Really great experience here, this was my first time trying a bowl an it was the employees took the time to answer my questions I'd like to point out Mya she had a great attitude an patience during a busy time to talk to me i think thats exceptional customer service ... preciate the service Jamba Thank you Mya
The employees were nice. I hadn't been here in a while. The young lady suggested a personal favorite. It was delicious. My daughter liked the Belgium Waffle bowl with the coconut whip cream.
I prefer Jamba than Smoothie King. This location is the only one near my home. I like it. Ginger shot is spicy but good. Apple and Green juice is so delicious. My only complaint is I wish there was a drive thru but overall, it is quick service. A pick me up before or after my workout.
I ordered a Fruit and Greek Yogurt Bowl. It was incredible. Every bite was an explosion of delicious flavor. It was made fresh by a staff member who was enthusiastic and friendly. I highly recommend both the dish as well as the place
Excellent smoothies and fast friendly service. They have a few tables outside but no seating inside due to Covid. I had the Strawberry Whirl, the flavor was excellent and it was well blended.
As a birthday perk in October, I get a free small smoothie! I would come here to the Post Oak near Galleria for years! My best friend’s sis created the White Gummy 23 years ago! I decided to get that drink! Chris Roberts was quite helpful!
it is 10 am currently, so there isn’t a lot of people here in store. the woman who served me was so kind and informative about the menu and made sure that all of my questions were answered. i ordered the dragon fruit delight bowl in a regular size and it exceeded my expectations. i missed eating dragon fruit and this bowl is delicious. :)
I love the staff here. They are so nice and often have the best suggestions. I tried an almond butter bowl. It was my first fruit bowl honestly and it. was. great! Will be sure to try this again. I’m eating pretty healthy and it was a great alternative because I didn’t want to get junk food.
Since there is no Jamba Juice in my area, it took a long drive to arrive to this location. But overall the drives are worth it! The staffs are nice and helpful. We happened to try the Electric Berry Lemonade and Acai smoothie, the previous trip, we tried strawberry smoothie and matcha green tea smoothie. They are so good (i hope healthy as well!). We ordered the first time through our mobile app, I think it costed more since there is a tax fee to remain app, so if you are not busy then I recommend order in store to reduce those fees. Overall, great drinks!
I always order smoothies through the mobile app and I’ve never had issues so far like some of the other reviews. I really enjoy strawberries wild and orange c booster! They’re expensive compared to boba places, but still great and more health-conscious.
They always greet me with a friendly smile. Place is clean and never visited when crowded. I'm not really sure if it ever gets packed but I'm always in and out in no time. I drive 10 miles just to get my orange/carrot juice. Delicious!

Ney was refreshing to work with! I was telling her how Jamba was my first job in high school and she listened to me reminisce for minutes lol She was so sweet, engaging, and fulfilled my order perfectly! The açaí primo and the turkey sausage wrap was to die for. She was just an overall wonderful store ambassador who looked what she does!

First time coming to a Jamba, pretty good experience! We got some delicious smoothies and a healthy cookie ( that did not taste good but it's not jamba's fault). The service could have been faster.
Love dream Machine, but it hasn’t been consistent in taste, although today’s is excellent according to my son! They also have a rewards program, but you’ll have to remember ask them to add your purchase.

They're letting this wonderful location go down the drain with current management. Sad to see, what a shame Everything they make is SOO good!! The mango-a-go-go is a classic never gets old. Get some energy boosters and you don't taste the difference! Lotta horchata is the bomb. Caribean passion is really good too. Sometimes they take long to make them but they're so good it's worth the wait. I wish there were more in the city! They closed the one that was right by Lakewood church on 59 south :( .
Waffles are no better than eggo frozen waffles. Small OJ was $8! No prices on paper menu. The out side of my waffle bowl was sticky where they spilled honey on it. Orders come out randomly. Food and drinks come out separately. Done eating when coffee and juice arrived.
Came in for a pick up, lady looked at me like I killed her family and gave me my order. I said thank you and got no response in return. Which i wasnt expecting since the family in front of me got good service. Food was good thought!

