We always love the breakfast at McDonald's. Sure wish the customer service was improved. For example, communication at the drive thru window could be improved simply by the McDonald's team member confirming my order.
I couldnt believe it ...2nd time in a row...super hot and crispy fries...just the way i love them. Service still sucks...they dont know what the words 'thank you' means.
I’m not a fan of fast food but I have to say everyone that works at this location has been so nice and so accommodating for the two plus years that I have been coming here for coffee! The inside is very clean as well!

Was inside today for cup of coffee. David, behind the counter was super nice and very friendly. I live in Weatherford but will drive to Hudson Oaks to shop there. Great experience and great employee!
I've never gone inside, but everyone that works the drive through is so friendly. Hate when a fast food worker just shoves your order out the window to you without a word. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Also I am so thankful for the $5 meal deal lol
Seeing Garrett in the drive thru is the only reason I look forward to coming to this location. That kid has a awesome attitude and always makes me smile and laugh when I come through. As someone who worked in fast food management for years, I hope his managers take notice, appreciate and treat him well!
This McDonald's always seems to be fresh and they get the order correct
I always have a good experience at this McDonald's, and I will usually go out of my way to order from this one even though there's another McDonald's that's a bit closer. Not only does this location have menu options that aren't available at the other one, they also tend to have cheaper prices in general, like a large drink costing 1.89 here and 2.59 at the other store. Like most McDonald's, they have 4 electronic order kiosks where customers can ring themselves up, but if you'd prefer to have your order taken in person then the staff are happy to help. On this particular order I was helped by a very friendly woman who's name I unfortunately didn't get, but who went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Arianna. I have never met a person so kind and compassionate. I understand that this is McDonald’s and we’re talking about something insignificant, but she is a shining example of how such a small gesture of kindness can make such a big impact on a person. She is an asset to your business. I wish more people were like her in the service industry.
I personally think that this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They are fast, accurate with my orders, and the staff is friendly. The one in Weatherford should take note lol
Super clean and more modern design inside, fresh flowers on every table! Quick service. Wouldn't have minded waiting an extra minute for them to cook the fries a little longer but definitely recommend this location over the Weatherford one 😅
The staff is slow getting your product back to you through drive through also they act like you're ruining their day by asking for ketchup or other condiments. But for once my French fries were hot and good also my food was on point as well.
5-13-24 9:20am - well done! Fast, fresh and hot. The bacon egg cheese biscuit was outstanding quality!!! I haven't had that perfectly made in a long time. Keep up the good work! Btw I'm a former 80s McD manager 2022- Always busy but fast service. Wish the food was hot though.
Not one much to Eat Fast Food anymore, sometimes when you're running to keep up with the Grands, well, you know... So I Stopped thru the Drive-Thru today in Hudson Oaks. There were were 3 cars & a horse trailer in front of me but it took no time for them to take my order and send me on my way to my next meal. I gave it 4 stars because, well... It's McD's & Fast Food... Everyone was Extremely Pleasant. I didn't catch their names, but the men working hard today in the drive thru, both windows, were really reppin' their Store. Kiddos for a job well done! 👏 And for putting a 😊 on my face.
We go to this location often before going to urban air and order through the app. It's ready relatively quickly and the place is pretty clean inside. This location does not have a play place.
Had a good experience at this McDonald's. I was running late and needed to grab food on the way home so I used my mobile app to order. I pulled up to the drive-thru and gave them my mobile number, which the girl taking my order asked me if I was using the mobile app. They don't always ask if you are using the mobile app, but at this one they did; that's good training. The first window I received my receipt and then pulled up to the second window where my food was ready. Then drove home, decided not to eat it in the car. The cheeseburger was still hot. I don't care what anybody says, you really can't get a bad hamburger at McDonald's. They know what they are doing. Now, here's the most important part about my visit to any mcdonald's, the fries. For some reason, today you never get the full amount of french fries with the order. Whether you were getting a small, medium, or large it is hit or miss. As you can see in the picture, the fries were full. That is the mark of a good McDonald's. Great job on that, team. Not sure if it is just that one person with a heavy hand or that the managers are training their people right. But, if you're reading this, keep it up 👍🏽 Although the girl taking my order over the speaker was very friendly, the reason that I gave the service a rating of 4 is that when I received my food it was from what it look like to be one of the managers. She wasn't rude, but when she handed me my food she was having a conversation with somebody in the background. It would do all managers in today's McDonald's establishments to watch any commercial from the 80s, where the McDonald's worker always ends the food over with a smile. It's not difficult to give somebody a full attention for a couple of seconds, but it's just as easy not to. With that being said, I was very satisfied with my experience. I will be back at this McDonald's 🍔🍟
What is up with this McDonald's app? It's truly amazing how ineffective it is to use in the drive-through. The employees know less about it than us, and it consistently cause delays every time I visit. The food is good, because I mean...it's McDonald's, right? Staff are still figuring things out, though they will fix issues if you bring them up.
