We had an awesome time!! The staff super friendly. The DJ ready to party. We arrived around 9ish, it was a little slow, but the DJ started the party. We were able to get a table quickly and order some food and drinks just in time for the Karaoke to start. The private rooms looked great and we will definitely be hosting a party there soon!!

Best Karaoke in Houston! Drink specials, great menu, and we love the pop up chefs they have on certain nights! Cool atmosphere and great bartenders! Ordered on the app for pickup. Ordering was fairly simple. My order was ready on time and sitting on a rack with other orders. The problem was that because of the cheap cardboard food containers, the containers and the bag were dripping all over. That said, I can't complain about the food, the portions, or the fairly reasonable prices.

Okay so basically quick and simpler the rice was not it im so sorry but i love chipotle, but the rice is not it here this is actually my first time trying chipotle here, as i usually go to the one on Shepard but the rice was just not cooked rights and you don’t get the same amout of flavor as the other location also the tomatoes watered my bowl and it made it kind of disgusting to eat but i will still eat it lol. okay im updating the review because of how disgusted i got i almost threw up and i honestly will not come back here idc if i live nearby what a steal of my 10 bucks i could of gotten watermelon 😭 but yeah this is horrendous ew.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE Chipotle, so I was really disappointed that my burrito was like 99% rice! I mobile ordered from the chipotle app. I got white rice, chicken, beans, corn salsa, red salsa, EXTRA sour cream and I paid EXTRA for queso!!! So WHY does my burrito look like this?? I make $15 an hour, this burrito cost me an HOUR of my life!!!! For rice!!!! I’m so sad :(

The foods decent but the service was pretty bland no smiles here just people trying to make it through the day and the place smelled the floor was nasty and felt like someone spilled grease the area was dirty and I had to struggle to find somewhere clean to eat definitely wouldn't go to this location again.

Not my best Chipotle experience. The store is not well kept. They have started putting premade sides of sour cream off to the side in those small plastic cups, I guess to save time, but I wonder about food safety in doing so because the sour cream is no longer being kept cold that way.

Looks like this place is no longer in business/shutdown? Was here for a private event back in October 2025 and had an absolute blast! Was trying to book a private event for my upcoming birthday. Tried booking multiple times on their website, but my payment method kept getting rejected. Tried calling but the phone number is no longer in service. Stopped by twice this week during listed business hours (once around 7p, and then again around 10p). Both days the doors were locked. No new posts on Instagram beyond November either. So disappointing. 😞

Very slow chipotle. They had started 9 bowls but didn’t have anyone to add the toppings so there was a bottleneck. Took us about 20 mins to get through line and get our food.

Where do I begin this is the 2nd time I've eaten here the 1st time was so-so but this time really irked me. First they didn't have shredded cheese and offered me queso - but I would have to pay for it. I declined because 1 I don't like Chipotle's queso and 2nd why would I pay if you didn't have any cheese. Also what I noticed it that it was pretty messy around the food area, is there a reason that you can't wipe up after you finish a few orders. I work downtown close to the tunnel so all of the restaurants within walking distance is closed. Let's just say I will not return to this establishment. I did notice the 1st time I went that my ice had to come from the back which I get because people come in and get their own drinks without paying but c'mon. This is one time at Chipotle that I didn't enjoy my meal. Next time I will find another location or just go to a different restaurant. When you run out of stuff let people know ahead of time because I was teetering on just leaving but decided since I wasted time in line and my lunch time was inching away to just get my food.

The atmosphere, food, and drinks at Glitter Karaoke Bar were actually fantastic—great vibes and a fun setup overall. However, the experience was completely ruined by the DJ. I was celebrating a themed “old person” birthday, and despite the lighthearted fun, the DJ refused to play any of the songs from our party list. It felt personal and honestly just rude. He didn’t even acknowledge the request, and his attitude put a damper on what should’ve been a memorable night. If guests can’t participate or have their song choices respected, what’s the point of a karaoke bar? I strongly suggest replacing the DJ or at least installing a jukebox-style system where customers can select their own songs. Until then, I won’t be returning.

