Walked in on a monday night with low expectations, grabbed 2 custom salads and a wrap to go. After my wife and I finished eating everything we can honestly say, this place is very good! We were pleased and pleasantly surprised with everything. The lettuce was crisp all the toppings were fresh and alot if not all of the dressings were made in house. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. FYI the Baja Shrimp Piadina was excellent. Try it!

The Grilled Avacado salad was super yummy and YES you want the sourdough bread. (Yum.) Lunch rush is a little overwhelming in here. I think next time I'll order online and pick up! The line went QUICK and those workers meant BUSINESS.

I LOOOOOVE this location. I eat here every Friday for lunch and the staff is amazing! I actually have a joking relationship with the staff and an inside joke about the soups there. When they see me they already know to get re acovados on the grill for my salad the manager who's there Mon thru Friday is just as amazing as his staff. Although he belongs to a rival fraternity than the one that is linked to my sorority I haven't let that deter me from great food. The ingredients are always fresh, always cold, place is always impeccably clean and everyone seems to really love working there. I'm not sure if I go back for the great Salads or the awesome employees. Either way, this location has a customer for life!!

The manager guy or lead staff guy who was helping train the new girl was real cool! I appreciate how genuine and welcoming he made me & my girl feel! As soon as we walked in the door! Wasn’t over the top, but rather set a good example to the new employee on how to treat people (customers). Made that salad 10x better 😂

A friend turned me on to Snappy Salads and recommended the grilled avocado. It's so creamy and delicious, that salad dressing isn't necessary. They have some newer offerings that include grilled salmon that I haven't had the chance to try yet. I'll definitely be back!

This is honestly my favorite "fast food" place to eat! The service is warm and friendly by most of the staff, (mgr. is especially great!), and the place is always very clean. I see reviews of people complaining that it's too packed around lunch time. Well, "Duh!" -so many others have such a great experience with both food and quick service, of coarse, it's going to be packed! (I go to lunch there around 1:00 to avoid the noon crowd, and it's not bad at all). The only problem I have is that I'm so hooked on the wonderful Grilled Avocado Salad, that I am afraid to try anything else! I know other items must be good, but I'm just too addicted to that Grilled Avocado Salad! Been there many times- never a bad experience!

I ordered my food ahead of time and i wasn’t expecting it to be ready since i went in fairly quick after placing my order online, however the staff was so friendly and kind even though i had to wait just a couple minutes! Cindy is beyond helpful and so kind! She was above standard with customer satisfaction and the whole team present was so kind as well! Would come to this location again! Food is spectacular as well and fresh! It was my first time trying it and I will definitely be back!

UPDATED I was taken here by my fiancee right before they started the remodel. Had to go get my fix at another snappy. The guy that runs this location is great, I always get a steakhouse and I can tell when it is made his way because the flavor of the steak is outstanding. This my favorite place to eat and I am very happy the location is opened back up. Just a great place to eat! *update* They finished the remodel and I can say they did a good job, and the food is great.

Great salad place with casual environment. Lots of reclaimed wood and a trendy minimalist decor. Fresh, quality ingredients made to order or based on creative recipes. Prices are a little high for a salad, but not so pricey that it stops us from going here multiple times a month. My where loves it because of gluten free and dairy free options.

In town looking for apartments and wanted a salad. Googled and this location popped up. Ordered a create your own salad added shrimp and barbecue ranch dressings and this salad was AWESOME! I also added sweet potatoes and it really set the salad off! I will def be coming to this establishment again when I finally relocate to Texas!

Felt like I couldn't go for all 3's but they do deserve it. I didn't notice any bad smells, but there is a good choice of different ways to do your salad all healthy and excellent tasting. Absolutely love it. Prices are a bit high, but for the taste and quality it is to be expected when you get something like that. I say save your money up and try it out and you will love it.

The food is always good here, but, for whatever reason, the water from the soda fountain tastes especially good -- the best-tasting tap water I've ever had in my life. I look forward to my huge salads and always bring a huge thermos to take as much of the water home with me as possible.

