This location was severely under staffed, I believe they had 3 employees during dinner rush and they had long line in the drive thru so I went in thinking it be faster not knowing the shortage even though they had it rough they maintained a very good attitude. I didn't get her name but she was calm very attentive and never once said anything negative. Her customer service skills were awesome. I greatly appreciate an employee with a great attitude even when times get tough. That alone made my wait worth the wait.

The cook / only reasonable adult there.. Was able to figure out how to make a burger without condiments. Twice through the drive-thru and explaining at the window 3 attempts. Was DT orderers mistake each time. And out of ice cream. Oh bummer

The cook was grabbing my Hot blazing food with his bare hands. Then proceeds to argue with a customer who witnessed the cook grabbing the food with his bare hands. Weird and Unprofessional. Not cool either. That was very disappointing and disgusting. I guess thats what non washed hands and burned skin taste like... Thanks alot Burger King.

Burgers were cold and i wasnt given my portion of 8 mozzarella fries, i ordered my food online and they still took about 10 minutes to give me my food. I also would like to mention that there wasnt even more then one car ahead of me, idk what they got going on in there but they need better management. Would not recommend this burger king!!!

Never fails. Every time I come back here, someone has an attitude of issue. This time I placed my order in the drive through. Keisha (as she told me her name later) took my order. When she gave me my food I politely asked for more ketchup. She was rude and said it was already in the bag. I said I need it some more please. She responded with an attitude while she grabbed more and said “you only had a large meal” so I responded and asked what that had to do with it. She give me like 2 more packs so I said I need it more. She stared being more rude talking about I’m only allowed to have 3. Something I’ve never heard of. So I told her to charge me for them if she need it to, but I need it more. I asked for her name and to speak to a manager. She told me her name and she was the manager. Asked why she was being so rude and she just laughed. I also let her know she was being recorded and I was going to file a complain. She laughed and slammed the window and walked away. This is why even though this location is closer to me. I only visit it once every few months.

Came thru drive thru for a single whopper. Young black skinned girl was rude taking order. She slammed my change in my hand crinkling the receipt and almost making me drop the change. Will bot ever recommend this store to anyone based on the customer service. She definently needs more training not to mention a verbal warning on how to speak to customers.

I ordered nuggets for my children yesterday and they’ve been throwing up since ,like if it was food poisoning Be careful where you eat from anywhere especially Burger King cause that was the last on my list.!!! And did they do anything about it no !! Do not feed your children this

Worst service lol. Never really complain about fast food. Was asked to wait in the parking lot for a simple burger and onion rings. After 30 min, I get the wrong order, everyone else gets their food ahead of me, and have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the right order. Now I know why no one goes to Burger King. Stay away from this location.

I went thru drive and waited 7 minutes before anyone took my order! I finally placed my order and then waited another 6 minutes to get it. They were not busy and I actually saw a girl pick up a cup off of the DIRTY floor and place it with the other cups.

The manager on shift tonight (the skinny girl with dark skin and black hair with a ponytail) is the rudest manager I’ve ever met in my life. I was promised a replacement meal by the person I spoke with yesterday and she did not honor that request. She was very aggressive and gate keeping the fries and drink like her life depended on it. Anyway, her customer service skills are subpar and I did make a complaint to corporate :) :) :) so we will see how that goes. And the funny thing is I never meant to order Burger King for delivery. I only did that because I forgot my lunch for work. That was the first and last time I will ever do business with this store. Shes awful and she’s the one that needs to be retrained. The cashier did his best to help, but nope. She just had to gate keep the fries and drink. Beware that manager on shift with the fake apologies and bad attitude. Go there at your own risk.
