I just want to give the biggest shoutout to Mike, the manager at Honey Baked Ham. He was truly a blessing this Thanksgiving. My family and I were in a tough spot and thought our holiday meal was ruined, but Mike stepped in and completely saved the day. He went above and beyond to help us and even made sure we left with the biggest, most beautiful ham. His kindness, professionalism, and heart honestly meant the world to us. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares, and Mike showed us exactly that. Thank you, Mike! God bless you for making our Thanksgiving special. Honey Baked Ham is lucky to have you!

Holiday pick up process is GREATLY improved. In and out in 5 minutes. In the past, even with a “reservation”, I might wait in line e up to an hour. The hams and other food items are consistently good.

Had a wonderful experience! Placed an order for (4) bone-in 8 lb hams on 11-25, had a scheduled pick up from 8:30-9:00 on 11-26. Was in and out in under 10 minutes! The manager seemed to have everything and everyone organized and flowing smoothly! Everyone who assisted me was extremely helpful and happy to help, too.

Ordered a ham online for pickup 11/24/24. When I got there I showed cashier my receipt. She told me my order would be almost $25 more than I expected. She said I would have to get a half instead of a quarter ham. I expected a slight difference due to weight but not a entire category. She said she had not seen any quarter sizes. I refused the big ham. I complained about the order. She didn’t attempt to look. Another worker heard me talking & went into the refrigerator & came right out with a small ham. He told her that she didn’t try to find anything. When I got home, I was disgusted because the ham was burned up & very dry. See photo. Needless to say, it was not a part of our Thanksgiving table.

I arrived at around 6:50 PM on November 26,2025 and I joined the walk-in line. The two people ahead of me did not have reservations, and both were white. Despite having no reservations, they were allowed to personally select and pick out their ham and pay for it. When it was my turn, the employee standing next to the cashier told the cashier that reservations only not allowed to be sold to me. This directly contradicted what had just occurred with the two customers ahead of me which were white and did not have reservation and was allowed to select ham and paid. The cashier appeared confused and told me, "You should talk to the manager, if you want your ham”explaining that she was not sure why the other employee said that directly to us and confirm there wasn’t any need for reservation. Moments later, the manager came out after requesting to speak to the manager and stated, "Ham selection is reservation only now." There was no sign posted stating this policy, two lines one for reservation and one for walk-in. Very disappointing I was not informed while I waited in the line and seeing two white people ahead of me get it. Discrimination is really here.

The woman at the counter said "we will be too busy on Wednesday". I was considering the most expensive ham they carry . I couldn't be management allowed me to walk out the door without a purchase.

Placed a preorder 6 days ago for a thanksgiving ham and set pickup date to today, Wednesday the 26th. when we arrived for pickup they told us they couldn’t help us. So what I would like to know is what is the point of allowing people to make reservations for items they have no intention of fulfilling orders for, days in advance just to tell them last minute they’re basically screwed.

They refunded me the difference but I don’t want my money back, I want the ham that I paid for. Been coming here for almost 10 years for thanksgiving, won’t be returning.
