We love The Melting pot. We have been going for many years all over the place. This was our second visit to the Houston location and it did not disappoint. We made a reservation and one of our party was unable to come because of an emergency and they were so nice about it. We weee seated right away and our waiter was very attentive. There were 5 of us but two were celebrating an Anniversary and the staff was so nice to give us a card. That was really above and beyond and so thoughtful. Conducts such a fun meal. It gives you lots of time to visit while eating the best food. We love classic alpine cheese. The only thing I did not like was they did not make the cheese at the table. Still delicious. Steak lovers is so good. I wish they had onions on the veggie tray but the sauces are so good. Great place for any occasion.

We just finished celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary at The Melting Pot and couldn’t wait to leave this review! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Our server, Andrey, was so friendly, attentive, and full of great suggestions. Once he found out I have Celiac, he made sure everything was safe and gluten-free — and did it with such ease. Honestly, the BEST gluten-free bread I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Every course was perfection. The kitchen manager, Michelle, even came by to check in and make sure everything was just right, which meant a lot. The drinks were fantastic too — highly recommend the Espresso Martini and Tawny Port! To top it all off, they surprised us with a “Happy Anniversary” card signed by the whole staff. Such a thoughtful and special touch. Thank you, Melting Pot team, for making our celebration unforgettable!

My husband and I come here about once a year or so to celebrate our birthdays or anniversaries. It’s amazing every time! The service is great, the food and the atmosphere. We especially love the dessert fondue. Thank Sofia for taking such great care of us tonight!!!

What an experience! It was so nice, warm and inviting! Our server was amazing and made the whole evening memorable! It was my first time there and our server explained everything, thoroughly, and everything was perfect! Reservations highly recommended. Tables are wheelchair & walker friendly.

Wonderful atmosphere for a date. The booths are nice and enclosed, making it feel more intimate. The cheese fondue was delicious, but the steak meat was phenomenal. Soft like butter, and the garlic pepper steak was super flavorful. Yin and yang dessert was delicious as well, especially the brownies that came with it! They were honestly the best ones I have had and I wish I could have to recipe to get mine as moist as they were. Our server was very friendly and charismatic as well. Overall I definitely recommend!

$$$ -$$$$ First time going and it was absolutely phenomenal Such a great experience. Did a galentine's gathering with friends and family We ate so much! There was definitely no need to eat before coming. You think that with fondue it's just snacking but that is not the case. Our server was excellent. Forgot her name but it was such a fun conversation. It can be a bit confusing how to order and our server took the time to explain several times how to order off the menu. we decided to cook our entree by deep frying. It was messy, we laughed. We ate. It was fun.

Yip was an amazing server. Was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. Did the 4 course meal and it was very filling. We also had the Love martini and the Classic Rye Manhattan which were awesome. This was definitely a great place to have a date. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Whether you're looking to dress up for a special occasion or keep it more casual, the vibe is flexible and works for both. The first course of fondue set the tone, and we knew the rest of the meal was going to be out of this world. Our server was incredibly friendly and super helpful in guiding us through the menu. The entire experience was fantastic, and honestly, the food speaks for itself! We’ll definitely be back.

This is our first time visiting the Melting Pot. It's a nice interactive dinner. The fondue was nice. We needed more bread and cheese. The meats for the fondue needed to be cooked for us, so we were waiting until they turned on the grill.. it was fun to do once. The staff was nice. The restaurant was dark and adult like with clean restrooms.

The establishment's recent renovation has resulted in an aesthetically pleasing ambiance, featuring murals that pay homage to the city's iconic landmarks. The updated menu offers an impressive array of culinary options. We opted for the timeless classics, which were executed with culinary expertise. The overall atmosphere was conducive to both intimate gatherings and lively group interactions. The service provided by our waiter was commendable throughout the meal, with the exception of a minor oversight. Specifically, a cursory cleaning of the table prior to serving dessert would have been appreciated, considering the inherent messiness of fondue dining with four individuals. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and left with positive impressions.

I went here during their 40 yr anniversary thing. We had reservations and were seated right away. We tried the special celebration menu. The service was pretty good throughout the dinner and the ambience is great. I wasn't the biggest fan of their cheese fondue but their special chocolate fondue is out of the world. The main course was also decent. Normally would rank it 4 star ( very solid) but it's definitely a bit steep so that's why I'll probably have it at 3.5. Definitely recommend trying their chocolate fondue.
