Food takes a long time to prepare and the staff is unwilling to turn the lights on saying they do not know how to turn them on. Over half of the lights are turned off and they said they don’t know how. The manager should know that his staff is trying to have customers think it is closed so they can work less. What a joke.

Horrible. You sit at the window waiting to order for 5 min before anyone even talks to you. This place better up their game if they want to keep customers

We have been sitting in the drive thru, only one car was ahead of us. Over 30 minutes for one sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never come to this location again.

Im a big fan of Firehouse. Ordered many times. We ordered out tonight. NOT GOOD. The sandwich was...okay. I also ordered a cup of chili. I had to drain off a third of the cup because it was all water. Not okay, need to do better. Won't be ordering from this location again.

This place is horrible. Would not take my money because all I had were $100 bills. I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me they don't want my money. The girl working to register first told me me that they would do it and then the manager came back said no and gave him my money back with an attitude! This manager was very unprofessional and I will never spend money here again. The manager was bald and need some training. I don't know who his name was but whoever owns this place I would train your manager's better. It's fine if you don't want my money but you can take your attitude and shove it.

I’m really just writing this review because a medium sandwich with chips and drink is $14! That’s wild. Not even French fries. A small bag of chips. That’s no more than a $10 meal

If I could give this place a zero, I would the manager Anna is a very bad manager. They made a mistake and re-she refused to give me the sandwich. I had to come all the way back.. this is very poor customer service. Somebody needs to have her job. She has a very bad attitude and is making faces at me through the drive-in.!

This must be the worst firehouse on planet earth. Walked into the restaurant today with at least 6 to 7 people (workers) there, and ZERO customers in the building- but I was totally ignored, for at least 3 to 5mins. At these challenging times for restaurants especially in that particular strip center, where numerous restaurants have had to close down. I'm a big firehouse fan but I'd probably will never return! Even after they saw me walking out and taking pictures they couldn't care less. Really feel sorry for the owner. Shocking disgusting attitude.

I arrived at this establishment btw 8:11 pm and 8:15. I saw at the speaker for a few minutes and no one ever answered. So then I drove to the window and knocked on the window. I was told by the lady that they were close due to being short staff. She said it’s only two people here. I said how many people does it take to make sandwich. I also stated to her that I’m aware of them doing this all the time. She said I’m sorry but everything has been shut down. I okay that’s fine. I then asked for her to provide me with the corporate office number or a district managers contact info. I want to see if they’re aware of the store setting their own operation hours. She said, hold on one second. She then returns to the window and said, “we can take your order.” I said that’s funny. I do plan to make it my business to contact corporate in the morning.