I had to stop on the way home for a takeaway, to grab a soup and a salad. The staff was friendly and the salad was fresh and we'll prepared. The quantity was sufficient as I had a bad experience visiting other locations that had a third less of a portion. This location is one of the better salad places I visited recently. This may be my second visit to this location. If I was here before it was years and years ago. We were in mood for salad and wanted to try this location after eating at the Snappy Salad at Northpark mall in Dallas, TX. They provide fast service, those who just want to come in and get a salad, and take it back to work or home. Order from the menu board on the wall or have them make one of your own choosing. Salad bowls were quite substantial for lunch and for leftovers.

I wanted to say how much the LACK of LOUD music made my visit even better.... Thanks to Area Director Jeff DiSanto for spending a little time with me and giving the background on the restaurant. This place isn't bad. They have plenty of options to choose from, and soooo many toppings to add to your order. The crispy chicken was a little overcooked, or, they needed to switch out the grease. But altogether, I'll be back when I'm looking for a salad to eat with plenty of options to choose from!

I absolutely love this place and their fresh salad topping options, but the switch up of their menu and removing some of my favorite salads was a big let down for me. I was a game changer and now I forced to try somewhere new for a salad favorite but Ill go back for the create your own. Im also bummed over their prices, but when I do go it is a treat.

Their "half snap" is a large portion. Food is always fresh and delicious. I've become addicted to their salads. Try their brown derby cobb dressing. Excellent! My Plano location can be painfully slow and the wait in line can frequently be 10 minutes or more, so be prepared. If there's any kind of line you will not get through quickly. Fairly often, they run out of all sorts of items that shouldn't happen during lunch: lettuce, toppings, napkins, straws, lids, lemonade. The food is great, the staff is friendly, the place is just okay and their inventory is poorly managed. But I go 3 to 5 times a week. Love their fresh food!

The food is flavorful and fresh. Two of us ate for $22. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability with compostable cups and straws. They need to work out the assembly line process and Instead of the wraps being premade, I would like to be able to customize. Overall a good experience and We will be back.

I have been a big fan of Snappy Salad, especially since moving into my new office near 121/tollway in 4/2023. I was glad to find a new and healthy lunch spot. I was a regular going an average of 4 x per week. The employees there were exceptional being engaged with clients and catering to their preferences and remembering mine. They knew me by name, got me in and out quickly, and the had a good energy that made me want to come back. They sometimes had subs of college kids who would work if the main ones were out, and they were ok also — overall a really great place to eat, super quick service, always fresh produce and properly cooked ingredients. I live in north frisco, and though that location has come up quite a notch in the past months, the 121/tollway one was my favorite. So Friday I was just super busy at work and again asked my staff to bring me lunch from snappy. It’s like 2-3 mins away from my office. Then Monday I go back to quickly grab a grain bowl and door was locked with a note “thanks for 8 great snappy years”. It was shut down in a snap! Google took down the place (and my 5 star review with it), like it never existed. And the signage is gone 1 day later. I know this is corporate America and there’s tough and sometimes necessary decisions to make in opening and closing branches. I don’t know the details. Maybe revenue was down and that location wasn’t bringing it in; I had no idea there were any issues. So I want to express again my support of this group as I was heartbroken this branch shut down; these guys mattered to me. I hope corporate sees my review (not sure how else to contact) and will consider placement of the good staff in other locations if they want to remain a part of the org. Chang always put just the right amount of dressing in my salads/bowls and thoroughly mixed it in and was super friendly. The Main Street Frisco branch at one point had many who would douse the salad in way too much dressing, and the one in south Plano forgot some of my ingredients, didn’t mix the dressing in well, and the rice had crunchy bits presumably from some being dry. I left so sad and found it ironic that the best Snappy IMO was closed down, which so happens to be super close and convenient to me.I now have to find a new lunch place as the Plano Snappy is a 20 min round trip just driving and not including obtaining my meal. I do wish the company well but also hope they may distribute some of these employees to other branches if possible. I will miss them.

I go to this location at least once a week and usually build my own salad. Last Friday I decided to try something different. When I say that Salmon Grain Bowl was banging it was delicious 😋. Can't wait to get it again.

