Place us great for breakfast and plenty of seating to go around or sit at the bar & watch the chef cook up your breakfast. The service is fast, and attending. Update: Unfortunately, the fried steak wasn't up to par for me it was soggy and just overdone... will stick to classic breakfast they always make that delicious

The hash browns are spectacular. Everything was delicious and quick. It's fun to see them make the good on the griddle. Prices are reasonable. We've been coming here for over a year and the food has been consistent.

It's a casual dining experience that offers old school, country style cooking and cuisine. Me and some family members met there fir brunch and everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a little crowded but the service was prompt and friendly. The prices were very affordable and the portions were very generous!

The best breakfast you ever eat the food is amazing. Big portions, and our food is always the otter but it's warm, but still on the money.

Def a mom and pop style country breakfast. A must go. Line is long but it's worth the wait. Definitely coming back.

I've always loved Frank's grills food when I used to live here. The only thing that I was kind of upset about was that this location specifically does not have the Cajun fries like the Westheimer location does. The service was okay I had to get three different waitresses before I could get a to-go box. It was a really busy time but with the food how good it is I can understand why it was a louder place it did have a warm welcoming diner feeling.

Haven't been here in bit. I frequebt both locations . Ordered the same thing I always did. Chicken fried steak and eggs plate with a waffle in the side. First bite I took I noticed , the chicken fried steak was no longer made on site. It was frozen . I know times are hard . I know sacrifice has to be made. Quality dose not. Let me know when yall go back to what you originally did. It was mediocre.

Nice little restaurant with a real comfy feel. The place is slightly dated, but i think that adds to the vibe. Food is always delicious & fresh off the grill. I love places that utilize a flat grill to cook on. Something about being able to see your food as it's prepared 😋. Prices, in my opinion, match the amount of food served. They're very giving with their hashbrowns, which are so good. Make sure you ask for extra crispy.

I will not be back. Food is okay, serves the need, but honestly this is about their new service charge on take out orders. I call in an order every so often, but today I did some math on what I paid and double checked the receipt. Turns out they've added an 8% service fee if you get take out. Really guys? You've increased the price of your burgers 50% in just the past couple of years, now you're scraping another dollar off the top because I don't have the time to sit down and eat in your lobby?

This place serves your standard diner fare. The food was pretty basic. Decent food, but nothing to complain about, and nothing to write home about either. I ordered the pork chop country breakfast. The pork chops were small, but seasoned and cooked well. My meal also came with hashbrowns, eggs, and biscuits, which were all a bit bland, but not bad with some salt and added condiments. The atmosphere was that of an old diner. It felt a bit cramped, but not too bad. You could tell that furniture and decor had seen better days, but it was all adequate enough for a quick meal. The highlight was service. The staff was super friendly, and our server was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. It seemed like our server was the only one on duty, and she handled the dining room with friendliness, efficiency, and grace. I recommend this place for a basic meal in an older diner atmosphere. Prices were fair, and service was friendly.

I have eaten there several times and the food was good. I’m about presentation and taste. I ordered the breakfast special for $12.99, the hash browns were hanging off the plate. The bacon was overcooked. I requested cheese eggs with grilled onions. The cheese was not melted, it appeared that a slice of cheese was cut into pieces and placed on top.

I would give them a 3 & half ⭐️. Food was good. I would go back it’s a mom and pop shop moreover like a waffle house. Prices were great! 😊

Frank's Grill is a mixed bag. I liked some of the food and didn't like others. For example, the waffle and eggs were good. However, the hash browns had zero flavors and weren't seasoned at all. The bacon was good BUT COLD.

Islander waitress gets a thumbs down we moved from the bar to a table to get away from her. Im pretty sure she was soliciting ... she was so close if I turned my head to far we could kiss... The food use to be superb i dont what's going on... maybe changed the grease.... We will not be going back any time soon. My chicken tasted like fish fry no seasoning. The waffle was good and so was the tea. The waitress for the table was much better than the island girl. She was efficient professional kind and respectful. She alo kept appropriate distancing from my partner and I.

Terrible experience. I don't understand how people rate this so highly. I ordered crispy hash browns and got barely cook hash browns manager said oh we're too busy to make them crispy. The server should have told me they couldn't have done crispy. The bacon was precooked and way too done. French toast was just a floppy mess

Look man……. Burger was dry like the Sahara. The patty to bun ratio was way off. 6 pounds of bread for 1/4 of beef. Gave me the whitest discolored parts of the lettuce. Some really small mushy tomatoes. All of the French fry’s we ordered fast differently, but you can tell the oil has not been changed in quite some time. As bits of burnt fry bits stuck tot he fries like white on rice. Pretty gross. Terrible experience. It’s muggy in here, why is everything wet. 10/10 don’t recommend.
