We visited Haraz Coffee House yesterday with my family and had a great experience. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. I tried the falafel, and honestly, it’s the best falafel in town — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We also tried the knafeh and cake, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee, amazing desserts, and authentic food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a beautiful cafe! This is such a great addition to this area of Roseville. The coffee is great! My absolute favorite thing here is the chocolate sensation cake slice! I’m obsessed!!! I also enjoy the chocolate pistachio roll. They have so many options that all look tasty. Thankyou!

The café has a cozy, warm, and modern atmosphere. This was my first time trying a pistachio latte, and although the pistachio flavor wasn’t very noticeable, it was still enjoyable. I liked the place and would be happy to visit again. I also appreciated having a prayer carpet available in the corner.

What a great find! I stumbled on this coffee shop that had the most decadent cup of coffee in a beautiful cup. I had an iced Haraz latte and it was fabulous They were welcoming and helped to explain the menu. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest Haraz Coffee shops I’ve visited. Absolutely gorgeous decor and pleasant ambience. Great for family and friends gathering. Cute spot for a date. They have a wide selection of delicious traditional Yemeni drinks and specialty lattes like their Pistachio latte and Saffron latte. Their pastry selections are superb with delicious sweet and savory options. A must visit for anyone wanting to try super traditional coffees and teas without leaving the USA. A great new spot! Everything feels fresh and new, with a nice design and welcoming vibe. Prices are reasonable, and they also offer a few pastry options to go with your coffee. The coffee itself is unique — strong, bitter at first, with a bold cardamom flavor. The aftertaste is actually really pleasant, especially if you enjoy trying different coffee styles. The staff were wonderful — the young lady was very kind, and the other server also did a great job. Definitely worth visiting if you want to try something different!

Beautiful authentic coffee shops with a variety of different savory and sweet foods. They serve their drinks in such a beautiful cup in house and to go. We have been 5x in just 2 weeks. We will be back to try out even more.

La La Land on Preston in Plano is such a vibe 🤍 The space is absolutely beautiful — bright, clean, modern, and calming with a really aesthetic, welcoming atmosphere. It’s one of those places you can relax, work, meet a friend, or just enjoy being in the space. We had the iced chai latte and avocado toast, and both were excellent. The chai was perfectly balanced (not overly sweet, smooth, and flavorful), and the avocado toast was fresh, simple, and done really well — exactly what you want it to be. Great drinks, great food, gorgeous space, and a really positive energy all around. This is definitely a new favorite spot in Plano. Highly recommend! 💛

I got a matcha americano with cloud foam and a egg bite for food. Really yummy. The atmosphere is lively and there is outside seating for a quieter experience. The staff were kind and helpful with ordering. The aesthetic is clean and bright.

I walked in not sure what to get and asked April for a recommendation and she was SO sweet and suggested the Strawberry Cloud Latte. She even told me to take a sip before I left to make sure I liked it (like who does that anymore?! 😭). Seriously, that level of care blew me away! I took a sip and OMG it was so good. 💕 I left super happy and satisfied, and honestly, her positive energy just made my day. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. A nice cozy coffee place to enjoy coffee and food! We came here this morning, and they have plenty of tables where you can sit. The place is clean. We ordered spinach bread, meat lover, pistachio cake, pistachio latte, and latte. The coffee was smooth and came with a lovely latte art. But they were a little sweet. Next time, I will probably request no added sweetener. The pistachio latte tasted like pistachios. The buns were good and fluffy! We're impressed! The plaza has its own parking, so you won't have to worry about finding parking. The staff here was friendly and nice.

A brand new, cool coffee shop with a decidedly Arabian flare. We tried the Saudi coffee (very different from Turkish; honestly, I like it more), Pistachio, Macha and Mocha frappes, a Pistachio Mosaic (kind of a chocolate-pistachio biscuit) and a cream cheese Bee Bite. All of it was VERY good. There are not enough plugs to go around if the place is busy, but otherwise a very pleasant destination.

Food selection is limited, but good atmosphere. If you're the kind of person to buy a drink and stay in one place or buy a coffee on the way, this is probably a good spot. They only have bread food though (toast with basic toppings), so I would not recommend it if you get hungry while working. I know people that love going here though. Good replacement for the Starbucks that was near then B&N (sadly no GameStop replacement). Friendly staff and clientele. Saw a woman getting her picture taken with her dog by her friend

This service was very friendly! Nice atomosphere, I was able to sit and get some work done, I ordered a mocha with peppermint but they didn’t have the peppermint flavor so I added to pumps of vanilla and it was delicious, also ordered an almond croissant warmed. It wasn’t good at all because it didn’t seem fresh and was a tad bit hard but everything made up for it and I would go back for other things.

