Loved this place! The chai was delightful and I loved the milk bread (I think that’s what it is called!). My girls had the pretzel pizza things and they were yummy too. Great vibe and friendly service!

Great calm atmosphere. Good coffee and really yummy bread french toast thing. Soooo good. I had the nutella choco one. My friend enjoyed her pizza roll pretzel.

The staff was plenty polite and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant for late morning. Ordered the cinnamon caramel toast and horchata latte, while a friend ordered a green tea latte. Both of us are very pleased with the drinks and the toast was amazing! I think I'll make this my regular coffee spot, and I look forward to trying more drinks.

I'm probably addicted to the bread here. It's really, really good. The coffee is also very solid! It's a great spot to work or study quietly! But seriously, try the bread! I would split it with a friend or two because it's very sweet and heavy.

Their bakery is amazing! Everything I have tried is amazingly delicious! Service is just phenomenal; the baristas are so helpful and great at explaining the menu if you are new to Tom N Toms. Nice relaxing atmosphere in the store too. Among their drinks I really liked the hot citron tea. I was really looking forward to the taro and sweet potato lattes, but both of them were severely lacking in flavor, and what little flavor there was, was concentrated in the bottom of the cup. That being said, I would definitely come back! A word of advice about the honey garlic bread; don't be weirded out by it--it's sweet and savory and absolutely delicious!

This cafe is so cute! I've been wanting to try their toast for awhile now. I finally stopped by and ordered their Garlic Butter Toast. The toast has a slice of cheese between two slices of bread and honey drizzled on top. I also ordered their Lavender Latte and subbed oat milk; their drinks usually come with whole milk. The drinks are a bit more on the sweeter side of most coffee shops, but they can adjust the sweetness for some drinks.

I like this place very much, but I got some pizza from here and the crust.. is very thin and flat like my butt. I thought the pizza crust is thick? I’ve gotten this another time in the past and the crust was very thick and nothing like this. I don’t know if i ordered the wrong thing but I remember ordering this before and the crust was thick. And it does not taste good. I guess it just depends who is making it… 3/10.

This review is solely based off an average of my overall experience. Firstly, when walking in my daughter and I were absolutely NOT greeted. My daughter even mentioned it, because she was raised knowing that when you walk into a business first impression is everything. Wanting someone to patronize your business, something as simple as speaking to them and acknowledging their presence is the least you can do. That alone would have made me walk right out of any other business immediately, but my daughter has been raving to try this place after I showed her a picture my friend posted when she brought her daughter. As I proceeded to walk to the register the young lady still did not say a word to us and just stood there staring until I finally opened my mouth to place my order. My daughter and I went to the bathroom and as I told the young lady as she worked on orders, she made the comment that the right bathroom was out of order. With her making that comment, I figured maybe there was not a sign, to only walk back there and the bathroom clearly shows an out of order sign. That instantly strikes me, because it made me wonder did she think I couldn’t read or understand an obvious sign on the door? Lastly, what took the cake is the closing. She called my name and as I proceeded to get our food, I said thank you and she said nothing. Not a word was spoken back and she just walked away from the counter. RUDE and UGLY behavior. I asked to speak to the manager and a guy who addressed himself as Albert stated that he was the manager. I expressed exactly what happened and how I will not be returning based on that interaction alone. I also stated to him that I hope the food is good since I will not be returning and how he needs to speak with his employees on customer service and business etiquette. This is poor if this is their normal protocol and if it’s not she needs to be retrained. Such a cute place to go to waste, because the breads we got were actually good, but I stand behind my morals and expectations when spending my money anywhere. I am a Google Local Guide and a foodie that posts reviews on Houston and surrounding areas and I will be advising my followers on the experience I had here!

TOOK AN HOUR TO GET MY ORDER FROM A PLACE 8 min away! All because they don’t care. The pretzel is good but the cheese sauce and service?! Needs work! I ordered 60 min ago on doordash and the driver arrived just for the food to have not been started. This is unacceptable. She claimed the tablet died but that was over 40 min pushing an hour now. You should’ve had it up and running much sooner. They aren’t even giving me anything extra for wasting my time or the dashers time. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone honestly. The cheese sauce looks really old and comes cold

I used to love coming here. A couple of years ago, the food and drinks were great and the owner was always kind and welcoming. I recently returned after a few weeks away and was shocked by how much has changed. The staff seemed disorganized, the service was extremely slow, and the employees were rude to customers. What upset me the most was overhearing staff talking badly about me in another language, assuming I wouldn’t understand. I’ve supported this place for years and often recommended it to friends, but I don’t feel comfortable coming back anymore. I hope the owner or manager reads this and seriously addresses the behavior and training of the staff.

I’m really getting more and more disappointed with this place. I used to be a regular, coming here two or three times a week, but everything has changed. My favorite pizza has become almost inedible, and they don’t even bother to cut it. The man at the front counter taking orders looked extremely impatient and rude. I won’t be coming back.
