We had a very large group in need of a place to gather for lunch, and Alejandro’s took amazing care of us. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and even seated us early as our group started to trickle in. Excellent service across the board, and the food & drinks were fantastic! I came to Hooters for my birthday. It was an awesome night! My bartender was Claudia. She is the perfect Hooters girl! She is so sexy, hot, and so gorgeous! As beautiful as she is, her customer service skills are just as amazing! I will come back to this Hooters over and over again especially when this Hooters calendar girl is working! Thank you Hooters for this wonderful bar and this perfect bartender Claudia! What a special birthday for me!

Walked in and was greeted by every employee. This is major in my book as they are all checking for new potential business. The bar was open so I pulled up a chair and watched a little TV. Lauren the bartender asked for my needs and my meal. She was very friendly and attentive. I get the 15 naked wings with 3 different sauces. Honey Chipotle is really good. 😋 My food came out and it was so delicious. Every thing was fresh. From the fries to the drink. I enjoyed every bit of this visit. I emplore everyone to come here and enjoy themselves. I sure did.

Great service went on a Thursday night Had a server named Sam was super nice and very attentive The Texas style old fashion was delicious, the lady in the bar is great at making drinks, she ran out of the liquor for the Texas old fashioned so she substituted makers mark at no charge, I appreciated that she didn’t say they don’t have any more Wings were really good

Delicious food, great and personalized service. The atmosphere is so good. The food was excellent and to my satisfaction. Will visit again to try some more dishes.

Our server, Yolanda was amazing! The host or whoever was at the front was awesome too! We had the trio dip as an appetizer and it was good, not great but good. Then we had ceviche and the birria tacos, plus cucumbers w tajin....sooooo good. Our margarita and cantarito was delicious as well. We will be back and will ask for Miss Yolanda.

It was better than most the carne asada in many restaurants in San Angelo. Prices are average about 15 each. For a meal that has ri e beans and on this dish had some green beans. Wasn't burnt not undercooked. Charro beans. Choice of tortillas. For three people it was 72 and change with appetizer. Was pleased with good fast yet fresh food. I'd recommend this place for those who enjoy some good tasting Mexican food and great atmosphere. I've been here only three times but has not let me down on quality of food. In the past two years. Maybe. Good place for a romantic yet inexpensive place. Great for couples or family.

This is your basic Hooters restaurant. The wings are good. The fries were fine. The service was polite and friendly. If you’re looking for Hooters, you know what you’re getting, you know what to expect this place will match those expectations. I had the boneless hot buffalo, curly fries with cheese made a decent lunch.

If I was writing this based off food alone, it would be a five star review. Food was amazing, but service was probably the worst I've had anywhere. We had a party of 11, and our waitress was MIA the whole time. The only saving grace was the manager Felipe, who helped out our table with drinks and food, along with nearly every other table, all while seating and greeting customers.

Wings are way too breaded. You not coming here to eat chicken because you're only going to eat fried bread. The small amount of chicken you do manage to eat has no flavor whatsoever. It's so sad thinking this place used to be one of the best restaurants for wings, only for it to be what it is now... Whoever changed the recipe for the sauce also took it's reputation too.

I went to Hooters today craving lemon pepper chicken wings and unfortunately they were tasting plain very very plain, almost no taste and not enough seasoning of course. The ranch dressing also tasted like store brand, Very disappointing. Also I felt like I was being tricked to sign my receipt when I had already payed full price over the phone (yes we have to “sign”) but do we really? I would like to understand why we have to sign and write how much more we would like to give/pay by adding a tip! Is a TO GO ORDER!! Can I just pay for my meal and go home please!? It’s already expensive enough! I understand to dine in we tip the waiters they are serving us! But why we have to tip for to go orders and if we do NOT tip the ladies they get mad and become rude! Please make it stop, this tipping situation nowadays is getting ridiculous NOT all people are rich! We just want takeout and watch Netflix in our homes and for a minute act like we got it good lol .. there isn’t enough to go around tipping everyone. Sorry.