The playground is the biggest draw for me and my grandson. The employees were exceptionally friendly this time! I appreciated that greatly! The only problem is my stomach doesn't react too well a few hours later, unfortunately.
Not rude, but certainly not polite. Not one "please", "thank you", "you're welcome", "have a nice day", or any form of kindness at all at anytime. The person that have me my food simply stuck it out the window, I took it, and thanked her, she never even glanced at me and just closed the window. No smiling faces at this McDonald's.
Food was typical, but disappointed with the service. I asked for ketchup but they didn’t put it in my bag; nor did I get a straw for my drink.
My order is incorrect too often. I understand the staffing situation we're all in but put a bit more into training your employees. Food and service were mediocre at best.
The bathroom was clean, the service was prompt and servers were friendly. The sausage egg biscuit was freshly made and delicious. I'm not one for sausage biscuits but this one was good. The coffee wasnt very hot though and orange juice is cheaper at the convenience store, but that isn't the clerks fault. All in all, my experience was good, just disappointing that the coffee wasn't hot
Can't believe they moved lids, napkins, ketchup, drink & ice dispensers, all of it behind the counter. Old layout seemed more welcoming than current one too.
McDonald's is no longer a family friendly environment. They have turned it into a corporate lunch room atmosphere. No warmth about the place at all. Then when I wanted to refill my drink, I was given a whole new cup. If this is the way you want to go about "saving the planet ", I truly hope none of these decision makers plan to procreate.
The last 3 visiting has gone like this at the drive thru. All 3 times I ordered sweetvtea, twice I got unsweetened. This morning I actually got sweet tea but order a sausage egg cheese McGriddle with no cheese, got home had cheese on it. I HATE CHEESE !
Slowest McDonald's ever and the routinely mess up my order by not paying attention to simple things like "I would like that chicken grilled please" or " yes I would like barbecue sauce please". Then you get a fried Chicken sandwich and no barbecue sauce for your 50 piece nugget. True story, that was a recap of my most recent trip.
I came on 4th of July at about 6pm and the pregnant girl in the red should complain about the customers a little more quietly. I ask for a ranch and she said “I hate when they do that”.
This place always messes up our kids’ burgers. One with cheese and ketchup only and one with just ketchup. They almost always put cheese on both of them and sometimes they also have the onions and pickles. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get the order correct. We also typically sit in this drive-thru location no less than 20 min. The staff we have encountered are not the friendliest either.

Went and got the bundle which was the mcchicken and fries and I got back to work and saw my fries. They was all small thin crunchy pieces dark brown and cold this is a few times the past few weeks that it has happened to me. I said the first time they may of just been busy but today there were no cars n drive but me n one pulling off and so that was no excuse. I am going to throw this away and will find another place for my lunch breaks now!
The food was ok. Im complaining about the drive thru window.. There credit card strip is working right.. So whats the guy do, he tries to scan it 100 times like that will work... I had to give him a credit card it does touch to machines and works all day.. See i didnt want to use my CC, they basically made me... Million dollar company causing us problems..
Had to wait forever for my drink and food at the drive thru. While the girl in her skin tight low cut Christmas sweater, that doesn't belong in any workplace unless you're a hooker played on her cellphone. Not even a "hey here's your doing your food will be right out." When my food and drink were finally handed to me it was with a scowl like how dare I interrupt her phone time at work, not a word said from her. I was amazed that they got my order right.
Service at this location is generally okay. However, there are times when they just toss you your food almost into your lap. I understand it’s fast food and you want to go home, but you could be just a little courteous. I know; I work in the service industry. The ultra low rating was me going to their location tonight at 10:30PM when they close at 11PM and they were already closed. It’s rare I go to places later in the day but 30 minutes ahead of closing? I would expect 5 minutes, but not 30. Really not okay, guys.
Service was quick but a little too quick. Drove away then opened up my bag half mile down the road to find both large fries half full and soggy like they were flash fried and pulled from the oil. Not sure if they were in a rush or not but with food being made, there shouldn’t be a rush at all. I’d rather wait a bit to get correctly made food than fast service with half cooked food. Do a little better and I’ll change the review.
