They don't know they represent whole country. I came from Dallas today for the first time to Houston and don't know whether this restaurant is Indian or Pakistani owned but shameful thing is they don't have hand soap in whole store and you can see their restroom conditions.Restroom has no soap and I asked them angrily so they gave me dish soap to wash my hand after I used restroom. This means all staffs don't use soap to wash hand after restroom? 🤮. No napkins, No soap, broken flush, unhygienic food. I will definitely complain food and safety department.

Food was so nasty me and ny family all got food poisoning we were starving driving from austin to dallas to houston and this was open late night food was dry cold and old (OLD) we were disappointed

I had a terrible experience. I ordered samosas, and there was hair in them. When I complained, the older man at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to fire him and hire someone more competent.

This place is horrible, staff is rude and everything is expensive. if you want to be super greedy and have double and triple markup on every thing make sure your service in the food is according to the standard. Never coming back here again

I'm writing it as a regular customer, I've tried behaving in the best possible manner but very rude ,arrogant, Illiterate and uneducated behavior towards customers by front desk management. The owner Baig sahab , needs to look after his business, it's high time !! You can't let your management behave this way with the customers , resolve the issue, be nice to the customers ...YOUR LOSS NOT OURS . There are hundreds of restaurants nearby and places to visit . BE KIND & RESPECTFUL towards customers in order to grow your business .

This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. The front desk guy is very rude. Doesn’t know’s how to deal with the customers. The place is unhygienic. The manager who is the old guy is very rude. Owner must take action on his behavior. I would never recommend this place. Very disrespectful towards customers. Baig saab change the management.

The front desk person who is a manager and old guy. He is very very rude. The place is not clean and the old guy charged extra amount for table tennis. He was fighting with all the customers. I would never ever recommend this place. I was a regular customer here. I request the owner of this place to take serious action with his behavior.

Pans are NOT fresh always, whenever we came to this place the man at counter is not friendly and PANS very unhygienic with bad taste not typical Karachi style. They need to improve quality and service. Yesterday we went all the way from North to South they have typical frozen Pan with Saunf, I have requested them to make Pan without Saunf they said person who makes Pan work in day time only. This place not represents Karachi Style. I have been at your place last week 10th March 2024 and again the Pan was Saunf Khushboo only, upon requesting to make Saada Khusboo Pan which without Saunf they refused to do so and said that our Pan maker has already gone for the day and he usually make Pan during the the day and keep frozen. I think you should improve your staff efficiency as most of the people they come from far away to take pleasure of Pan which is not upto the standard.

Decent food but the management has no manners or ethics. I saw how they insulted a homeless man and asked him to leave. Reason? "Our customers don't like when 'these' people show up". Dear management - homeless people are humans. Treat them like humans at the very least. All they are asking for is food. I'm done with this place and request whoever sees this boycott this place as well.

A good place to socialize among Asian and African people. After a long time when I revisited this place today, it was stinking very badly indicating the garbage has not been removed promptly. The nauseating odor did not go away even after 20 minutes of my stay while I was sitting in Table 1 and then finally I left.