First things first. Their salads are delicious. However, they are really overpriced. This was my first time here and I ordered a Grilled Avocado salad with steak. I ordered the full size. It was $20! Now, I ordered it, so I cannot complain about the price. What I will say is that it was delicious. You get a quality product, but you pay for it. The staff was friendly and the people ordering their salads were really rude to the staff. I couldn't believe it.... And then I realized that people in this area of town are used to being known for being rude. Oh well. The staff handled it well. I would come back, but I wouldn't order such an expensive salad.

I am regular at Snappy Salads in Plano, they do a great job! They get people through there quickly and the food is very high quality. I wish they would dial back the amount of lettuce...25% less lettuce would be perfect. The last time I was there, it was freezing and we rushed to get out as quick as possible to thaw out. Over all, the place is great and I will be back in the near future.

I go to this location all the time (2yrs now) and more and more I am belittled by the older lady by the dressing area. She is beyond rude and as soon as I see her, I immediately turn around and walk away to just avoid contact with such a soulless human. One of the managers, knows my issue with her and has gone far lengths to make sure I leave happy and my food is always made correctly. I finally got her name (Victoria) and thanks to her I continue to return. I hope that this location gets rid of the older lady there because she's definitely driving away returning customers.

Went on a Tuesday in December. There was no wait. It was great to see they had Dr pepper in the soda fountain! Had the BBQ chicken salad. It tasted good. I would recommend doubling the meat on it. Also get the app! First time going and first time using it got a meal with a drink for $2.50!!! Will be back for sure.

Not all Snappy's are created equally. I have been getting salads from Snappy since 2016. Granted the locations have varied over the years from the Forest store when I worked in the Galleria Towers to the Beltline and Campbell stores when I lived in Garland to the Camp Bowie and University stores when I moved to Fort Worth. And every now and again, I would come here to Plano when visiting family. Back then, I knew the manager in Plano because I got to know them as they trained at the Campbell store. Now, the beauty of franchise or corporate stores for a brand is consistency. So, please understand my concern when I showed up and was told that a big bowl was only for people who have been coming to this store for years. And because they always got the larger salad, they still could. Personally, I preferred the larger size salad with more toppings back before Snappy joined a larger salad conglomerate. Back when I knew the original Owner. I suppose I will just keep my business to the Beltline store. They haven't treated me any differently since the first day I became a patron. Maybe bring back the big salad? I didn't mind shelling out a few extra dollars.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times. I usually get a salad, and most recently had a wrap (all included steak). The food is good, my only complaint is that the steak is always overwhelmingly salty. Hopefully that is something that can be tweaked on the future

Several choices of prepared salads, as well as make your own. I did like that they grill the avocado and cook a few other items upon order. Clean, but all group seating, which I don't care for. It's basically Salata, but with less choices when you make your own. Not bad, but Salata gives you more choices overall and doesn't limit you to six add ins.

The food is really good, but the seating is awful. They only have bench seats. I get a back ache every time I eat there. If you can stand the back strain, it's a great place to eat. The Cobb salad is wonderful and the wraps are very tasty.

Good place. I think that price is quite high for the full portion. Service is ok, workers seam tired especially during lunch. Salad is good, not amazing. Almost every salad had Gorgonzola in it.....my husband doesn't like this....there is no kids options. We do like the tables that are made out of salvaged wood. Nice touch. Water is locally sourced, nice. So try to get a price little lower and give workers extra support during lunch rush .

Didn’t know making a salad could be so difficult. Everyone working is scampering around like a chicken with their head cut off, especially the elder lady who has the most time consuming and critical job at the mixing and grill station. I’d highly recommend placing her at the lettuce station as she is generally confused and slows up everything. I doubt they do it though because seems this location is lacking leadership and direction. I see why things are oftentimes left off salads when people purchased it. 3 stars for food only, service needs major revamping.

Visited this location last Saturday for the first time and loved it! So yummy. Staff was very nice, it was clean inside and the manager Chris was awesome! Came back 3 days later for lunch and had a different experience. The music was so loud the staff had a hard time hearing me and several people behind me, making a lot of mistakes while making food. Salad area was a mess. Blue cheese in everything. I ordered a large salad and a wrap togo. When I got to the register about to pay, I noticed they had made only a half salad. I was in a hurry so they adjusted the total and I accepted the half. Food was good again but the experience was disappointing. I didn't notice a manager out front so maybe that was the difference.