I ordered a smoothie and it was liquified. I asked the young lady that made it to exchange it because I wanted a smoothie, not a drink. She initially tried to give me some excuse as to why it was like that but I’m in there almost every other day and never received it juiced. She asked me how do I want it? And did I want more ice? Heck I don’t know how to make them lol that’s why I’m here! Maybe this was her first day? I’m not sure but the “smoothie” I received was for sure a juiced chocolate mood. She apologized and remade it. Once remade it came out great (you can tell she was frazzled as the line was growing). She was also there working by herself and messed up another person prior to me. Management please get her some help in there and train her before you lose an employee! I will still go back as most of my visits have been good.

They seem to be out of everything. I ordered a “Go Getter” and the young man made it without telling me that they were completely out of the caffeinated matcha that makes it a “Go Getter”! Had I not asked, he wouldn’t have even told me. The staff also looked messy and their aprons were filthy.
$8 for a premade processed drink is criminal, and a fee to pay through the app diabolical.. 😒

I’ve been over to 50 locations and spent thousands of dollars over the years at Jamba Juice. I’ve never seen a worse display of customer service, bad attitudes and laziness from a group (all girls) of workers in the service industry. This store should be closed down or have everyone currently working fired. To help the owners of this store, I visited during the AM shift with 3 girls standing around, gossiping and chatting and completely ignoring the people in line. I watched this for 10 minutes before I turned around and walked out.
Drove 30 mins for a chunky strawberry bowl, was told there was no fresh produce to place on top of the bowl. Not employee’s fault but how is this a juice bar without fresh fruit :( May try again in the future & with high hopes fresh fruit will be available.
We ordered smoothies yesterday around noon both don’t taste good. Too much yogurt. Lady working there didn’t know what she was doing. Either not trained well or tired of her job.

