What can I say Esmeralda and Giselle were probably the main reasons i will be back. Giselle hospitality was probably the best I've ever seen better than some five-star steakhouses that I've been to. She was so kind and very patient with us not knowing it's our first time here. Esmeralda on the other hand was very knowledgeable and drinks she actually introduced me to a new drink that I absolutely fell in love with it! Must check it out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I come in I am never disappointed with the service from bartender Esmeralda (Esme) she is always on top of her game and provides excellent customer service. Manager Isaiah always greats my fiancé with a hello and handshake very respectful. He cooked my dinner tonight and I must say I was very impressed I always go to wing shack for my burgers and I am now going to be coming to wing daddy’s when Isaiah is here to make me another delicious burger and mozzarella sticks. Was there for the chicken strip special….Great service seated right away our server was very professional and courteous from start to finish and checked our table for anything we needed….the strips were delicious. Also glad to see this business still have employees that speak Spanish unlike other places…great job to whoever is in charge will definitely be back…. Went again today 12/4/2024…. Hi yes this review is for mostly the manager Jorge my partner had ordered some food late last night and unfortunately, I don’t know if it was due to lack of attentiveness or what happened but the manager from that Night Shift prior was OK with releasing food that was overly greased and not properly fried our pickles that we ordered Had basically a puddle of grease at the base they weren’t even cooked all the way through on top of that, it was the same thing with the wings that we had ordered. went in today to basically make a statement about what was going on with the food and the manager Jorge that is currently working right now took accountability for what that happened apologized and then addressed the issue and made sure that the food that was being released. This time around was made correctly in the safe and healthy manner, and we are truly grateful and appreciative of that man you know being attentive And tending to our needs and being understanding thank you Jorge once again and we greatly appreciate you.

Great food but management was on his phone not paying attention to the clients. The women on the bar where working extremely hard. They didn't have enough time to serve the people on the bar. The place was empty and instead of sending help the manager keeped the girls in the back chit chatting. That is why the location in horizon is losing clients. Customer service is key.

Absolutely terrible. Quality in food has dropped so much over the years. Last time my wings soooo bad that it made me think and pray that I hopefully don’t get food poisoning from them. That’s how bad they were and tasted. Fortunately I didn’t get sick. They used to be and taste great , not anymore . The service and drink were good .

Had wings, Texas toothpicks, and a couple of beers. Everything lacked flavor/salt. The sauces were too sweet and the toothpicks were bland without the ranch dip. I let the manager know and he explained that the organization doesn't let the cooks fix the seasoning onsite in order to reach standardization across all restaurants. Fix the flavors before standardizing everything. Whoever is in charge of the taste/seasoning, needs to get fired. Your food is now bland and the sauces are too sweet. Period. Also, one of our plates was dirty and, lastly, it's 1 AM and I'm stuck on the toilet with stomach problems. Either lack of hygiene or your sauces are over processed. Will have to rely on the pink goop for comfort.

They charge you almost $4 for a soda, $29 for 20 wings, and the wait staff clearly hates their jobs. Management….nowhere to be found. I’m sorry but room temperature dry mini-wings and annoyed waitstaff should not be the image of a place called WING Daddy’s. They used to be good. Not anymore. Sad.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this location, especially since it was to celebrate the 17th anniversary. The food was good, but everything else was a disaster. The deal for boneless wings was supposed to be 39 cents, so I specifically asked the waitress about it before we ordered. She told me it was for increments of 8, 12, and so on. Yet, when the bill came, we were charged $8.99 for each order of 8 pieces. When I pointed this out, the waitress casually said the deal was only for 12-piece orders, completely ignoring what she had said earlier. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to tell me, “well sorry that you misunderstood.” I didn’t misunderstand anything—I asked clear questions, and she gave me the wrong information. My husband even corrected her, saying she misspoke, but she didn’t care to own up to it. She just stood there and brushed us off. We had to get the manager involved, but honestly, at that point, the damage was done. The waitress completely ignored us after that. It’s not about the price; it’s about the disrespect and the fact that the server couldn’t take responsibility for her mistake. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially since we were recommended this specific location in El Paso. I sincerely hope they review the security footage because the cameras will show exactly how poorly we were treated by the server. What should have been a nice, memorable night turned into a total headache, and that’s something I’ll remember. I won’t be coming back.

Last time I order to eat got there 7 pm , it was probably 2 tables with people, it took around 45 minute for us to get our food . Today I stop there after work . I was directed to order to go at the bar , I was just verily looking at the menu , the bar attender ask me if I was ready to order and I said , let me look on the menu , she said “so ,you are not ready to order” …and grab the phone and took an order, by them I was ready, she left to the kitchen and after she got back she when straight to pick up another order on the phone and completely ignore . … what type of customer service is this . Today I was having dinner around 6pm in this location and all of sudden we heard a worker probably “manager” screaming and cursing at another staff. That is not professional at all, you should not treat your employees that way! District managers, please make sure that you are selecting professional candidates that can fulfill this role. I made an online order at the restaurant for the first time since being in the area and it didn't go well. Once I made it back to my driveway from picking it up, I get a call saying the cashier forgot to give me part of my order and asked if I would come back to get it. I told the employee that I expected to get my whole order remade so everything can be fresh, which makes the most sense. Well, after a brief hold, I assume the manager on duty wasn't going for that and decided to just refund me for the items they forgot to give me. So now, I didn't have enough food for the whole family and the fries I did receive were all old. I would definitely avoid this place.

New to the area, first time eating here. Spent over $100 on 2 adults and a child for takeout. Ordered a kids grilled cheese, received a plain hamburger (that my child will not eat). 20 wings didnt come with any ranch or blue cheese nor do the wings come with any celery or carrots, but I paid extra for that 🙃 Ordered the loaded fries and asked for no bacon (because I'm allergic) and guess what? It has bacon on it! Also ordered a chicken and waffle dinner plate and was prompted to select a wing sauce for the chicken tenders that I did not receive. Also ordered buffalo cauliflower that didnt come with any ranch or dipping sauce. I called the store to complain about the kids meal being wrong, because thats the only thing I noticed at the time, and was told I could not receive a refund but would have my name written down to receive a credit the next time I come. Oh, you mean after every single item I ordered was incorrect or messed up in some way, you expect me to come back??? ABSOLUTELY NOT. One and done with this place.

I can’t express how disgusted I am. How can someone be so careless and serve a fly on someone plate! If I wanted to eat fly I’d ride the roof top of my car or ask for it grilled instead of fried!! I was trying to be discreet and handed the plate to a waitress whom took it to the kitchen. My waiter with no worry in mind didn’t say nothing! They brought me a new dish without me asking for it! No ma’am I worked food industry and know what they do to returned food! Waiters had not told a manager, when my waiter finally decided to come, she handed the food to my children with no utensils. Tonight we ordered 2 salads for pick up. On the phone we were told 25 minutes. Upon arrival the waitress seemingly had messed up our order. Without saying anything to us, we waited 30 more minutes. Then the waitress took our card and left for 10 more minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes we finally get our salads. Then we realized the Buffalo chicken salad is just a shredded grilled chicken salad. Our waitress was rude and no apology was made. We definitely will not be coming back.