The food here is great, you just have to be persistent about making sure that the right food is added to your salad. I asked for 2 add-ons and had to repeat myself 4 times (initiate dialogue) before I was finally acknowledged and received the correct added ingredients. Don't get me wrong the food was great but having to go back up and ask for something I paid for but didn't receive is a bit annoying, especially when they question if thats what you ordered when it was clearly stated. Not busy at the time either.

I stopped by to try the Lemon Pepper Sandwich. The sweet potato chips are very nice. The sandwich is not bad either. However, it’s a little dry. I had tried to ask for some salad dressing to go, just something to lighten it up a bit. Unfortunately, I was told that it was going to cost me $1+ for one small tub of dressing. I decided against it and at my sandwich - dry. One small tub of dressing as a courtesy would have gone a long way.

It smells bad like old carpet mildew and dirty dishes or something. I couldn’t bring myself to order lol. But others in my party did and didn’t enjoy. Romaine steak selection was mostly iceberg and not flavorful.

Couldn't get 2 orders right. Two cesar salads one with black olives, no tomato and one with everything in it. Never go around closing. Only the girl at the register got me what I wanted which the drink was AMAZING only reason I'm giving 2 stars

Came in for a buffalo chicken salad, and asked for dressing on the side. The woman confirmed, made eye contact, and then mixed the dressing into the salad, absolutely soaking every leaf. She offered to remake it, but they were out of greens and I was already late. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Got the Southwest bowl. There was too much uncooked rice as it was very hard. For the cost should of been more chicken as well. There needs to be quality control before you serve people uncooked rice that could damage teeth.

First of all this was my first time at this location and I will never go back. The soft drink area was filthy and the service was horrible. They were out of items on the salad bar I ask if there were more their response they have been out for sometime so why was the empty bowl on ice. I ask for crispy chicken I saw the worker drop 2 pieces in the fryer however my salad only had 1 piece when I ask about the second the worker stated it should have only been 1 piece as she was clearly eating the second piece in my face....talk about tacky and rude....not to mention totally overpriced....I do not believe they will get my $14 again. The only reason I gave a 2 was because what I had was flavorful but not worth the price or the horrible service and the unclean facility 😠

I find it unprofessional when employees wear an earbud while working, causing them to repeatedly ask me to repeat myself because they're partially listening to music. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the attitudes of the two workers I interacted with; they were curt and seemed annoyed. Despite informing them it was my first visit and only asking a few questions, I felt unwelcome and am unlikely to return to this location. I hope to have a better experience at a different branch. My friend, who is vegan, also encountered irritability from the staff when inquiring about her dietary options.

I enjoy Snappy Salads a lot, I am a frequent customer. This location in particular I have had sever bad experiences, but the good thing is that they try to make it right. On this last particular time that I have gone, I had to ask the lady that was making my salad to put on gloves, she explained to me that they are not required to wear gloves unless they are tossing the salad, but everyone else behind the counter had on gloves. So this one person is contaminating all the utensils, and lets not forget that if your getting a salad to go they have to touch the inside of the plastic container to separate it from the others, and the lid to the container. I also observed the manager handling money and food with no gloves, he is also extremely sweaty and not friendly at all.

Went in around 5:15 PM on weekday to order and take home. Only 2 staff and zero patrons in the restaurant. I used the restroom first. For some reason there was a stool in front of the ladie's room door. Bathroom worked fine but was dirty and with no soap. Overall the whole place seemed a bit dirty, floors weren't clean. It was like they just finished up their lunch rush and were about to tidy up I placed my order and the young lady was professional and nice. She rang up my order but wasn't verbally going through the order so I was going through what I had ordered. No screen to see what was entered and I never got a receipt. I wasn't asked if I wanted a text receipt either, just nothing. I get home and she forgot the side of bread, so how am I supposed to prove that I paid for bread? It's rush hour, not worth going back. Frustrating because I tripped her as well. My salad was good but honestly, our two salads, zero drinks, side of bread and side of sweet potato chips was $38. This wasn't worth the $20 / each. I'll stick to my favorite restaurants, they are only slightly more $$ and they're clean.

