Solid fried chicken and sides at a cheap price and served quickly! Very fast service through the drive-through on a Friday night. Got the spicy three-piece combo with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Great for the price and for fast food, but don't expect stellar quality or anything like that. Biscuits were soft and buttery, cole slaw was tangy, mashed potatoes and gravy were good.

The app had a special for 2 chicken sandwiches for $9. I ordered that. When I got home I was about halfway through eating the first one when I bit into something tough.I thought it must have been some gristle in the chicken. The next bite, I couldn't even bite all the way down. I spit it out. Within 5 minutes I was vomiting and I'm writing this review at 4am, because I've been up all night with diarrhea. This store is excellent which is why I gave this review 3 stars, but something was definitely off about this sandwich. There's no way I'll eat that second sandwich.I hate that I may have ate my final Popeyes chicken sandwich, because I love them. The chicken may have been spoiled before it ever arrived at this location, I don't know? I'm not mad, just sick and disappointed.

I’m giving this Popeyes a 3 because I rarely have an issue here. But today 7/7/2024 I decided to go get some bbq chicken wings and I wanted 12. There’s a large sign in the drive through that says make your combo a large and get 2 sides a drink and a biscuit. So I order a large combo, I pick my 2 sides and then the associate asks do I want to buy a biscuit. I’m confused as the sign says it comes with a biscuit. I get to the window and explain the picture in the front says get a large combo and it comes with a biscuit, the associate Melissa rudely tells me yea it doesn’t come with a biscuit we didn’t make the picture, as if the branding was wrong after some back and forth, I requested the manager. I was then able to speak with the manager who explained the biscuit only comes with chicken orders or chicken tender orders not wings. I totally accepted this answer and if it was explained firstly this could have all be avoided. I also can take some responsibility as it states this in small writing at the bottom of the picture. But let’s be real who reads the small print in the drive through. After all of this the manager could of just gave me a biscuit for the misunderstanding as the only reason I ordered the large combo was to get what was pictured. I hate to make a big deal over a biscuit but Popeyes you need to change that picture or make the small print larger. And your employees need to be patient and explain the menu and not make your customers uncomfortable.

I felt like I was being judged. I had a coupon which is for 549 two piece of chicken and mashed potato slice of bread. The guy took my order I felt like he purposely give me the smallest piece he can ever find from the tray. And there was other people next to me and they were Spanish and their chicken was bigger than mine. I was hungry I did not complain. I hope management are the owner needs to keep an eye on it and re train the employees

Because they charged me 1.08 for only 3 little slices of pickles really?!!!!! Yes I gave their service 1 star. I have been to several popeyes and never been charged for extra pickles. I am a pickle lover and I'm in my feelings. Hopefully they will see this and not charge for 3 little slices of pickles

Moldy bread on my chicken sandwich. Like, blatantly moldy. Cannot trust them ever again.

The company now deducts your payment if you cancel your order within minutes due to an incorrect location selection made through the app. This occurs despite the fact that you have placed two orders a few minutes apart. Furthermore, there is no live customer support available to assist you. As a result, I am now required to dispute the charge with my bank.

Consistency is key and they've mastered consistently messing up every order. Maybe they should be replaced by AI

I ordered using popeyes app stated store closes at 12 midnight placed order 1130 it was closed I got there 1135 This employee aparrently left shift early 3 cars were waiting no one there fire this person I need my refund 40.00

I don’t want to do this because this location is always very good but tonight Sunday March 8th it was absolutely horrendous. I ordered us 2 shrimp & chicken tender tackle boxes and everything was off. Both boxes were missing 1 shirmp so we only got 3 each. The shrimp smelled off. The chicken tenders is each box were cold and just not good like usual. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard hardly any gravy and the red beans & rice were cold and not good tonight. It’s funny because I went out of my way to go to this location too but tonight was just not it.

Popeyes’ petty pomme‑pie pirates pilfered my pleasure and presumed my patience. Prior to this publication, I politely and privately placed a plentiful purchase of poultry and other provisions for my progeny and myself personally, plus a pair of promised piping‑hot, perfectly proportioned pomme pies. The poultry portion was provided promptly, and upon its presentation and, presumably, pursuant to our perusal perceptions, primarily proved passable, perhaps even praiseworthy, but the post-meal pomme‑pie portion, having been previously promised upon its payment, was plainly pilfered - even painfully so. These purported professionals, publicly professing pride in their preeminent poultry propriety and prowess, parroting some providential purpose like a pair of parading peacocks, proposed purely perfunctory promises, but provided a less-than-passé performance of pie‑purging. Preposterous! No proactive apology, no prompt proposal to put things in their place. Not even a pitiful “perdon” to perhaps pardon their poor personal performance —just perfunctory platitudes and a paltry “please come back” that felt particularly patronizing. As a paying patron, I present this public, permanently posted protest, post-haste: “Popeyes, please prioritize proper packing, protect patrons’ petite pastry provisions, and prevent future pomme‑pie “pie-racy”. Please!” Until then, potential patrons should ponder placing their pie‑prioritizing purchases with a place that prizes both poultry and pastries with proper, professional precision.

0 STARS. Ordered online, came to pick up, worker claims to have never gotten the order, worker checks the order from my phone and confirms that it was the correct location, then claims they can do nothing and walks away. Terrible service and absolute waste of my time.

This location is usually reliable, but my experience tonight raised several serious concerns regarding food safety, professionalism, and order accuracy. First, I observed the young lady at the drive-thru window using her bare fingers to wet her hands with the same ice used for customer drinks in order to open a bag. This is a clear sanitation violation and indicates inadequate training on proper food-handling procedures. The service was also unprofessional. Two employees displayed visible irritation while assisting me—one laughed, and the other rolled her eyes. The first time I received my food, it was cold. After waiting almost an hour for it to be corrected, I was given a meal with small chicken strips and no biscuit, despite it being part of the order. She handed me my food laughing and it just gave me a weird feeling . As I hope there was nothing done to my food . I chose this location to save time while preparing for my final exams, but instead the experience caused significant delay and resulted in poor-quality food. This situation reflects a need for immediate improvement in staff behavior, food safety practices, and order accuracy.
