The evening staffers are extremely helpful. I got a mug from here yesterday and came back today to switch it due to a scuff. The guy was super kind and let me look through the mugs until we found one that looked to my liking. They also gave me donuts on the house. The donuts are absolutely delicious (probabaly the best donuts I’ve ever had and I’m saying this as a doughnut girlie). Not to mention the workers are efficient and pleasant people. I’m not from here but anytime I visit TX I definitely need to get my donuts from this shop. Not only do they taste good but customer service is top notch. Thank you. What can I say about voodoo doughnuts. Overall I love the many different types of doughnuts they serve which makes picking one all the better. I usually get the sprinkle cake donut as it’s my favorite with the right amount of flavor and sugar. The inside and the cute design of the shop makes it worth going to. They sell merch too complete the experience. Pretty good overall in my opinion.

Tired of your regular donuts? Give this place a try with some crazy looking and delicious donuts. Just remember just like Texas, everything is bigger on their menu. Lots of options to pick from and they have a lovely seating area inside if you want to sit around and enjoy some coffee and donut and chit chat with your friends or family. They also have some cool merchandises available.

I must say that this place looks definitely spooky to all you horror lovers. They’re really creative with their donuts . Especially the voodoo options. There is a vegan option just in case you guys are sensitive to sugar or or lactose. I would highly recommend this place to y’all. It’s like having friends on the other side .

It was my first time in a Voodoo Doughnut shop and I loved it. Clean, cool vibe, super nice staff, gorgeous donuts. Very large and fluffy. I’m not used to these sizes living in Europe but I did my best to eat my cheesecake donut. I love that they also offer vegan options keeping it inclusive. I’m not vegan but love the option. Thank you for great customer service and donuts 😋

We traveled from West Plains just to eat some Pizza Hut and the food was super tasty! Our waitress, Savanna who looked like she was having a rough day, was amazing! She took the best care of us! Everyone else seemed super grumpy, including who i assumed was the store manager. Store should be staffed with Savanna's and less grumps. Would travel again, just to see our waitress.

I had a craving for a doughnut and this place was close. Upon entering Zach came from the back and greeted me. He was very helpful and gave great tips. I ended up trying their traditional doughnut and traditional cake doughnut. Both tasted fresh. They are very sweet though . As I guess one would expect. Zach has awsome customer service and a Big welcoming smile.

Was just leaving an event, saw the sign, and thought it was a perfect time for a midmorning snack. I’m totally boring so I got the old-fashioned plain, which was good, but not totally fresh. My friend got the Portland, which is a massive disk with lots of chocolate on top. Our other friend got the maple bacon bar. It is massive. It’s easily the size of two regular donuts. I took a bite and thought it was way too sweet and my friend told me to take a bite that includes the bacon and oh my gosh that was amazing. Salted caramel has nothing on the Voodoo maple bacon bar.

Ordered their new tavern style pizza and a deep dish pizza. The tavern style pizza showed up as a regular thin crust pizza missing a topping. The deep dish arrived as a hand tossed crust. Maybe it's a pizza hut promotional scam to sell more thin crust? Very disappointed in a childhood favorite pizza establishment. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes while my dinner got cold. I recommend if you do not need delivery get your pizza from Zalat way better and no issues. Shame on the big box for taking advantage of their customers looking for convenience and quality from a well established chain. The order was delivered from door dash for some reason this store contracts their delivery out to a separate party. Now the 6$ delivery fee makes sense. As long as I live in midtown I will never order pizza hut again. Papa Johns is just as close. Beware midtown residents and speak with your wallet. Too many good establishments have gone bankrupt and left us with this garbage that is pizza hut. After researching other reviews this pizza hut should be shutdown and boycotted. Lol. Its laughable how historically bad this location is. Shut it down and bring back my beloved pizza love location. If I get enough support I would love to join my fellow midtown residents in a protest outside this store to promote change and make a statement that midtown will not except this level of failure from a big chain store while watching our local favourites continue to struggle while this chain has consistently disappointed our community.

