Stopped by Five Guys in Frankfurt and it turned out to be very good comfort food for us. After days of European-style meals, this was a welcome change. The burgers were perfectly fine and well executed, but they were honestly overshadowed by the Cajun fries and the milkshakes. The fries were flavourful and addictive, and the milkshakes gave us a much-needed sugar rush after a long day. Simple, familiar, and satisfying — not gourmet dining, but solid comfort food that hits the spot when travelling.

Food was good but at this point the restaurant was fully crowded there is NO WAY you can find a seat.I mean like it’s a 0.01% Chance. The food tastes good though and toilets are clean.

The atmosphere of this restaurant was very trendy and well decorated!! We ordered hamburgers, fries and milkshakes, and the milkshakes were really delicious. They also had some free walnuts to go along with the food! The staffs were ok and we had a good time there.

Really good fries (or Chips in case you're a Brit). Equally good burgers to go with and top it off with drinks, at your ease. Located very centrally, and I mean, in the heart of city. Opposite Hauptwache station and next to St. Katherine Church, sits pretty much within the bustling shopping district. Staff is very friendly and there's not a long myriad list of menu to confused you. Just burgers and fries, and maybe some beverage to wash it all down. You can't go wrong. A must try, with seating inside and outside, to watch the world pass by as you munch down crispy fries.

The burger is overpriced since it has refrigerated cheese slices like the ones from REWE and bland bread. The meat quality isn't great for 13 Euros, expected better.

The food is not bad to be honest. They didn't understand what I said so they gave me a combo plus an extra fries!! cam to 19 Euros Doesn't worth aaaat all. million other better choices

Located right along Frankfurt’s busy Zeil shopping strip, this Five Guys delivers exactly what you’d expect from the American fast food chain — no surprises, and that’s part of the charm. The setup is familiar: casual seating, red-and-white tile decor, and an open kitchen that fills the space with the comforting sizzle of burgers on the grill. What stood out during this visit wasn’t the usual burger-and-fries combo, but the milkshake. Five Guys in Germany now offers a 0.2L size option, which is a great addition — indulgent without being overwhelming. The pistachio milkshake, in particular, was a highlight: creamy, nutty, and not overly sweet. It’s one of those flavours that can go wrong easily, but here, it was smooth and well-balanced. We didn’t try the burgers there so no comments on the other offerings. Verdict: A textbook Five Guys experience, elevated slightly by the delightful pistachio milkshake and the practical smaller shake size. Great for a quick, indulgent stop while shopping in the area.

Burgers are definitely overpriced, and nothing special. Their fries, I like. They use peanut oil to fry potatoes so very nutty. I heard they even double fry the fries. This time I tried cajun fries. It supposes to be spicy but it‘s more like ‘spicy black pepper’ taste. They always fill the paper bag with extra fries so, small size is perfect for 2 sharing. It’s not my favorite chain, but definitely will come back to here-

Quite disappointing hot dog! Update on 27 May 2022 Five years have passed after my last visit, I returned to try their burger again. I maintain my 3 star rating. I have to admit that I tend to have stricter ratings for large or internationally well-known brands and companies. Also, based on the price they charge, I'd have a higher expectation. What enticed me to re-visit them was their peanuts. I have always been craving for salty and crispy peanuts but having difficulty getting them in Frankfurt. For burgers, I think there are more than enough options here. This time I have had their hamburger at 9.95 euros and a cup of lemon tea (free refill). Overall, they were okay. The patties were overdone, so they were a bit dry. The burger was wrapped with tin foil, the bun was thus soaked by the juice and steam generated inside making the burger looked un-apetizing and soggy.

A typical greasy spoon burger joint in the American style known for fresh cut French fries served in enormous portions. This location is on point to the Brand with Marketing and presentation of the fare. One should expect to pay a premium at a this particular location due to its geographical location. A foursome can easily drop over 100€ on a modest meal. As a sometimes treat and an experience Five Guys is nice, but for sustainable and cost appropriate dinner visit one of the local German restaurants. If a burger is what your heart truly desires, take a short walk to Hüftgold. The food is on par if not better and the prices are much more reasonable! McDonalds is a more cost effective fast food option.

I had five guys in France a couple years back and it was great, but the quality of the food dropped so much because of so many branches worldwide and the quality control dropped. The place also ran out of ice😭

Disappointed by the far too expensive burgers! The staff was very nice, the fries nearly perfect and the peanuts a lovely, little treat. The burger tastes like a McDonalds burger brought to its maximum, but nothing more. The meat is literally the same as in any other (far cheaper) fast food chain - low quality, scaringly far away from real burger-patties. The bun is nothing special either. If the prices were comparable to those of other fast food chains it might be acceptable, but paying 20€ for a burger, fries and a drink is close to ridiculous. Think of all the actually good food you could get for that kind of money.

Has the manager of this particular Five Guys abandoned the ship and not in contact with the delivery services or employees? I think they can never get the fries and the condiments right. Because the delivery is always so fast, I assume they prepare too much fries in advance and then have to give out COLD fries to not waste them. I'll just go somewhere cheaper for fries or healthier for potatoes. Multiple times I've ordered Cajun fries and got COLD, unsalted, greasy fries with the wrong condiments. I've complained multiple times on the apps I've ordered through and I've never gotten a refund and the service hasn't improved.

The delivery to tables it terrible! Food is slow and cold. Store was pretty much empty when we were here and the service was absolutely terrible. Go back to counter pickup ASAP! The workers are walking around LOST looking for tables.