Is it hard to smile? Pretty much everyone looked sad, and the motto is to be kind, but here it was far from it. Maybe it was the rainy day? Idk. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Coffee itself is was good, had the banana chai latte. The aesthetic is very nice, chill, but nice. They do take forever to get your order, around 15-29 min for a drink. Not busy at all, maybe 20-30% capacity.

⭐️⭐️ Lalaland is definitely the spot if you want to flex your Tesla while sipping on an expensive banana coffee or matcha. Think SoHo NYC meets Malibu — except you’re actually in Willow Bend, the little sister of Highland Park. If you’re a coffee connoisseur who doesn’t mind spending beaucoup money for a fancy latte, this place is for you. They always have a long line on weekends, so be prepared to wait. My latte wasn’t bad, but I have to say the outdoor seating could use some love — those couches look pretty nasty and need a good cleaning. Would I go back? Maybe. But I will give them credit — their bright yellow to-go cups look super nice and classy.

*FLY IN COFFEE* I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I ordered a coffee and when I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a fly in it. I brought it up to the barista, and while he did apologize and offered to remake the drink, the reaction felt a little off — almost like he didn’t really believe it could’ve happened. I’m not upset about mistakes; things happen. What bothered me more was the lack of genuine concern or accountability. The fly clearly had to have gotten into the cup or one of the ingredients before the drink was made, and I wish the response had felt more sincere or reassuring about cleanliness. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and double-check their prep area, because the shop itself seems nice — just need more care with sanitation and customer service.

I've never been, I asked for recommendations that are hot. She pointed to the lala favorites and said they're the most popular. All are iced, so I asked for a different suggestion. She shrugged and said most everything comes iced or hot except the lala favorites. Why recommend the favorites if they all come iced? She was leaning against the counter and very unhelpful, just stared at me to make a choice. I picked a random latte, it's okay. The flavor is pretty okay, but it's not something I'd pick again. As soon as I walked away she kept up her conversation with the other workers. I needed some place to work that was warm after the ice storm, but this was not it. The girl at the register clearly was more interested in talking with the other baristas and was extremely unhelpful.

I truly want to give more stars because the baristas here are wonderful and clearly work hard, especially with how busy it gets before 10am on weekdays. We love this place. I’ll happily pay more for my iced cloud latte and a pastry, make the 12-minute drive each way, deal with parking, and bring friends and family along — that’s how much we enjoy LaLaLand. That said, customer service still matters. When your first point of contact consistently feels unwelcoming, it takes away from the entire experience. For months now, one particular person has made our weekly visits feel less and less enjoyable. It often feels rushed or dismissive, like ordering is an inconvenience, which is disappointing given how warm and inviting LaLaLand is meant to feel. We’ve even tried coming on different days to avoid this person, but it hasn’t changed. It’s reached a point where we’re considering driving farther to the Legacy location instead — which we really don’t want to do. We love this spot and want to keep coming. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended: to help restore the friendly, welcoming vibe that made us fall in love with this location in the first place.

My mom and I each had one strawberry matcha latte here, and we did not eat anything else before or after. Shortly after drinking it, we both experienced severe diarrhea, and my mom even vomited. This is absolutely not a coincidence. This store is clearly unhygienic. What makes this even more ridiculous is that I have bought the same drinks from other Lalaland locations, and this has NEVER happened before. So this is not the drink itself, this is this specific store. My mom always has this kind of reaction when consuming contaminated food. As for me, I regularly eat fast food and drink iced lattes and milk tea — my stomach is usually very tolerant. Even then, I have never reacted this badly in my life. Something is seriously wrong with your hygiene, ingredients, or storage practices. This is not “bad luck.” This is unsafe and dangerous.

Just got kicked out of this La La land location when they had 10 mins before closing time. There was a short line of people still going to order too. Only my boyfriend and I got kicked out; no one else was walking out without a drink on their hand and I was excited to use my bear cup for the first time on Christmas and that completely started my day off bad. I would understand if the doors were closed and locked already but that was not the case. To get kicked out was a terrible feeling. Very disappointed and sad that I left with an empty cup. Won’t be coming back. Made me regret buying the bear cup from this specific location too.