Food was not hot by edible. We were in the left order lane and they let 3 cars from right lane ahead of us, after we ordered, and all we had were 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks. We asked 3 times if we were good to go before she told us to go to first window and didn't tell us or total. If they can't keep cars in order, I'll go somewhere else.
Never gets orders correct. Staff could benefit from team building training.
I came through the drive through today I ordered a Big Mac plain with mayo at the speaker she seemed to understand that perfectly fine but I got a Big Mac completely done wrong, they seemed to just be wanting to rush me out they forgot to put my sauce almost forgot to give me half of my food until I set there looking at them and they finally gave me the rest I got ranch containers with my food and one of the containers is quarter filled the rest are barely half filled they completely skimped the ranch. I honestly don’t wanna come back to this location there wasn’t even many people there when I came so there was no reason to be rushing my order like they did
I’m and so furious with McDonald’s every time I go to order a Mocha Frappe the machine is broken. Or broken down to be cleaned. I think it’s time to buy a new machine.
Be sure to check your order before you leave. I ordered and paid for a combo meal and an apple pie. When I got home and looked in my bag, the combo meal was there but the apple pie was not.
It didn't take long for the cashier to come take our order but the wait for the food to come out was ridiculous. When we got our food the fries were cold and the chicken patty was dark brown and hard to chew the bread was dry.
As I pulled into the parking lot, I did not see the faint markings saying I was going the wrong direction. As I turned around and entered the drive thru, I was met with an employee by the name of Anthony, who decided to throw his arms in the air and scream at me "DO NOT ENTER", "I DONT KNOW WHY MFKRS CANT READ"... I immediately reversed out of the drive through, went inside and spoke with the GM Julian. I explained the situation and demanded an apology. Julian was VERY professional given the situation and how aggravated I was. Anthony came out and apologized while trying to also say he was just trying to "save peoples lives". He only stopped arguing when Julian told him to stop. I voice recorded the "apology" just for record. The fact that I am a woman and had to be berated by a man in the drive through because of simple mistake will keep me from ever going to this location again. I left and went to Taco Bell..
Tonight I ordered a happy meal with a sweet tea lemonade. The girl who took my order didn’t tell me the total or tell me to pull up and I repeated my order 3 times. When I arrive at the window I paid and received my meal with no drink, she did not tell me that we are waiting on my drink or that it would be right out or anything, but as the window is still open I hear the two girls talking “we’re out of lemonade” then the other girl said “do you want me to tell her” a few minutes go by I get told nothing and get handed my drink. it is just a sweet tea and it isn’t a big deal at all the fact is why would you ask if you should tell me that you cannot make my drink and you’d have to give me a different one. poor communication.
For 40 nuggets plus 2 large fries, you can only give us 2 sauces? Because no McDonald's I've been to has ever said that me ESPECIALLY for how many nuggets I've ordered. Byeeeee never will be back.
Last time! Will go to Willow park from now on! They go to great lengths to screw up my drive-thru order and nothing but sass and attitude when I point out the repeated mistakes. Not that hard really! :(
Just went threw the drive threw and ordered my daughter a happy meal and small sprite and me a double meat quarter pounder meal size medium. They handed me my daughters drink then a "medium" that was damn near the same size as my daughters cup. My fries were ice cold and soggy as hell. The double meat quarter pounder had only 1 patty and also cold but was in the double meat box.
Pulled into McD’s drive through at 10:29 and ordered a sausage biscuit. I was promptly told they were not serving breakfast....soooo, why? I was told they do not serve breakfast after 10:30...I told the voice it just turned 10:30, it is not after 10:30. After three rounds of hearing the same tune I took my business elsewhere which I will do from now on. The place is run by idiots.
The service was fast and my food came out right. The only thing is I've only ever eaten here once and me and my daughter both got so sick for about 5 days. The only thing we ate different than everyone else in the house was McDonald's. Sorry for the TMI but I would hate for anyone else to get sick from this place. I'm not sure if they just didn't care that day and gave us old food or what. But it was very unpleasant.
This place needs a lot of work. Food came out mangled and incorrect. Teens out smoking in front and staff allowing non uniformed friends whoever behind the counter. It was more of a shady teenage hangout than a business.
Not sure what the issue really is with McD's, but it seems my order is messed up every time I go which is rare, because of just that. This time...it's costing them a review. So today..long day, tired, pick up some food at McD's, why...cause it's right there. Get home, and order's not right. No onions order ended up no lettuce, no sauce and lots of onions. It's not that hard to get an order right, caring about the quality of service is the key.
