First time at this bar and it was fire, mostly because of our server Ciara. She was mad cool, stayed on point the whole time, and made sure we was straight. Put us on to some good drinks, never had shown love like that before. Her vibe made the whole spot better. Definitely coming back and asking for Ciara again. 💯

Listen… the way this place ATE and left no crumbs needs to be studied. The food came out hot, seasoned properly (not that “we scared of salt” nonsense), and the portions actually made sense. You could taste the grill, taste the care, taste the “yeah we know what we doing.” Drinks were balanced, strong, and respectful not syrupy, not watered down, just smooth with a little kick like it should be. The vibe stayed consistent the whole time: music right, people cool, no weird energy. Shoutout to Jaelin, our server, because that service was top-tier. Attentive, friendly, on point without hovering exactly how it should be. That made the experience even better. This is the kind of spot you pull up to hungry, leave full, and already planning your next visit. If you don’t like good food and a solid vibe, this ain’t for you. I’m coming back. And I’m bringing people.

I had such a great experience at Prospect Park! The atmosphere was fun, the food came out hot and fresh, and the service was amazing. Asia was super sweet and attentive — she made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for good vibes, good food, and great service! Don’t forget to ask for Asia!!!!

The staff were super amazing. Zee(her name is longer but I don’t want to misspell it) was outstanding. There were three servers but Zee was mine. Each staff member was so helpful. From security, to the hostess, bartenders, other servers, and even the customers put up with my wild and crazy group. Thank you for making my 50th bday a time I won’t forget! A time was had!!! 50 what!!! 50 who!!!

When I need to chill and just get a hookah this is a great spot. Natash was really great no one checked on us for a bit but I walked up to the first waitress I saw and she said you guys are hot my table but I got you no worries and literally it was just that! No worries she took my order food was so good hot and even suggested some great drinks to try. I am def coming back and hopefully she is our server again !

We had a difficult experience being sat due to certain servers attitudes but once we met our server D’Erika vibes were great. It was slower during happy hour but every time we looked for her she rushed to the table. Drinks and food came out fast, she pre bussed tables before the bussers, napkins and silverware were provided before service, shots were cleared in good timing after being taken, and items were replenished when needed in a timely manner without an attitude. I’ll definitely be back cause if your from Houston you know how bad service can be.

Me and my daughters went for lunch. The food was really good. We had wings, tenders, and catfish poboy. Taco Tuesdays are $2 chicken, beef or shrimp tacos. Also they had free hookah during lunch!! But they had the front door held open and it was FREEZING! Also our server was amazing but when I left I had TWO holds on my card!!! I spoke to one young lady who had me send screenshot from my bank but she hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a young man who told me the second hold would drop off. But it held up my bank account for two days. So if we come again- we are definitely paying with cash!

Food was mediocre at best. I didn't have everything to be fair. Heard the wings are good, they looked good! But I had the Philly egg rolls and the seafood queso dip. Eggrolls.... ummm I dont even kno and the dip tasted fishy. Service was kool, our servers did great. Atmosphere was a vibe! But almost too loud for me. It was music outside, live music inside and we were sitting somewhere in the middle and we're screaming to communicate. The servers couldn't really hear us at all.

Do Not I Repeat come for Fat Tuesday or no other day for crawfish! It took over a hour and half to get our food and both managers Bianca and Faith refused to come to the table and address our concerns. I'm totally disappointed with the service because this consistently happens and I try to give them the benefit of doubt but I'm done supporting!! Managers need to be retrained on addressing customers concerns and not sending the waitresses into the line of fire 🔥 Highly DO NOT Recommend!!

Was there this past Sunday The place is nice cool vibes. If you sitting at the bar service is terrible it’s 3 to 4 bartenders I guess and they go hiding behind the bar. You literally have to make eye contact with someone or throw up your hands for attention. Food was decent the drinks were good.

1-star review I had a very disappointing experience with Prospect Park. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from start to finish. We were given misleading information about our reservation, which created confusion and frustration before we even got settled. On top of that, being charged for entry after the reservation details were not clearly explained felt very misleading. The valet service was also poor. The staff was not organized, not helpful, and the overall service felt unprofessional. What should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience turned into a stressful one because of bad communication, poor customer service, and a clear lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place based on how our situation was handled.

