OMG!!!! This place is my NEW FAVORITE PLACE!! 1st time here and it was extremely goofy! As soon as we enter, we were greeted and sat. Our waiter named Joshua was very professional! He gave us great recommendations and everything was on point.! I don't mind spending money as long as my food and service is DELICIOUS. WINNER all the way, we got 3 different appetizers and 3 entrees. Again, I emphasize how professional everyone was, even the music was great!! Absolutely 💯 delicious 😋. We had avocado 🥑 egg rolls, macaroni balls, wings as appetizers. The entrees were even better! My stomach is VERY HAPPY! THANKS JOSHUA!

Okay so I’ve been to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse before like to different locations so I’m pretty familiar with this place and usually what I get here to drink is their beer 🍺 the beer they make is very tasty and quite refreshing you can’t go wrong from whatever beer you pick of course it goes based off what style of beer you like but damn they’re good! And I’ve always heard people say how you have to get the pizza when you get there, but for some reason I never did it never really picked my interest to order pizza the other food items I’ve had over the past was great no complaints. So I was here this past Sunday and decided you know what I’m in the mood to eat some pizza BJ’s stays open late, let’s go for pizza. And wow 👏🏽👏🏽 what an amazing job they did we ordered the buffalo chicken ranch pizza I believe and this was 10/10 like really I was very surprised everything about the pizza was on point the flavor the freshness of the ingredient they use. This was a deep dish pizza and dough was nice and fluffy the undercarriage had a crunch to it. I mean with every bite I took I couldn’t wait to get to the next slice, the establishment itself was pretty clean, no complaints there. Our waiter was very nice, very friendly, very professional so with all that being said when I come back to BJ’s you can bet I’m ordering another pizza 🍕 🤭🤷🏽‍♂️

Samantha Ramos was such an amazing host! She’s friendly, attentive, caring, and catered to our needs. She made sure we knew all the specials. Taylor was also an amazing server and had such great timing! She was friendly, attentive and all around great. Such an amazing experience and the food was awesome! I ordered the delicious Fried Mac and Cheese balls, Wedge Salad, and Buffalo Bone In Wings with fries. Also - they had an amazing playlist! All throwbacks from the early 2000s! Would definitely come back here and cannot wait for the next time! 🔥😋🤤

This was my second visit to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, and I left even more impressed than the first time. I came for a weekday dinner with clients, and it couldn’t have gone better. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—perfect for a casual business meeting or an unhurried meal. My ribeye steak was just PERFECT!!! Perfectly cooked to order, (medium rare) it was tender, flavorful, and far exceeded expectations. The garlic butter served with it was absolutely incredible—rich, savory, and the ideal complement to the steak. I’ve dined at Texas Roadhouse and other dedicated steakhouses, but the quality and taste of this ribeye easily beat anything I’ve had there. Service was a bit on the slower side, but still attentive and professional. Given the wide variety of choices ( a lot of fabulous choices!) on the menu, and how consistently good the food has been, I can confidently say that BJ’s has become one of my favorite go-to spots.

We stopped by BJ's Brewhouse a bit later in the evening after tacos and tequilafestival. Although we were promptly seated, the service was slow at first — it took quite a while for a server to take our order. To avoid the delay, we decided to move over to the bar, and that ended up being a great call. The bartender was friendly and attentive, which definitely turned our experience around. We ordered the Grand Margarita, and it did not disappoint flavorful, strong, and refreshing. For appetizers, we went with the mac and cheese balls and wings. Honestly, we were surprised at how good both dishes were — crispy, flavorful, and served with great dipping sauces. Overall, despite the rocky start, the food and drinks were solid, and the bar service made up for it. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Good Deed Ventures

It was my first time here and I was so excited to try it. Our waitress was so polite her name was Ann, she was not pushy and was very helpful. The food came out quickly after and it was so delicious. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger (highly recommend) and they're french fries were originally cold but when I told her she gave us hot fresh ones. We were not sure if we should try the pozzucie or not and when we said that we were full she was not pushy. Very nice waitress, delicious food, good environment, clean and tidy, good music,sounds good to me 😁😁 10/10 stars 🎉 🎉 🤩 🤩 Definitely recommend!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻😍😍😍😄😄🔥🔥🔥🔥

The drinks were good, the tub was probably my least fav. The jambalaya was not what I expected but, not too surprising for this restaurant so I will say it was ok. The appetizers were probably the most enjoyable. Our waitress was backed up with tables so, I wont hold it against her im sure she was just overwhelmed. Overall okay experience.

I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my experience at BJ’s really wasn’t great. The wait time felt way longer than what they told us, even though the restaurant didn’t look that busy. When we finally sat down, it took forever for anyone to come by, and the food showed up lukewarm like it had been sitting out too long. The menu looks huge, but the actual dishes didn’t live up to the pictures. My entrée didn’t have much flavor, and the portion felt small for the price. Even the famous Pizookie wasn’t as good as I expected — kind of undercooked in a not‑great way. The servers were nice, but everything just felt slow and unorganized. Overall, I left feeling like I wasted time and money. Definitely not the best spot if you’re hoping for a smooth meal.

I am shocked by the treatment my daughter and her high school theatre group (17–18 years old, very well-mannered students) received at BJ’s last night. From the moment they were seated, the server told them she “was not going to deal with their bullshit” — before taking a single order. Throughout their visit, their food was extremely late, refill requests were denied, and they were told not to request anything else if they weren’t satisfied. The situation escalated when the server yelled at a student and pointed directly at his face. When another employee witnessed this, they simply shrugged and said, “Oh well, that’s just how the server is.” This is completely unacceptable and appalling, especially for a group of respectful teenagers. Management needs to take immediate action to address this behavior — no one, especially minors, should ever be treated this way.

My recent dining experience at the BJ's Willowbrook location was severely disappointing and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. While the service from our server (D.Ryon A) was generally acceptable, the entire meal was ruined when I found a large, noticeable piece of clear plastic baked into the Egg Rolls. This was not a small piece, but a piece large enough to be immediately visible and tactile, making it a clear failure of food preparation and quality checking. Discovering foreign material, especially plastic, in an appetizer is not only repulsive but presents a genuine choking hazard. This incident immediately halted our meal and cast a shadow over the entire dining experience, leaving us questioning the hygiene and preparation standards of the kitchen. Given that the meal was paid for (receipt Total: $178.98), this issue goes beyond a simple mistake and points to a critical lapse in kitchen oversight. Customers expect a fundamental standard of food safety when dining out, and BJ's failed to meet this standard completely. I strongly urge the management team to immediately investigate this incident to ensure that the source of the plastic is identified and corrected, preventing future guests from having a similar, potentially dangerous, experience. I would caution future diners to inspect their food carefully.
