Before moving to Texas we went to Dutch Brothers all the time. After moving here we had to seek out Dutch Brothers for their coffee and their atmosphere. Lawrence may be long but they move very quickly. Join their points club! I have earned well over 10 copies over the past couple years. And you get a free coffee for your birthday.

Two employees in particular always go above and beyond their names are Maddie and Brenden. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. And I always know without a doubt they will make my coffee order to perfection! They didn’t just take an order — they connected, remembered preferences, and made us feel valued as customers. That kind of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. The store itself is spotless, well-organized, and runs incredibly smoothly, even during busy times. I am specifically writing about the Hudson Oaks, Texas location. I just went to DB for the first time last month because I was given a gift card. I LOVE this place! Not only can I get a delish zero sugar protein coffee with great sugar free flavors, every single worker there has been overly awesome. I have been chatted up by the people that work the insane lines (lots of customers are very rude to them…I know because we chat while they are checking my order) as well as having the drive through workers make a drink for me for free that I accidentally ordered at another location, and today I have my new rescue pup in the car and they gave me a pup cup!!! So cute!!! I usually make my own coffee my way every morning and I always hated the days I had to make a run through Starbucks because I was ALWAYS disappointed and felt like I wasted way too much money on a crappy coffee. I don’t even have to be desperate to go to DB…I love the coffee, the options, and the service. Thank y’all for rocking!!!🤩💯🎉

Do not mistake these 5 stars for any love for the company that owns Dutch Bros. I have a bone to pick with them. These stars are for the employee who made my chai this morning. She was very kind and helpful and when my lack of knowledge caused a mix up with my order she didnt get frustrated she handled it with kindness and grace which I have found to be rare around here.

Coffee is always good at Dutch Bros! We went super early but staff was very enthusiastic, way to get the day going! Overall my order is always an annihilator and of course free non dairy substitutions are a perk!

Only negative thing to say about Dutch bros in general at most locations is the line and ordering process. People who were not there before you get their order taken first and then cut you off in line. I almost always order online because of this. Today I decided to go through the drive through and sure enough.. put me waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through. Order ahead and just get out of your vehicle to save you a headache.

I placed an app order for ONE drink and it was estimated to be ready at 10:11 am CST. I am now getting in my car at 10:40 am due to a young man in a blue Hollister hoodie grabbing my drink upon arrival, and then putting it back in the fridge. I assumed he grabbed the wrong one. As time passed, customers who did walk up orders were getting their drinks before me. Another man and I noticed drinks sitting in the window with no names being called. I finally walked back up to the window and a blonde teenager asked for my name- she goes and gets it and I say “I don’t understand why mine was put back in the fridge, to be told oh I’m sorry,” with a lovely rude attitude.