I visited this place a few weeks ago. The first two choices on the menu, I was told they were completely out. Ok, np. I ended up choosing a steak dinner. Then I was told they were out of the asparagus that we advertised to come with the meal. When I suggested to substitute with a double order of Mac n cheese, I ended up getting charged double for each. DESPITE THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T GET UPSET WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE FIRST TWO CHOICES I CHOSE FROM THE MENU. THEN TO TOP OUT OF, THEY WERE OUT OF THE SIDE DISHES THAT WERE SET TO COME WITH THE THIRD CHOICE. I also ordered a Shirley Temple for my drink of which i NEVER recieved! Iended up drinking plain water. AND THEN .. I get the ticket..$75!!!!!! Pissed was an understatement! How? The music was blaring so I couldn't really hear the waitress try to explain. Oh and that ticket was after she found a mistake on my ticket. Frustrated, and ready to go, I paid the ticket amd left!!! Will never go back there! They didn't even offer to adjust the ticket because of their being ill prepared to serve what was on their own menu. Oh n let's not forget the added gratuity that I was FORCED to pay because it was included in the tab. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

My Prospect Park experience ( Richmond Ave.). On January 18, 2026 I made a reservation on the company website for 12:30 PM so that myself and 3 of my professional colleague could watch the game between the Houston Texans and the New England Patriots, which was scheduled to start at 2:00 PM. My primary reason for going there was to watch the game, just like 90% of the other patrons. The day started we are ordering food, drinks, and really enjoying our evening, and the waiter approaches the table around 2:45 and started a last call for our table. We are all looking in disbelief, because we are just getting started and we are asked to close our tabs because there is a table time limit of 2 .5 hours or something like that. I was really confused at that point , because it was not stated on their website. I also told the waiter/host that I was there to watch the game. That would have been a good time to inform me of the time limit considering I told them I was there to watch the game. I am feeling responsible because I booked the reservations, and my friends are questioning me as to why would I book a reservation at a place with such a " rough " atmosphere. That was really tacky prospect. I have only seen that at minority businesses, and I get the concept, but you have to know how to read the room and know your spending customers. We were all spending customers, and money was not a problem for any of us, but your table time limit policy, did not allow us to spend more. We will not be back. I enjoy sharing my positive "outside "experiences "on social media, however this was not a positive one but for sure one I will be sharing.

We came in on a Friday after work and the hostess was a kind young lady. After I sat and waited for my waitress she came over and she was very nice however whenever my table came they were not happy with their table so we moved. After we moved one of the waitresses pulled our waitress to the side and told her “don’t piss me off” in regards to us being in her section. After they moved us from that table we got a new waitress but she treated us like we were burdening her. Honestly I would say until they make a change save your money or come during the week bc the service has been trash and I’ve been coming here since 2018.

🍴😐 We recently visited this restaurant and were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The outdoor area looked great for social media pics 📸, but the service was slow and our server seemed uninterested. It took 30 minutes to get just one drink and the food wasn't even worth the wait. FIRST TIME HERE AND I MUST SAY IT WAS THE WORST EVER AND AT THE TIME THEY WHERE NOT EVEN THAT BUSY. SO UPON PLACINH ORDERS FOR FOOD IT TOOK MORE THAN 1 HR TO BRING FOOD OUT TO OUR PARTY! DRINKS WHERE WATERY AND THE FROZEN DRINK MACHINE IS WAS DOWN. MOST IF THE FOOD WE WHERE TRYING TO ORDER THEY WHERE OUT OF STOCK THEY STATED. OUR WAITER WAS SOMEWHAT ATTENTIVE AND NICE/FRIENDLY. ONCE ALL ORDERS WHERE TAKEN IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET OUR FOOD THEN WE BEGAN RECEIVING ORDERS THAT WAS NOT OURS.. SOME FOOD WAS NEVER BROUGHT OUT AT ALL. THEN TO TOP IT OFF WE RECEIVED UNCOOKED FOOD! HIGHLY PISSED. WE ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK WITH THE MGR. ON DUTY (AMBER) TO WHICH SHE HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE NOT SURE WHY BUT TRYING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF BLOODY CHICKEN WAS NOT FAIR TO US! ALSO ABOUT FOOD THAT HAS NOT BEEN BROUGHT OUT AFTER 2 HOURS IT DOESNT TAKE THAT LONG FOR (4) TENDER STRIPS. MOST OF THE FOOD WAS COLD ARRIVING TO THE TABLE AS WELL, I FELT TERRIBLE FOR THE SERVER. SHE WAS REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS. BUT OF COURSE THE MGR DONE NOTHING ABOUT OUR PROBLEM NOR DID SHE EVER RETURN TO SPEAK TO US EITHER SHE SIMPLY WALKED AWAY! I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS LOCATION NEVER AGAIN! AMBER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
