lettuce also tasted dry and old. It was awful.

For myself this particular location is losing their quality control, there's only two tacos that I really enjoy eating here. one of them is the hard taco and the other is a chalupa. the chalupa is not the same as they used to make it before and the bread at times that they use for the shell taste like it's raw bread not even cooked, baked or fried and the hard tacos are getting more expensive which has nothing to do with quality but they do come with most of the shells broken which makes it so that you're eating meaty nachos and not hard tacos.

Ask for extra red sauce on bean burritos and doubled checked before I left asking oh yea we did no worries. Then proceed to ask for 20 hot sauce packets and act like I'm crazy, well let's see 10 items 6 tacos and 4 burritos and that's 2 for each item don't like it well make them packets bigger. Now let me say it's not a problem most of the time but she was just lazy and was to busy talking cause that was the main reason she was there right. UPDATE 11/18/20 Went there 11/17 received bad customer service and food preparation well it looked like a 4 yr old made my food almost $40 worth well I called spoke with a manager his name was Mario and told him about employee that over reacted with my online order "I didn't stop at voice box" cause no on was in line, and how the food was prepared. He took ownership of the problem; apologies were made. He offered to replace the meal and that's the 1st time at this location that I have meet an employee that was professional a 5 star employee worthy of the title of Manager. Was going to change my great grandsons diaper but they don't have a changing station. You have to do it on the floor or maybe on their counter. No trash cans outside so I'm thinking this is not a very store. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre as well.

Been hit or miss. Night shift seems to be lacking Half the time the food is missing the sauces that come on it or even the simple part of cheese. Day shift I’ve never had an issue tho

I walked to the counter to place my order and the worker walked me over to the self order kiosk and proceeded to “teach” me how to order for myself. I don’t work for Taco Bell. I don’t want to touch a germy screen right before eating. Also had to hunt for a clean table. Finally, I hate being handed my dining room order in bags. I could see the trays.

Tacos 1/3 full wrong sauce, was even asked how many sauces told them not sure why it was not even close. Poor product not sure why it surprises me.

Usually this is THE Taco Bell to go to but lately all our orders seem so mediocre. Usually the tortilla would be nice and toasty and everything hot. Now it taste S if I have an undercooked tortilla. New Favorite Taco Bell is the one on Lee Trevino now :( so sad cuz I live in Horizon. Still have been disappointed so many times lately it’s not even worth it.

I hate that I have to do this, and give a bad review; however, I have to speak the truth. As I pull-up to the drive-thru, I say what I want and added an order of Nacho Fries on the side, and even rounded-up my order to the nearest dollar amount to help the students. So as I pull up to the window, I hand the guy my card and he gave me back my card w/ the receipt and my drink, so I noticed after reading the receipt, that the order had chicken tacos, and I asked the guy if he could replace it w/ beef instead, which he did; however, after I pulled off I noticed that I didn't have the rest of my order, which consisted of a chicken burrito as well, which I didn't receive, so I drove back around and parked my vehicle and went inside to tell them that, I also didn't notice that the receipt wasn't the right order in the 1st place until the guy at the counter told me so, which was odd, because I clearly spoke my order into the window. So after all and all, the order got fixed; however, they should've heard the right order in the 1st place, along w/ they didn't give me the sauces that went w/ the burrito, and I also didn't get any napkins. Please do better next time on getting the right order when the person says exactly what they want/need.

Loader fries are not worth the price thought I'd get a good amount of fries but it barely fill out the container they gave me it felt like left over fries.. don't recommend.

Ordered thru door dash. $41 for just 6 crunchy tacos and 2 nachos. Requested 10 packets of mild, 10 packets of hot sauce. Didn't receive and called store. Manager Steve said not his problem. Next time pick it up myself or call door dash. Sadly this is repetitive with this store but regrettably, to have a store manager with the not my problem I don't care attitude saddens me that the corporate world allows this.

I hate going to this taco bell but it's the only one in horizon so we have no choice they always get something wrong or something is missing. The last time I went the employee who attended us was rude and dismissive joking around with his coworkers not paying attention to his job and completely got my order and i was also missing items and I had to go inside to correct my own order. I really didn't want to go inside that's why I went through the drive thru to save time but this employees don't even value their own jobs much less our time.

It's sat July 11th , around 11:30/40 pm I order two stacked tacos and chips with cheese . I get home ,and see they forgot the chips . No big deal. I go back and say you guys forgot the chips . Just don't go here. This place is an example of why CEOs rather have machines working for them than actual people. They get your order wrong and charge you for their mistake with refusing to provide a receipt. Plenty of better options to choose from in the area that can at least get your order right. And if you really want Taco Bell there's one going down Eastlake.
