If youve been to Shabu Zone, then you’ll love this place. This place is smaller but the options they have with endless buffet are amazing. They offer shrimp fried rice, chicken wings and much more. Self serve fountain drinks and white rice bowls. Highly highly recommend if you don’t want to drive all the way to bellaire for all-you-can eat hot pot. Unlike Shabu zone, they are open all day. They also provide lunch pricing before 3pm.

Place is clean. Service was good. You get to pick your choice of broth. Either one choice broth in a big pot or 2 choices of broth in a split pot. You pick the meat and they will serve you u limited. There is a buffet bar for vegetables, seafood selection, variety of fish balls, dessert, drinks, ice cream, a few cooked dishes, fried dishes and sauces. It’s a good variety here.

Blown away with the variety of the choices! They have a big spread of veggies and seafood for the hotpot. We picked the $25+ with meat and it was more than worth it. I shy away from buffets like this but the meat’s fresh and delish. No after taste at all! We had the regular and Tom yum on the hot pot. The service was good, staff very attentive and professional. It was so worth it!!! Reunion with my college friend went amazing with great food!

It’s the day after Thanksgiving, and we are tired of leftovers, so me and my daughter went on a quest to find a restaurant with a soup that will make us feel like home, and granted we are not Asian we are Mexicans, but these hot pot place truly hit the spot! From the friendly staff to the amazing food! I love the fact that it’s a hot pot buffet restaurant, you choose your broth, I went with not spicy, and my daughter did spicy, and you can choose from a white selection of vegetables, seafood, greens, noodles, and you you get four meats at a time. Arby was so happy with the soup! We couldn’t ask for anything better! It’s very affordable and you get your money worth! Definitely coming back again!

This is our go to hot pot spot when we’re Houston! Food is always fresh and theres a variety of meat to choose from. Our favorite is the spicy broth and the all you can eat lamb and garlic beef yummy! The staff is always friendly and they keep the food rotating. I had to take a star off because of the restaurants recent appearance. We’ve been coming here about 2 years and this last visit I was surprised on how worn out all the furniture looked. Some of the chairs had big cracks in the leather and table had a little Wobble. I wouldn’t let this stop you from enjoying their Amazing food.

This is was our second visit to Happy Lamb after couple of years. The first visit was at the Bellaire location which I remember had much larger variety in buffet items than what we experienced here. There were barely 3-4 items like fried rice, fried chicken, noodles, sweet and sour chicken etc. The varieties of condiments was also much lesser than another Korean hot pot we tried couple months back. We ordered the premium meats which was approx $33 per person (if I remember correctly) so definitely not cheap. We got the Tom yum and spicy broth. Tom yum broth was very good and meat was pretty decent too. Service was ok, can be much better. It was more like a cafeteria service so definitely expect better from a place where we are paying a pretty good amount per person. We went on a Sunday evening but were able to be seated right away. We were unable to find parking in the complex as despite having so many parking spots, all were full as the restaurant is in a busy complex. Dessert options are terrible here. Cheap quality cakes and pre-packaged ice creams. We ended up getting dessert from Nu next door. Probably will not be returning here. We loved another Korean hot pot (Shabu En). Excellent service and delicious dessert.

Happy Lamp Hot Pot is a great choice for my family's hotpot cravings. It was okay , I wish the soup broth had a more richer flavor it lacked a zing for sure it seemed very bland for the mixed broths that we chose. The meat was excellent was nicely cut and beautifully displayed and cooked nicely. The buffet was nice wish they replayed the empty trays after 20 minutes that would have been a nice adjustment. It’s my #1 go-to hotpot in houston. I visited the other day and it has changed drastically. Big price increase which I do not mind.