I give this place 2 stars because the clientele and DJ made it so welcoming!! Prices are great! However, tonight whoever the lady behind the bar was… should probably find a different establishment, with a different position … the fact you see guest are waiting at the bar, and turn around with your air pods in your ears, singing, not even making a drink??? I hate being a person to flag down an employee! Especially As a fellow industry guest! I still left some kind of tip.. but this definitely made my friends and I want to leave quicker than we anticipated … The only reason we stayed was to finish our drinks, others were so polite and friendly!

The place is usually ok but I would skip the Sunday brunch. I was charged $14 for 3 chicken wings and 2 cold Eggo waffles. I complained to the staff and nothing was done. They just made excuses for why this incredibly poor customer care should be acceptable. Definitely come through every other Sunday for the Bourbon & Board Games event but eat before you get there. They over here stealing.

This place needs to be cleaned, it’s nasty!!!!! This company it’s making money and it can have someone specifically to clean the dining area and bathrooms

Placed an order thru the website to be delivered on my lunch break. My order was incorrect…they added salsa/tomatoes which I do not eat. They only have a chat option and when I spoke to a “live agent” I was offered a free drink. How will a free drink compensate for food that I cannot eat? Spent my entire lunch break trying to resolve and I still didnt get it resolved. Now, I will have to stop by the restaurant when I get off work so that I can rightfully get my money back. Waste of my time.

This location is trash when it comes to ordering through the app. They can't get anything right. Complaint after Complaint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION unless you go in-person. Horrible. I can't have it my way it's there way.....basically!!!! This location needs to be shut down or revamped or something.

Nov. 2020 Update: This location has serious problems in filling orders in a timely manner. In the age of COVID, systems should be in place to expedite speed of service. The line can’t be out the door, especially when the folks outside will crowd indoors as the weather gets colder. ORIGINAL REVIEW — I LOVE Chipotle and this has been the worst one I’ve ever lived by. I just moved here from Denver and the restaurants were cleaner, the staff was nicer and less stingy with ingredients. This location runs out of stuff regularly. I have never frequented a location with these problems. Corporate really needs to give this location a refresher in customer service, cleanliness and proper food supply ordering procedures.

My rice was not cooked at all it was extremely hard. When I brought it to their attention, no compensation or solution was offered. On top of that, the short lady at the front who was helping bag the orders was extremely rude. I’m not sure of her name, but this happened around 1:00 PM on January 29, 2026. She was the employee standing next to the cashier. Because of her attitude and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location.mother to mention she was on her phone very unprofessional

I got food poisoning here today. The chicken was not fresh and the sour cream tasted odd. The chicken tacos were a joke, they were the size of a kids meal. Only 4 pieces of cubed chicken. My order of tacos looked as though it had seen better days. Go elsewhere if you want to spend a lot for bird sized food.

I went in and ordered a chicken burrito. The First Lady on the back end of the line gave me half scoops of rice and beans and then a third scoop of meat. The Second Lady on the front end gave me quarter scoops of pico and corn salsa and when asked for lettuce she legitimately sprinkled THREE shreds of lettuce onto my burrito. I asked for more lettuce and she sprinkled about 6 more shreds. I asked for “a lot of cheese” and had to ask for more cheese 3 times and still didn’t even have half a handful of cheese on my burrito. I then ordered a side of cheese to put on my burrito at home myself and they gave me half a side of cheese. Not even a full side. For picture context, I cut my burrito in half and took about 3 bites and there was no chicken to be seen. You can also see the lack of lettuce a cheese I had asked for more of. Basically paid $13 for a rice and beans burrito.

This location needs some serious attention. I ordered my food and noticed how messy the entire counter was and thought maybe it had been a busy day. Then I went to go to get a spoon and the entire area was disgusting. I then searched the area and saw the pile up of trash in the bin. I completely lost my appetite. Cleanliness should never be a concern around food. I returned my food and decided to go elsewhere. $35 spent was not worth it at this location. My rice was also hard on top of it. They did refund me with no hassle which was nice after I expressed my concerns with the environment.

This is the dirtiest chipotle restaurant in Houston, TX. Every time I walk in, all of the employees are short staffed and struggling, they don’t have time to clean so every customer has to sit in filthy conditions full of trash and shreds of wasted food all over the tables, seats and floors. You’re honestly better off sitting on the curb and eating outside because it’s much cleaner. Don’t waste your time or money eating here.

