My husband and I have been to NYC several times. This pizza is truly authentic. It's so good! Pizza is not too thick or overly sauced. The atmosphere feels like a family restaurant. The staff is top tier. We will definitely be coming back. We had 2 cheese slices, 2 meat lover slices, an order of ravioli and two drink. It came out to $30. Ravioli came with garlic bread and salad. Only suggestion is bring cash with you. We paid with card but didnt get an option to tip and we had no cash on us for tip.

Got the XL veggie pizza with Xtra cheese. Extremely delicious and was ready within 10 minutes. Love this place.

No better pizza in Texas than these guys. Crispy Napolitano style crust that's soft & chewy on the inside. Tons of real mozzarella and a sauce that's not from a can! Fresh toppings, unbeatable prices and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. No substitute

Fantastic pizza by the slice starting at $3. The staff was friendly with a gruff NY charm. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their craft and for good reason; their pizza is delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu items like their pasta, wings and salad.

Stopped by Brothers Pizzeria on Highway 6 and it was a real throwback! It was surprisingly busy, but the staff were so friendly and genuinely happy to be there. The slices were huge for the price – seriously, only $3! They really nailed that classic NY pizza flavor. The place was decorated with photos of musicians, which was a cool touch. Maybe they could offer a little more seating during peak hours, but honestly, it was a great little find.

First time there, went on a monday. Wasnt packed which was good bc we did a takeout. Ordered, pepperoni pizza, dinner salad, and an eggplant parmsean and spaghetti. Everything was amazing. Pizza was bomb. Went to NY last year in Nov and it was great pizza, now in texas not many "NY" pizzas but this place definitely reminded me of NY, the same great style, size and taste. When we go back to Katy, we WILL come again!!

I grew up eating this pizza in West Oaks Mall! It was $1 a slice- our summer mall treat. My husband and I decided to go this weekend on the way downtown, and so glad we did! Same great pizza I remember! And the service- you can’t beat the kindness and attention to customers! Thanks, Brothers!

I recently visited Houston Texas to see my grandson. I’m from New Jersey ,In keeping with our tradition we get pizza when whenever we visit each other. This pizza 🍕 was some of the best I’ve had. From the dough to the sauce and the thin crispy crust! I highly recommend giving this pizza place a try!

The pizza by the slice concept was good, but the slices are way too small and unfilling. Get two slices if you want to fill up or add a side salad. Ingredients were fresh, the crust was crispy but some of the toppings were actually cold. This is not NY pizza. At least not on the day I ate there. The dining area is small and busy, parking is limited and male "Gucci cashier" was curt and seemed way too busy on his phone to pay attention to our order. Come here if want to experience better than pizza hut, but don't expect much more than that. Bon appetit, mein freunden.

Great pizza, but the cannelloni could be better. We really enjoyed the pizzas — they were flavorful, well-made, and definitely the highlight of our visit. However, the cannelloni wasn’t quite up to the same standard. It lacked that depth of flavor you get when the Bolognese sauce is slow-cooked with tomatoes for hours. That said, the service was absolutely excellent — the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the overall experience very pleasant. I’d definitely come back for the pizza and the wonderful service!

I was somewhat near City Centre and had been wanting to try Brother’s Pizza. I was intrigued because NYC style pizza is one of my favorite pizza styles. Also, they serve pizza by the slice, and that’s a rarity nowadays The interior reminds me of a New York pizza parlor, but more spacious. It’s nothing fancy, just tables, cut-outs and pictures on the walls, and an open seating layout The staff were fine. It felt more like a New York experience than a Texas/kore southern experience, but not in a bad way. Sort of added to the overall ambiance and experience The menu offers a variety of classic and signature pies, pastas, hot and cold subs, as well as many different appetizers, drinks, desserts, and much more I ordered the Brother’s special which was practically a supreme pizza. It was good. The crust was crispy on the outside, but not too delicate or tough. The dough in the middle was a little soft/doughy, but the flavors were fine. I also had cheese sticks with marinara, and they were typical cheese sticks I may come back, but it’s a little out of the way for me. If I do some back it will be to try on a slice by slice basis and not an entire pie Some tips: They’re open 10am-11pm most nights, but they’re closed on Sundays. It looks like their online menu doesn’t show which ingredients are on the signature pizzas like the Brother’s special, so, you might want to call and order just to confirm There were a couple panhandlers waiting out front by the door when I left, and I had a to-go box. I gave it to them, and they biked off. I like helping out those in need, but I don’t particularly love being bombarded immediately as I exit an establishment Cheers!!
