Starbucks used to be my go to.. but as corporations grow, I find it’s better to support our local small businesses, so this shop is my go to from now on! Waygood is my favorite coffee shop in Houston, hands down. I go to the Kirby location regularly on my way to work. They make their own in house syrups and even their own milk! They always have seasonal options that range from classic flavor combos you’d see in any coffee shop, to really unique combos I’ve never seen before. They have an app & rewards program that’s free to sign up for. I’ve never had a single issue with my orders. The staff is friendly and fast. The Kirby location has a big cafe seating area, an outside patio, and a drive thru. If you’re anywhere near a Waygood and you choose the green mermaid place instead…well then, that’s your loss man.

I’m so thankful for this coffee shop! It is so close to my work and they have delicious authentic matcha, my fav is honey lavender matcha but they strawberry matcha is divine also. The drive through can get busy but they’re good about clearing the line fast. Today I ordered online to skip the drive through line and the inside was so cute! I will be back ❤️

Very nice open space. Clean as well. Took a few minutes for someone to come out to take my order but overall the service was great. Staff is nice and friendly. Tried the Sugar & Spice Matcha and it’s a 9/10 for me. Very delicious & I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love Waygood Coffee! Their mocha is perfect — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and chocolate flavor. I’m especially impressed that they can adjust the sweetness, which makes it even better for my taste. I’ve tried mochas from so many places, but this one is hands-down the best. The only small challenge is the drive-thru — it’s a bit narrow and the pickup window is a little high for me, but it’s still worth it every time for that amazing mocha. If you’re a mocha lover, you have to try it here!

Cute place, I went in though and employees didn’t really know much about the menu. My coffee was pretty watery. My boyfriends was delicious but they filled it with tons of ice that there was hardly anything to drink.

was searching for a coffee drive thru, this place popped up, decided to check it out. looked at the menu, it gave me la la land x luce ave roasters vibes. coffee is decent, got their signature latte, and honestly, it tasted exactly like la la. i was hoping for the logo cup, but i got a regular plastic cup instead. i asked for almond milk & got oat milk. coffee shops food is usually bad, and this place wasn’t an exception. the asiago bagel straight up tasted like plastic. i took a bite and threw the whole thing out. i lso got the blueberry danish, and it tasted like they just heated up a frozen pastry. maybe the indoors would give diff hopefully better vibes with all the cutesy aesthetic interior bc if i've known it'd be like this i shouldve just went to starbucks tbh.

TLDR: From a repeat customer, good coffee, bad service. I used to come here a lot because the drinks were fantastic. I’m probably still going to go again despite this, however, customer service here is the worst I’ve seen. The employees aren’t friendly at all, but they used to be. It’s really a shame, this place had a lot of potential. Their coffer has gone down in quality in the past few months, the seaside shakarato doesn’t taste the same, and there is a stark difference in the regular v large flavor. The regular size is better. I hope the manager will wake up to this issue, because if it’s this bad for customers I can only imagine how the baristas feel. Regardless, I am a repeat customer, so I probably will be back. Just don’t expect so much as a hello, and they’re probably going to brush you off to the kiosk. Update: It is very dependent on which barista you talk to. The past two visits have been good, the coffee tastes better. I can tell y'all really listened. I will be updating this review as I see more.

Its right next to my job and i absolutely love coffee so I wanted to try it out. The customer service was okay but not super friendly. I tried saying things like good morning and how are you doing and the lady just ignored it and got right down to it. Which, sure, fair, im sure its busy in the morning. I ordered a Peppermint iced latte, which tastes alright. I like the packaging, but i ordered the large and they didnt even fill it up all the way??? Im paying around $6-7 for a coffee that isnt even all the way filled lol. The muffin was alright. Overall, probably won't go there again unless im reaallyyy itching for some coffee.

The drinks are good but nothing from the other world. The place is mostly empty, is pretty but doesn't feel comfortable. The service is not bad, but they look like they don't like their job. Not very friendly.

Coffee is pretty good. But I damaged my car one morning in the parking lot because there was a car parked right next to the drive-through that did not allow any space. The parking lot is already super small so not monitoring parking is really inconvenient for guests. Customer service is also not great here.

First 2 times matcha and service was very good. Today the barista who was making our drinks was rude. I understand that she was overwhelmed due to the volume of customers but that’s not an excuse. We pay for our drinks so I think at very least it should get done right the first time and not get upset when I told her my drink was missing the cold foam I paid extra for. Unfortunately the drink was not good but I didn’t want to complain. Then when I asked for a cup holder she responded with “WHAT HAPPENED”! I really did like this place til today.

I was looking for a quick place to stop off for my morning matcha during the week and I found this place via Google maps. I downloaded their app and placed my order. My drink was delicious and the location and pick up were super convenient. My first experience was so good that I immediately locked in the next day. Well, the next day sucked major 🍑 I placed my order via the app and I arrived about 3 minutes after my estimated pickup time. This time I was met with a dark lobby and locked doors 😮‍💨 No problem! You can just pick up through the drive-thru, right? The line at the drive-thru was at least 4 cars long- something that I didn't plan for, especially since the hours listed on Google states that they opened at 5:30am and it was currently 10 til 7 am 🙃 I called the telephone number listed on Google and it went directly to voicemail each time. The drive thru line shortened enough for me to reach the window to inquire about cancelling my order only to be told by the employee that they could not cancel nor refund my order. I was instructed to do it myself via the app but there's no clear way to do so. I called another 2 times and left voicemails requesting a refund and requesting a call back- NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. These people still have my money and no one has reached out to me. I thought I'd hit the jackpot with this cute little place but their management sucks and that's more than enough for me to take my $10/day elsewhere 🙄

So disappointed! Jalapeño Turkey croissant was not fresh deli meat was the lowest quality and was balled up in sandwich. Strawberry field matcha tasted like whole milk with gritty crumbs floating through my straw! I should have just went to Starbucks. $13.xxx DO NOT RECOMMEND

HORRIBLE. Do not come here. Expensive and reckless workers. The girl with the bañada who appears white, handed me my drink and the lid almost came off. She still handed it to mez When I got it, it spilled on my center console area when I was placing it in. Now a decent human being would have apologized or at least handed me a a napkin but no. She legit closed the window. I had to wave her down multiple times and then when I asked for a napkins, she was annoyed and you could clearly see my drink was spilled. Nothing. I’ve been wanting to try this place because I’m in the area multiple times during the wee- I will never come here again with these type of people working here and it’s expensive. That spilled drink you see was $7. Go to an actual coffee shop, there are plenty in the area with decent humans. And to think she turned that little pad for a tip. Thank goodness I left nothing. Nope. Nope. Nope.