I hadn't been to this Jamba Juice in a while and was sorely disappointed today. The inside of the store is dismal at best and I would say that at least 2 of the 3 employees looked hungover. Tried to order an egg dish, they were out of stock. Okay, next I tried to order one of the smoothies... no, they don't have the necessary ingredients for that one. Okay. Let's try a wheatgrass shot... nope, don't have the fresh kind but offered something in a pouch. Tried another smoothie and had to substitute the milk because guess what, they didn't have it. The girl taking our order said they are under new management and he forgot to place any orders. This store needs to just close.
I stopped by for the first time because it's conveniently close to where I work. I'm next in line, the only one in line, and a woman walks in and skips me. I assume she's a regular because one of the employees acknowledges her, smiles and waves and another employee walks up to place her order. I'm confused by the preference of the lady that skipped me because I was standing in front of the register. I did mention it to the employee and she apologized for not seeing that happen, however the employee that did acknowledge her didn't apologize. I will not be returning due to the preference of serving entitled women that feel that they can skip people in line.
Worst Juice place ever, if you like attitude in plentiful supply when you ask to leave out one of a smoothie's ingredients but zero manners, customer care or empathy, nor any bananas at just 11am on a Sunday then this place is for you. Love all JJ locations as a regular patron across the states, but never had the attitude or rudeness sadly encountered here earlier today. Just hope regional management read these reviews and take note as well as swift decisive action as this was a very poor and totally unexpected experience... :-(
This was my first time trying this location. I was looking for plant-based options with plant-based protein. They were out of those products. I can understand not having some things at the end of the week, however, what was really disappointing was the service. All employees had AirPods in, all were on their phones, and they weren’t friendly or helpful from start to finish. This was a really poor experience, and I unfortunately won’t be trying this location again.
This was the worst Jamba Juice I have ever went to! The customer service was not up to the usual friendly manner the several others I have went too. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there, no greeting when I came in and when I got my order I had to reach across the counter to get my energy bowl. I came in and greeted the cashier and she looked at me and said nothing, wasn't until I was right infront of her she bothered to give me a dry hello! I expected so much more with the area it is in! Don't think I will come back and I'm a rewards member.
Lots of attitude when ordering and zero manners. Drink was okay but we shouldn't be treated soo horrible especially after tipping 5 bucks on 2 drinks? We sat in front of the juice bar and both girls saw us both failed to inform us our drinks were ready until we walked over to the counter to check. Jamba used to have positive vibes now I see why they're closing down it also seemed really run down inside and out especially for the Galleria
I came to this Jamba Juice location late one night, and I had a horrible experience. Now, I am a long-time customer and former employee of Jamba Juice, and I understand servicing people late at night is not the best; I did plan to leave a tip for at least serving me but I didn’t expect to have no customer service. The Team Lead in particular showed no care and even huff and puff as she took my order. I did still leave a tip as stated I use to be a team member at Jamba Juice, and this young lady who took over my order after the Team Lead stormed off to the back was very nice and did show great customer service but overall I say not the best Jamba Juice experience I ever had.
Poor customer service. No smiles or welcoming demeanor. Didn't even have any fresh fruit for an acai bowl? We were really hungry so we asked for it without, but still charged full price and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience.
Bad customer service. I walked in and nobody was at the counter for a good 10 minutes before she seemed to be rushing us to order. Very unprofessional. We order a razzmatazz and two orange dream machines and when we taste them the razzmatazz has full raspberries and tastes weird and our orange dreams taste like orangey milk with chunky yogurt. I hope this was just a bad day because this used to be my favorite smoothie place and this service was disappointing.
Not a good experience at this location. I went there for the first time and just before noon and I’ve been told that they’ve already run out of bananas!!! The fruit bowl that I ordered tasted awful and nothing like what it should be. The items on Jamba Juice’s menu are not just pre-made, they can be altered based on personal preference, allergies, etc.. that’s the beauty of any healthy juice bars therefore customers shouldn’t receive rolled eyes and attitude for customizing any orders. Other locations have always made it to perfection and as a regular customer I know when my order is not right. This location lacks customer care, social skills and ingredients.
I witnessed this yesterday: the manager took a dirty cup from a homeless guy who walked in and demanded ice! she dipped the dirty cup in the crushed ice they use to make smoothies and handed back to him!!!!!! they have a ladle to scoop ice to make smoothies but she DIPPED THE ENTIRE 20 oz CUP FROM A HOMELESS GUY IN THE ICE! when I confronted her and the other employees she responded do you want to call corporate???? I said I want you to accept the mistake you made and dispose all that ice and sanitize your hands! she ignored and continued her routine making drinks for the other customers and used the SAME ICE! I honestly think she was on something and was high! I asked her name and they all refused to respond kinda like they were afraid of her. Anyone in food business take a food handheld course and should know how important it is handling ICE. This happened Sunday Oct 9 around 4 pm. Please someone from Jumbo juice take this seriously! she should not be working in food business and be the SHIFT MANAGER!
I finished playing tennis and stopped by to get my usual. I asked to use the restroom and the cashier said it was closed, yet I knew it wasn't because they were just being lazy. Her attitude was horrible. After I ordered she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. What did you think my response was? Trust me, we're not all in this together. Apparently some people don't provide service, get paid wages, then also expect a tip. SMDH
Every time we go here they have horrible customer service, the 2 girls who work their always look like they hate their job, with so many jobs in the world if u don’t enjoy what u do then move on. They look tired , sweaty & in need of proper training on how to communicate with customers!
Worst customer service. I'm pretty patient and understanding being in the industry but today with this location, it was exceptionally bad. I would understand if it was short staffed but it was overly staffed and not running efficiently. Employees standing around, one person putting the drinks together, no employees pouring, letting 3 groups that were ahead of me get their drinks before me. On top of that, they didn't blend my drink all the way. Not coming here again
