I had the pleasure of introducing my daughter to La Madeleine’s with a bowl of soup, which she loved so much that when she came out of surgery a couple months later, she looked to that same soup for comfort. It’s not currently on their menu, but when I called asking about it, they made a special pot just for her, and gave us a full loaf of bread to go with it. I am humbled by the experience, and hope they are blessed with good business, and customers as kind as their staff.

The quiche was perfectly baked with a rich, savory filling, and the French toast was warm, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it even better. Can’t wait to come back!

My brother and I stopped by for a small dinner on Thursday night. As we looked over the menu, we were trying to decide what to order when Patrick came over to take our order—he was super nice and friendly, which made a great first impression. The food was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the whole experience—cozy and welcoming. When we walked we were warmly welcomed by Rebecca. She was so nice and patient with us while we decided what to order. She helped us find the area where there was a wall outlet. On our way out we decided to buy one last pastry for a friend and Diane checked us out. She was so friendly and brightened our day! Looking forward to coming back to this location due to great service!

The bestie and I stopped by Saturday morning around 8:30. It was our first time so we asked for help. A nice young man walked us through the process of ordering at the counter and paying at the other end. We placed our orders, paid and we were given a number and we were told we could sit anywhere. Since it was 47°, they had the fire going. There are leather couches among tables so you have options on where to sit. Naturally we sat in front of the fireplace. It was nice and toasty. Our Chai Tea Latte's came out and honestly, this was the best Chai Tea I've ever had. Not "spicy" not sweet. A few moments later our breakfast sandwiches joined the table. I requested a side of avocado with mine. The croissant was flaky and buttery, but I don't like my sandwiches cut. The tomatoes were a little hard, but we still ate them. We enjoyed the latte so much we ordered two more and decided to get a pastry (Palmier) with them. The nice young man who initially helped us brought out our second round of Latte's and we asked him if the pastries are normally this hard. He checked on them for us and offered to bring us something else and we told him it's ok, we will manage. Since we've never had these before we did not know what to expect. These things were "HARD". We only ate half of them because they were honestly hard. We sat there and enjoyed our drinks and Ms. Diane approached the table and insisted on bringing us different pastries so we caved. She got a blueberry muffin and I got a chocolate almond croissant. We took them to go. I took a bite when I got home and it was delicious! Definitely coming back to try other things and enjoy another latte or two by the fire.

Have been going to this place for years and everything is 👍. The french country style food is tasty 😋 , and one can taste the creamy butter 🧈 in certain dishes. The place has good energy, comfortable feeling, and it is always clean. The service never disappoints everyone is Nice 🙂, Courteous, Professional, they are glad to actually have you there. A must try are: croissant 🥐, coffee ☕, potato 🥔 gallate, French Pastries 🎂, Pasta 🍝 dishes, Salads 🥗, and the Mushroom 🍄 🍲 soup

Fisrt time in this location, normally I go to The Woodlands. Staff very polite and friendly. I place my order and everything was good. My quiche lorraine was warn and had a great flavor. The croissant I prefer the Woodland ones I dont know they don't have that French tasty but they were good. Also the strawberry jelly was missing something in the flavor but was good. But what I love from the location was the service after order. An elder staff was keeping all areas clean and she was very helpful, polite and friendly. She enjoys to help and serve the customers, as she did with me 2 times. Thank ma'am you did my day. I will come back to have lunch or a late coffee with croissant as I did today.

We order pasta and grill cheese sandwiches with french onion and tomato soup on side. French onion tasted a bit burnt and tomato soup was taste too much tangy and could taste raw tomatoes. Pasta was good. Also, we order vanilla fruit parfait and Napoleon for dessert. They were good.

Have been going there for years, always buying large Ceasar splitting it into two plates. Always was so much of it that it was hard to fit on two plates. This time, the salad barely covered the bottom on both plates. I literally started laughing. But when I got my glass for the drink, I almost started crying. See the picture why. Food was absolutely delicious, but service needs a lot of work. We had 3 order takers, which caused us to repeat our order multiple times. When food was brought to the table, items were missing. It gave us the impression what we were about to eat was going to follow suit with what we already experienced; poor quality. But alas, we were proven wrong. Hoping it was an off day for the staff behind the counter. Will give it another try soon. Seasonal Turkey cranberry sandwich is amazing and the mushroom soup was equally delicious! Refreshing pear cucumber drink was good too. Had service not been so frustrating and started our visit off on the wrong foot, this would have been a 5 star review for taste and ambiance.

They were out of the bakery item I was looking forward to getting, which was a bummer. Also, the hot chocolate didn’t quite taste the same like it used to, and didn’t appear to have any whipped cream on top.

Experience is fine. Food is pretty good. Tables and chairs are honestly bad. Tables are low and I can't fit my legs under them. They are solid wood and so I'm constantly banging myself against them trying to find a comfortable way to sit. Chairs are not comfortable either and are cheap. ALOVE HAIR CARE

No crunchy top layer on the crème brûlée. Didn’t like or trust the way that they store and display their foods that contain meats and eggs in it. Along with the way they store their pastry items could be a 1000% times better. Update: I was right, got food poisoning and the crème brûlée was soft on the top possibly undercooked. terrible

Ordered delivery from this location, was missing a soup but brushed it off, it happens. However, I ended up finding aluminum foil in my mashed potatoes. Unsure if this is a consistent issue but a fair warning to people to check the food before eating.

We ordered catering order for 14 people. When I came back to office, we found out 4 of salad was not a good condition to eat. The spring mix that they used for the salad was just ready to trash. I was pretty disappointed to their food.

The chicken pesto pasta is always my go to favorite meal to get here. Update: Portions use to be nice and filling, now they are very small kid size portions. I am highly disappointed.

I thought I'd give it a try... the worse food ever. Taste was bland, seemed frozen then just thawed. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. The only thing I liked was the salad that was drenched in caesar dressing but the plate it was on was way too tiny so it all kept falling off the plate. Silverware looked dirty, to-go boxes too small. Didn't like my experience but I MAY give it another go since I know the coconut cake is good.