The manager was rude. (It was lunch time so i ordered a grilled chicken salad. )I was served a nasty salad and had to order a new greasy plate and pay for the salad also. The salad had hard and chewy pieces of chicken and store bought lettuce and ranch . Don't bother coming here there is better Mexican food in town.

Our first time visiting and I will most certainly not be returning. After being seated we waiting over five minutes to be greeted. After being greeted and taking our drink order we got our CLOUDY tea in what looked like a dirty glass. They had bloody Mary’s on sale for $5 and it tasted like pure tomato juice. We never received chips/salsa and when we did ask our server she informed us it was extra charge. I believe we saw our server a total three times, she didn’t come by to check on us. When I showed her my ID she called me old. Thank you! The restrooms smell TERRIBLE like straight sewer. Gag!!! So gross. Spent $50 no tip included for breakfast on two people. Do not recommend.

First of all there smell when you walk in is like some kind of cleaning solution and that's all I smelled the w h Ole time! We were there tonight fir my great nephews birthday. My Sister and I both ordered margaritas but asked if they could do them with Vodka, because we can't tolerate tequila. He said yes. In a little bit he came back and asked if Tito's was ok, yes that's fine. We'll, then he came back in a little bit again and told us the price. At first he said ut would be double the 16oz (we ordered 32oz), so we questioned that, then he said it would be $1 above regular price fir 32oz because of Titos, that means it should have been $19. The tiket came and and it was $10 above price!!!! He said because it was Titos. Even though we questioned it because of what he told us, got no satisfaction!!!!! I don't know when or IF I will EVER go back!!!!!!!

I ordered 20 shrimp 20 wings and cheese sticks. They all are bad and I received one blue cheese dip. Wings are soggy bread pudding with mild hot sauce. Just not what it used to be.

We were seated immediately upon arrival. The waitress Alexis took our order and then literally disappeared for 30 minutes. We asked the hostess to check on our appetizer and food, she returned with food that was not ours. Finally our food comes out with the appetizer. It was at this point I learned the menu had changed. The manager Elena came to our table to let me know Alexis had multiple tables cone in at once and she forgot to put my appetizer order in which is why it was a long wait. Having a lot of tables doesn't mean to ignore your patrons. Then to add insult to this experience it took Elena another 20 minutes to take my money to pay after giving me the check. No one checked on us until she came over to ask if I need anything else as if I was sitting there for the view. Ma'am take my money so I can go

Disappointed. Ordered a philly with jalapenos cooked in it. Rather than her telling us they don't have jalapenos anymore, they made my sandwich. I guess it was the manager came out shoved the food in front of me instantly said, We don't sell jalapenos anymore, is that okay?" To which I replied, I guess its going to have to be, you've already made it. Had I not been waiting more than 30 mins for my food, I would have sent it back. It was bland and quite a bit smaller than it used to be. Very disappointed in the food and the service given.

Service on Friday 11/28 was horrible. Poor customer service and attention to detail. It was dead in there and we waited over 30 minutes for a salad and a chicken sandwich. Both food items were cold on arrival to our table. Choose the Humble location if you want to go to Hooter's.

Came in for a drink Tuesday afternoon and was totally ignored. The light complected bartender didn’t greet me nor ask anything, just continued mixing drinks and looking disgusted. Very poor attitude and service. I was in a very generous mood hence it being a holiday but… instead spent my money and generous tip elsewhere.

Ordered the breaded hot wings. Absolutely " Sauce less" no flavor, over breaded and not very pleasing to taste or see. This place use to be the spot. Service is horrible and so are the breaded original wings. They are nothing like the original and I highly recommend you tear opened that stapled bag to hired their errors. make sure you get what you ordered. Wings did not come with any celery or carrots. Two small containers of ranch . Spent more than 30 bucks.

The restaurant has fallen off worse than before. I ordered wings, bone-in. They were tiny and dry. I was not satisfied with anything. The waitress wasn't that attentive, not that she was needed, but I'll get some good laughter with conversation with the waitstaff. Not! I opted for the special, buy bone-in wings and get boneless free or something 🤔. Trash! I am completely done with this location. Maybe even the brand. Bombshells the best at it now. 🤷🏿‍♂️