The most disgusting pizza & service I’ve ever had. I will literally NEVER order from this restaurant again. The pizza was dry as a desert, it was cold as ice, delivery time showed for 9:23pm-9:33pm; the pizza came at 9:50. The tracker showed the order being prepared; however, when I called, the agent said it was already on the way. I asked the driver what happened he said he a lot of stops. That has nothing to do with my order. I tipped before receiving but had I known I would receive a cold, dry pizza 30 mins late, I wouldn’t have tipped at all.

I want to start off by saying this is the first negative review I've ever left for any business in my life. I place an order online for the breadsticks, a buffalo melt, and some bacon cheese sticks. I did not add a tip, when you gave me the option to because it was pick up. And even though I'd already paid for it he said oh you need to fill out this and point it to the card reader, where it ask me for a tip that was all I was doing, so that's very rude and unprofessional obviously I didn't want to give it to you cuz I would have done it when I paid for it online. I noticed that 2 of my items came with ranch,at which point I stated I didn't want ranch and would like marinara. The guy rudely stated those things come with ranch,and marinara was $1.07 extra a piece. Maybe I'm the jerk,but I expected to be able to swap out the ranch for marinara. I paid $1.07 for the marinara,places the 2 ranches on the counter,and then got a crazy look and was asked what I was doing with the ranch, after I already made it clear I didn't want ranch. And to anyone that reads this,and thinks I'm being extra,my apologies,but this is the thing that finally pushed me over the edge enough to complain. Whoever this guy is,he definitely shouldn't work dealing with customers

I had an online mobile deal, for a free flats pizza with any purchase of $1 or more. I put the reward code in, and it dropped my total from 10 something to $5.41. When I arrived the lady told me I owed $5 and some change. And told me that I put the code in wrong and I didn't do it right. So the deal was not honored. The food was still fine, but due to the incredible lack of good service, I will not be back at this location. UPDATE: The DOMINO'S down the street has MUCH better customer service!

Corporate needs to evaluate this store and the owner as it is not on par with the standards of Pizza Hut!

Ordered at 7:33, received email stating that at 8:03 pm the pizza be right over. Online tracking stated between 8:03-8:08. Called the store at 8:25 and was told it’d be between 10-15 more minutes. At 8:29 online tracking stated order dropped off (this wasn’t the case). Called the store again and after a couple of try’s I was told I couldn’t be refunded because in your system the order was completed. Interesting how an order can be completed when there’s no delivery. Also worth noting how a customer can’t be refunded allegedly because your system didn’t allow it (not the customer’s fault that you can’t deliver what you promised)

Second time in a Row the Pizza Hut on Westheimer here in Houston don’t put the dipping sauces for the cheesy bites, and they don’t put the garlic as advertised on the bites. When complaining, Pizza Hut doesn’t do anything, as if this is normal. Not the first time having issues with Pizza Hut.

They close at 2, we showed up about 10 minutes before close to order donuts to go. There were two people standing at the counter. When I got out of the car they started to walk away. As I approached the door to pull, it was locked. What bad service? Whats the point of have hours of service if your not going to honor them?! The shop was empty on a mid-afternoon. Many donuts on display with the typical voodoo style naming and creative creations. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the product taste was severely lacking. I selected the "Old Dirty Bastard" which tasted as bad as it sounded. Stale and no flavor. To be fair, the Portland, OR location wasn't any better as far as taste, you just had to wait hours to experience the disappointment. I had hoped it might be better in Houston, but I guess bad donut is just their brand as far as my tastebuds go. I was embarrassed I had bought one for a friend before tasting.

I ordered in person and got donuts in a bag which totally ruined the icing. I liked the chocolate ring, but the rest were mediocre. The lady working at the front was also rude, and made fun of us while we were trying to order. When we asked for a recommendation she said she doesn’t eat donuts. 🤷🏻‍♀️