I usually love Chipotle, so I was glad to have one close to my house, but this location was very disappointing the last time I went. The dining area felt warm and damp, almost like the AC wasn’t working properly. There were several people inside who didn’t appear to be eating, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The line was long and the staff didn’t seem to have much urgency. My bowl itself was prepared fine, but when I went to check out, a cockroach crawled across the counter near the food bins. I was so startled I had to pushed it away. The employees saw it but did not react or offer to comp the meal or anything. At that point, I didn’t feel safe eating the food at all. I really want to enjoy this location since it’s so close by, but the cleanliness, atmosphere, and staff attentiveness need major improvement.

Rude bartender named Robert. We stood at the bar at 6pm shortly after opening, didn’t acknowledge us. We asked for a menu, he tried to push steak night menu on us. Told him we have a big group so want finger foods, and Had to ask for regular food menu. Gave us attitude. We had group of 10 and didn’t stay. Need better service. Place looks janky as heck now too.

DO NOT PAY WITH CARD!!!!!!!!!! I would’ve given this place five stars because we really enjoyed ourselves and it’s a really cool place to hang out. The reason why I’m only giving it. One star is because we visited Houston from a different city and when we got there, I bought the first round and I remember my total was $25 and some change so our vacation is over and we get home and I’m looking at my bank statement and they charged me. I believe it was like $72 so I made about six phone calls two emails and I even messaged them on Instagram and every single time I talk to somebody they tell me that they’re gonna take care of it. They’re gonna send me a copy of my receipt so I can submit it into my bank nine different request in three different ways and I still have yet to get my receipt from July 12, 2025 I Talk to the manager or owner I’m not real sure what he is but the man named Todd I was able to talk to him once and ever since then I don’t get any phone calls back and I get told that he’s not there bottom line it’s not even about the money at this point it’s the principal because they’re obviously overcharging people and who knows how many times they’ve done this. Just be careful if you’re paying with a credit card or your bank card.

I wouldn’t recommend opening a tab here. I was there Friday night celebrating a friend’s birthday. Opened a tab . Closed my tab out . And for some reason or another my card was charged twice. I’ve been calling and am getting horrible customer service. No one seems to know what’s going on. is this place ran with just bartenders. Is there no management. If there is it’s awful!

The Bouncer was very rude and unprofessional. We were celebrating my daughter’s Birthday and it was everyone’s first time here. We asked where could we park never said a word just pointed and stayed looking in his phone. It took us 30 minutes to find out that it was free parking on Sunday. So we could park anywhere. Went inside to speak with and another person that said that they would have a conversation with him. We then looked up and seen him arguing with another one of are friends. I’m not staying Customers are always right. But Jon are cussing at a women who has served for are country. And is ready to fight her and knowing how to service people in general and is very much rude. Shouldn’t be at the front door working for any Establishment. And the other workers did absolutely nothing about him treating people in this manner. I’ve been In Customer Service industry for many and never in my 35 years experience this

On the night of 03/26/2024, my partner and I went to grab a few drinks at this establishment. We went straight to the bar as it was already late. A thin woman was bartending and did not smile one time at me when I was asking for my drinks. I took it as that was her demeanor and just tried to have a good time. We started dancing and I had to go to the bathroom. My partner stayed behind and kept smoking the hookah. On my way to the bathroom, I started taking pictures of the wall art and when I turn around I started recording him. When I talked to my partner later on after we left, he said that she tried to get his attention by dancing and when she realized that I was watching, she stopped and went to the back. The lack of extreme disrespect this portrayed was unreal. Once he told me what had happened, I was beyond upset and ruined my entire night. I dont come to pay you a tip for you to disrespect me and my relationship. Straight up the audacity you have to do that infront of me when Im paying YOUR WAGE. You sure didnt smile at me but decided to smile at my boyfriend. She clearly knew that we were together and still decided to flirt with him. I added a snapshot of a video I caught of her before she started pointing at him dancing and trying to get his attention. Next time be cautious of what youre doing because you never know whos looking. This is an extremely unfortunate review as we were traveling and trying to make the best of our night. Besides the low class bartender, the manager was super sweet. I wish I wouldve known what had happened before I left or else I wouldve told him right then and there what happened. I hope management takes action and there are repercussions for this type of behavior. I hope they can instill some kind of decorum to this childish, low class bartender.
