The lady that gave my son his food for pick up was smiling and very welcoming. The food was ready on time. The food was extremely hot! unfortunately, some of the wings were not fully cooked. The fried rice is I ordered were yummy. The pepper steak came with 90% peppers and very little beef. The Hunan chicken was OK, but I wouldn't order it again. The spring rolls were yummy!

Really wanted to dine out with family and came 45 minutes before closing time for some fried rice, When I asked if we could sit and eat the host sighed as if it were an inconvenience..in an empty restaurant. I enjoy the food but customer service could be better.

The fried rice on my vegetable shrimp combo was not cooked all the way. My husband sour chicken had no flavor . Cream puffs were ok I think they just had a bad day. .

Ordered a lunch special to go got home and seen this on my last piece what if I woulda ate it, Highly disappointed, Went back to complain and they offered to “remake my food” CRAZY

My mom was there today, the lady at the counter was SO RUDE, there were dirty tables, there were also two men smoking inside the restaurant and the smell was so strong and horrible, we just got up and left

I am very unhappy with my experience here. I was there on May 20 and the store menu and the to-go menu had the same price for the food but what I was charged was more. When the cashier pushes the button for the food on the register the amount charged is more than what is stated on the menu. I was charged five dollars more for my food. The menu is very misleading to the customers. If you are going to change the prices, you need to change the store and to-go menus to have the correct prices. If you are too cheap to change the menus then do not change the price you charge customers. Customers come in depending on you to charge the stated price and not cheat them on the receipt. If you are going to cheat people out of their money then you will continue to lose customers. There are plenty of other chinese restaurants in Houston that you can go to. Overcharging customers leaves a bad taste in their mouths and makes people not want to come back.

Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Egg rolls had zero crunch and very little flavor.. Lo mein was unbelievably greasy, completely limp, and had No flavor. I'm not sure how to describe the dumplings...thickest, doughiest, worst Ever. Pics of the 'wrapper'. Will Never again do business with this place.

Food is generally good. A few items missed on occasion however if you feel they appreciate your business then you can accept that as I'm sure they get busy. Unfortunately, the lady that answers the phone and takes the orders is very rude. She says 'you're order is small' and hangs up when you are trying to give them an order of $25 and your business. Houston has so many great restaurants and it's competitive. She will be the reason this restaurant fails. No need to spend money with someone who doesn't appreciate the business. The driver is so nice, i must say which makes this review very sad to write. I hope she is not a relative to the others. A real embarrassment to the family who work hard to make it in America. She needs to be removed from taking orders as her horrible attitude is the first experience most will have. She is the face of the company and most in the community stopped ordering here as its just not worth dealing with her. It's a shame. Just my experience this evening.

I have been coming here for a few years now and had always experienced good service and food. However today I came in with my boyfriend who isa 6.4 tall black man and the attitude towards him was noticeable immediately. This man is a gentle giant but he felt very uncomfortable with the service given to him to the point where the lady came back and asked me if I needed something else to drink and totally ignored him only because he didn't like the food he got. The lady never even asked him if he wanted anything else. The atmosphere after all that left us very uneasy and honestly I feel bad for not standing up for the situation. We paid because they obviously need the money more than us. Needless to say this is the last time I will be coming to this place.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel it’s necessary after what happened. I went in to order food for take out and the lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming this was the only good part of my experience. I went home with the food I ordered and while eating the orange chicken my gf noticed something that looked strange in the orange chicken sauce. At first I thought it was a pepper but no it was a roach or some type of bug. We were so grossed out and on top of that in my rice I found someone’s hair. I had ordered a lot of food even soup and wontons which were not even that good and had to throw it all out because we were so grossed out. I called in and told them about what I found in the food and the lady seemed to take it like it was no big deal which I found strange. She offered me a free meal the next time I go in but why would I ever go back. That place needs a health inspector. Hope they clean up.