I’m a reoccurring customer here and I’ve been very disappointed lately with their service overall and the to go service is TERRIBLEEEEE THEY ALWAYS MISS ORDER NOTEA I am a VEGETARIAN and they continually add meat to my salads after I specified to take it off and substitute it happens everytime I’m so sad and disappointed I can’t even eat my $13 salad now and have to starve through work this afternoon thanks a lot snappy salad!!!

This is the second time in a row that this older lady messed up a caesar salad. it only has 4 ingredients like come on. I even told her i think she forgot to add croutons and she said that she did when she didn't.

The iceberg lettuce was extremely wilted and brown, then when my son went to the restroom the toilet had poop almost flooding out of it and finally when we were on the phone with road side assistance the manager effectively came over to us and told us to be quiet. Total rip off. We got a full sized Cobb salad and Spa Salad for $31-32. The lady was super nice, told me that we get 2 scoops of whatever that is in the salad. The manager gave my bf 1 scoop of everything so I had to go back and ask the lady if she can give my bf one more scoop of the sides as that is standard for each full salad. I ate my Spa Salad with smoked salmon but it was really smoked salmon tuna that they had in small containers, packed and refrigerated. Idk how old they are but my stomach is hurting and when I told the manager to check the expiration date bc my stomach is hurting, he told me that they get them fresh daily. Idk true that statement is but after this one lady left, we were the only ones there. Tbh it's a rip off here, the service is horrible, and they don't care about putting their customers first. We're never coming back, due to our bad first experience at Snappy Salads. I can understand if he didn't want to give us a refund even though I felt sick afterwards but the least he could have done is apologize and ask if the customer was ok. I've worked in the service industry and he does not seem to care about customers the way people in this industry should. Pretty disappointed. But don't take my word for it, go and try for yourselves. Who knows, the packed smoked salmon tuna might actually be fresh and not canned like it looked like to me. Lol.

Really did not enjoy the hair in my salad. In a new covid-19 restaurant world you would expect people working with raw foods would always have hair nets gloves and masks to prevent something like that. They did not even offer to reimburse me for the meal or even a Rice Krispie Treat. Will never go there again

Ordered steak wrap curbside pickup for 1 pm. Arrived on time but both curbside parking spots were filled by people dining inside. Parked nearby and dialed their curbside number x4. No one ever picked up. Finally decided to just walk in and pickup my order. As I was walking in they were packaging the order so it wasn't even ready on time and once I started eating the food was already cold. I like to order this item because they cook the meat tender but this time it was overcooked and rough to chew. Very disappointed.

I can't share how the atmosphere or service is because my order was placed for deliver. First time eating here. I was excited but there was something missing from my order and it was important to me. I called and spoke to an employee who somehow got disconnected. Called back three times no answer. Not happy. I've worked in customer service 15 years and this is just not it.

First time to go. Not impressed at all. It took forever. Parts of the avocado skin was in my salad. People had been waiting for at least 45 minutes to an hour to get their to fo orders. Very disorganized and very disappointing. Hopefully they will get people in there that cares these people did not.

I tried to like this location but the terrible customer service and food quality makes me never want to eat here again. Both time I ate here I was rudely talked to and served bad food. This visit broke the camels back when an employee argued with me and then threw the food bowl on my table when I asked her to remake a burnt avocado. Coming from someone that eats at Snappy Salads multiple times a week, this place needs to shut its doors. I will stick to my usual location on 75 and Campbell. Remove the sign please! The Plano/Tollway location is not deserving of the Snappy Salad Brand!

Today I decided that I was craving snappy salad for lunch . I ordered the grilled avocado salad and the avocado was dark and The guy drenched my salad with dressing.. The line where all the toppings are placed was filthy and dirty. Seem like everyone that was working there were all confused didn’t know what they were doing. I really like the team from before they were on top of everything and everything fresh and clean. This will be my last time visiting snappy salad if I could give the store a zero I would do so.

