Absolutely delicious idea for a sandwich - fried chicken between two waffles! First, I'd like to highlight how tasty the food is. The buttermilk waffle chicken sandwich has some of the best fried chicken on a sandwich that I've ever had. Their fries and burger are also very good. The downside for me is that this facility is not very wheelchair accessible. In a wheelchair, the bathroom is virtually impossible to get to. Additionally, the space overall needs a good cleaning.

I heard great things about this place, so I wanted to check it out. There’s ample parking in the rear of the restaurant. The wait staff greeted us upon entrance. You order food through a kiosk. It was straightforward and easy. We waited less than 20 minutes for our order. We chose to sit outdoors. I had the chicken salad and my husband had a burger with mac-n-cheese and seasoned fries. Both dishes were delicious and worth the money. I will return to try some of the other dishes.

A great location on upper Shepherd in the revitalized walking area. We sat outside and it was a great night for it. You had a choice of kiosk or human ordering, nice. I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffle. It was great! Tender Chicken, syrupy waffle. Definitely not a sandwich even though it looks like one. Drawback is the place is small, with limited indoor and outdoor seating. The plastic ware made cutting the food an adventure. My friend got the Chicken Biscuit and tangy White Gravy. Not sure what or why the gravy was tangy all I know is that it tasted funny and she complained of not feeling good all weekend.

Food is not as advertised. The wings are bland with no seasoning. The sauce is spicy. Note: if you have to make everything spicy you can not cook. The best part of our visit was the great customer service and the Pepsi zero soda. The waffles were not good. Mine were over cooked also you get one small syrup to go with a whole waffle broken into 4 pieces. The smash burger didn’t have any seasoning on it and the toasted bun was the best thing about the burger. I only see people that are just hungry and in the area eating here. We drove far to be disappointed in everything. As you can see it was empty when we dine in.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and wings, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It was clear the chicken had already been pre-cooked and was simply dropped back into oil when I placed my order. I wondered when was the last time they changed that oil. The chicken was extremely greasy and you could not enjoy any flavor. As a result, both the sandwich and wings were incredibly dry and overcooked, with a burned taste that overpowered everything else. I was expecting fresh, flavorful food, but this fell far short of that. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality or care in preparation. Give your self a favor and don’t go here. Won’t be back.

Let me start by saying the service was 👎🏿! When we walked in the staff (2 young ladies stood off towards the kitchen staring with a nasty look on their face never greeted or informed that you have to place your own order on a computer at the counter.) The computer itself was annoying as you have to figure out how to navigate through the screen and menu. There was a young lady who did come from somewhere in the back and informed us to use the computer at the counter. Food: fries were cold and waffle was cold, chicken was hot however it was disgusting it was definitely cooked in old grease! That's very unsanitary and disappointing! The chicken was extremely greasy and you could not enjoy any flavor because all you could taste was grease! You can see in the picture the grease! Waste of money because non of us ate the chicken! The cheese was delicious that's the only good thing I can say. Environment: not kid friendly no height chairs or booster seats Too cold to even eat comfortably. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
