Caleb was an excellent server! He had a great positive energy while he was preparing my order. He provided excellent customer service! I looked at the menu before I visited in store. When I got there, the salad bar was very clean, and the ingredients looked super fresh. Took my Cobb salad 🥗 and sandwich to go. They were DELICIOUS! I also decided to try the Wake Up juice, it was soooooo goood 🥕🍏. It was a perfect combination of apple, carrots, ginger...nothing too over powerful. Its my first time visiting this location, and I'm excited to come back and try more items on the menu!

I had to stop on the way home for a takeaway, to grab a soup and a salad. The staff was friendly and the salad was fresh and we'll prepared. The quantity was sufficient as I had a bad experience visiting other locations that had a third less of a portion. This location is one of the better salad places I visited recently. Will visit again.

This may be my second visit to this location. If I was here before it was years and years ago. We were in mood for salad and wanted to try this location after eating at the Snappy Salad at Northpark mall in Dallas, TX. They provide fast service, those who just want to come in and get a salad, and take it back to work or home. Order from the menu board on the wall or have them make one of your own choosing. Salad bowls were quite substantial for lunch and for leftovers.

Looking around for a place to eat while out sweeping chimneys. 1st time to eat here. VERY IMPRESSED!! I have never seen a concept like this. I wanted to say how much the LACK of LOUD music made my visit even better.... Thanks to Area Director Jeff DiSanto for spending a little time with me and giving the background on the restaurant. I will defently go to the one in Fort Worth.

Good food. I miss their spicy seasoning with chocolate and chili, though. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. I went during nonrush hour, so I had the place to myself. They have lovely soft drink options and fresh refreshments as well. Overall a great experience.

I ordered a hummus with veggies, but instead got some type of cheese with veggies and it was disgusting. I tried to call the store multiple times, but there was A recording that said my call could not go through and it just hung up on me.

I stopped by to try the Lemon Pepper Sandwich. The sweet potato chips are very nice. The sandwich is not bad either. However, it’s a little dry. I had tried to ask for some salad dressing to go, just something to lighten it up a bit. Unfortunately, I was told that it was going to cost me $1+ for one small tub of dressing. I decided against it and at my sandwich - dry. One small tub of dressing as a courtesy would have gone a long way.

The iceberg lettuce was extremely wilted and brown, then when my son went to the restroom the toilet had poop almost flooding out of it and finally when we were on the phone with road side assistance the manager effectively came over to us and told us to be quiet. ( I have a picture of the bathrooms )

Ordered the salmon salad no idea it was so tiny. The pics online and app show it to be a pretty good size. Disappointed. The size of these salads and for what they charge isn't very good. Might as well go to Whole Foods

Normally this place is good, the chain is decent overall. But the most recent order had a rubber band in the dressing. Definitely a food safety issue

Literally ruined my day! They skimp on the food, just be prepared to get 3 little pieces of everything. If I’m paying $20 I expect to get a good amount of food. The employees have air pods on while taking your order and I find that so unprofessional. Everyone felt like they didn’t want to be there. I felt so uncomfortable just even asking for something because it felt like I was bothering them. Mind you I was the only one there. Never going again to this location.

The food is not fresh and it’s overpriced. There’s so many better options in Plano to get a nice fresh salad for fraction of the price that you would pay for this . The people working there seem miserable and unhappy. if you ask for your money to be refunded to you after being given nasty food. They’ll offer you a credit instead. I don’t recommend and will not be returning.
