Their spinach was amazing!!!! 😂 Even though the female cashier was a bit unsure on what to do. The spinach was worth it. I hope they add no cheese next time since I'm vegan... 😢

Some of the best PIZZA around. I admit I haven't tried anything else here. I like it simple, large slice with extra cheese and pepperoni and you'll leave happy. I don't get slices anymore, I leave with at least a whole pie, usually two.

We were tempted to taste the pasta here after looking at others having this jumbo pizza at Galleria. We got one piece to just the taste of it and I must say the pizza was good. The base was really soft but tasted a little bland for out taste buds.

Got a pepperoni pizza combo and the pizza was cooked ok but I think it would've been better if it had been cooked longer. I like Sbarro but this location was a little disappointing.

Salad portion was poor with the combo. The pizza and drink were ok. No smiles, just a sad face.

I bought a Stromboli but it was raw in the middle . No problem these things happen, but they looked at me like it was my fault. The head cook said ok would you like a pizza instead sure. Then the cashier who was a female was making jokes I know some Spanish so ……….Work on your servers customer service and mannerisms. Won’t be back!

However, since the buffet is the same price as two slices, I figured that would give me the option to get a salad or something else as well. The crust on the pizza is like a pancake, not like pizza. The sauce is dull and boring. There's definitely better Pizza probably even from the other place on the same level by the ice rink. The hot items on the buffet arer watered down and soggy.

Customer service was very bad, smart remarks when a simple question was asked . Not friendly to the people before nor after my order . Do not recommend . The food was not cooked all the way and when I asked to put in the warmer / fire I was told to take it as is or order from somewhere else . Not pleased . I work in the mall and this was my first and last visit .

I asked the cashier where to order and she pointed to the end which then the server walked away to the back as I approached her. The cashier waited a few minutes for her to come back, then rolled her eyes as she did it herself. I paid more than I should have for paying for everything separately. On another week, my mom ordered and had no problem with the same ladies. They must've had a problem with me expecting me to speak Spanish because my mom must've ordered in Spanish. Regardless, it was unwelcoming and I was going to get Sbarro again that week but then saw them there again and opted for Chick-fil-A.

Poor service and a couple of eye rolls. All I asked is if we could get a table cleaned and the lady just rolled her eyes and walked to the back. I was pushing my son in the stroller and tried to sit inside out of the way. Most of the tables were dirty. I said thank you to the guy who was cleaning my table and he just looked at me and walked away. How these people keep their jobs I don't know. You don't get to be rude and keep your job. I won't ever step foot in here again. Low-end customer service.