Place gets really busy right around noon which is why I order ahead of time online. Online ETA at time of order 15 min, which is fine. I ordered at 11:45, took me 10 min to get there from my commute from work. 15 min eta came and went, then the 30 minute mark came, I asked the service member attending the to go orders what is the status of my order as I had already lost half my lunch time waiting for an order I planned ahead of time. Service Member responded with: "We are doing the best we can." That will not return my lost time nor any of the others whom ordered online. If orders aren't going to be done on estimated time whats the point of online ordering. If they are not going to be done on time then the least they can do is provide a realistic ETA so customers do not waste their time. Update 12/8: Stopped going to Snappy Salads and tried Bread Zeppelin, much better service and when I walked in they had a whole table full of to go orders(sight to be seen at SS). Not to mention less associates.

Absolutely can't stay quiet anymore. I am so fed up with how slow this location is that I will absolutely never eat here again. I was 10 minutes late to work today because making a salad and taking payment seems to be so complicated for the employees here. There is no efficiency, AT ALL. Now I went during lunch and of course lunch is a busy hour, but I arrived at 12:11 and didn't leave until 12:35 for a salad. There are fast food chains that have to cook food and take a fraction of that time. I'm writing this review not only because I was late to work, but because that is how long it normally takes!!! It always takes about 20 minutes to order here. I have gone at 4:30pm and have been the ONLY customer in the entire place, and whether there is one employee or four behind the counter, they STILL get overwhelmed in making one salad. I have eaten here almost a month now thinking that things would change, as I've noticed they have hired more employees; however things have only gotten worse. Never again!

Placed a pickup order for Steakhouse Salad. Got it back to the office only to notice that it contained no steak. Manager apologized, refunded the salad, but offered no solution to deliver what I ordered. He had an attitude & the call basically ended with me informing him that I will take my business elsewhere. My office has ordered a lot of lunches from this location, never again.

For the price you pay for a salad the service should be top tier. However, every time I visit this location the same elderly woman is there and she’s rude and offensive. I will not be visiting anymore. You can’t ask a simple question cause she just gets an attitude every time. I can safely assume this is the culture cause she’s always the same upon each visit. Never smiles and never greets. She pretty much accused me of lying about salad dressing that she never put on my salad. After spending $32 on two salads with a tip. She is why people don’t want to tip or even visit stores anymore customer service is a zero.

Overpriced for a Chick-fil-A sized salad! Better off going to Eatzi’s! Staff literally removed two green leaves from the bowl… lmao… never wil go again. First time last time!

Awful experience. I would not go back. They got the orders all wrong and they half filled the order. They’re cheap and not worth the price. Don’t go here.

Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered salads from Snappy Salads Plano consistently using Doordash. I tried using their app for the first time. They delivered the wrong order and then refused to refund me (only 25%)!!!!!

Today was my first time trying it. The flavor was good. The worker screwed me over on the chicken though. She said she need to cook some more, but then proceeded to only add one piece and acted like I wouldn’t notice. I said I didn’t mind waiting. Why wouldn’t you add the rest of what needed to be added to the salad? For $14 that’s just ridiculous. One and done, I won’t be back.

Ordered a Cobb salad and jalapeño soup on Uber Eats from here, soup never showed up and lettuce in salad was white and old. Avoid this branch

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I go there a lot for the food but they lack customer service.

Normally this place is good, the chain is decent overall. But the most recent order had a rubber band in the dressing. Definitely a food safety issue

Literally ruined my day! They skimp on the food, just be prepared to get 3 little pieces of everything. If I’m paying $20 I expect to get a good amount of food. The employees have air pods on while taking your order and I find that so unprofessional. Everyone felt like they didn’t want to be there. I felt so uncomfortable just even asking for something because it felt like I was bothering them. Mind you I was the only one there. Never going again to this location.

The food is not fresh and it’s overpriced. There’s so many better options in Plano to get a nice fresh salad for fraction of the price that you would pay for this . The people working there seem miserable and unhappy. if you ask for your money to be refunded to you after being given nasty food. They’ll offer you a credit instead. I don’t recommend and will not be returning.