Everytime I come here my order is messed up and they do not understand what it is like to have kids and need more than 2 packets of Ketchup. I ordered two 10pc chicken nuggets and 2 kids meals both chicken nuggets. I asked for alot of Ketchup and I got a total of 4 packets. No where near enough!!!
When the server gave me my meal, the Large Sized Fries was not filled up, and the fries were old. I asked him to fill it up, and he gave me back talk. He then proceeded to put those fries back into the fries scoop area, scoop them back into the same fries container, and give me basically the same amount again, with a very unhappy demeanor. I promptly asked for a refund, and ate my meal without fries.
This is my #1 McDonalds, but it's loosing ground with me. I love coffee. I have been told over the past several months I have been told we don't have any to make, and I accepted they were waiting on a truck. I have gotten old or lukewarm coffee. Today I was told we are not doing coffee at this time. Excuse me....Really...then take it off the menu. Bottom line was they didn't want to make any. Went to sonic and they made some for me. Not happy.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger and deluxe 1/4 lb er w cheese. AT Least get the meat and cheese on the bun. Not busy at 11 am. All 3 items appeared to be "thrown together ". Don't order out much anymore but won't be your store anymore.
Ordered a large iced vanilla coffee, was handed a medium. I asked if I could get my large iced vanilla coffee I ordered and she asked me if I wanted to buy another medium! What?! Not only did they have no clue what they were doing but they were all so rude! So wound up with what I thought was two iced vanilla coffee‘s but BOTH of the coffees were just PLAIN iced coffee. Absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Staff here are all absolutely worthless. No common sense whatsoever!
Just visited this McDonald's in Hudson Oaks @ 12:02pm. No line, not crowded, ordered our food shorted us a burger and everything was cold, like it was precooked. Won't eat there again!
Over the past few years, my wife and I have eaten breakfast here. One thing remains consistant: The kids who work here don't care whatsoever, the quality of the food you get is a gamble, and the prices are higher here. First, the person taking your order at the drive through sounds like he's just about to die. No courtesies like "good morning", "thank you", nor do they repeat your order to make sure he/she get's it right. It seems every time we've been here, either the order is wrong OR one of the food items is cold. The service has never been friendly or professional. If I were the owner of what I'm assuming to be a franchise location, you might want to drive to Azle and see what a well functioning McDonald's is like. My wife and I won't be returning to this location again, even if we do have business to take care of in your area. EDIT: I wrote this 7 years ago, and NOTHING has changed about this location.
We went in to eat a quick bite before driving home, which is around 45 min away. The sign on the store said the dining room closed at 11pm. It was 10:17 when we arrived. The door was locked and when the manager saw us he ignored us. When we finally knocked on the door an employee came and said the sign on the door was a misprint, that they actually closed at 10pm to clean the dining room. She was very abrasive and her tone was condescending. They straight up lied.
It took them 20 minutes during a non busy time to get my order. Then on top of it all they forgot the toys... What the heck. When I worked at McDonald's as a 16 year old- I double checked all orders. And these people want minimum wage to go up! Nope- not if ever time I go- you guys are going to mess up on my orders. Thanks but no thanks.
My family had not had supper at 9:50 pm on a Friday night. My wife pulled up to the window and without hesitation they said, “we are only serving drinks!” My wife asked why, and they said, “cause thats all we can do.” I like McDonalds. Breakfast, lunch and supper. I’m never going back to this one! Miserable!
Niki working the drive thru is rude and verbally abusive to the customers. I witnessed it while she was taking orders from other customers and I sadly had interaction with her as well while getting my order. When I told another manager what was going on Nikki got so upset and saying I DON’T CARE IM MANGER FOUR YEARS NOW. Myself and other people in the store were Disgusted by her abusive and gettho customer service. We and others will contact the GM and will continue to complain and tell EVERYONE her until she is fired. We will blast and post all over social media!!
The lobby was closed, which in itself isn’t a big deal really but there was no sign on either entrance. The store hours were printed on the locked doors. I saw an employee walking up from the rear of the store I asked him if the lobby was closed and he said yes. I informed him a sign posting that would be nice. I drove off and won’t be going back there
Disappointed in yesterday's visit. Hamburger was raw on inside fries and chicken mcnuggets were barely warm even though it was beginning of lunch. Didn't offer a replacement burger just got a "sorry about that".
No gloves while making ready to eat food. Ordered food to go,once I got home I realized I was missing not one burger but 4 and received the wrong type of drink! Drove back to get this issue fixed and received the wrong burgers this time (I checked before I left) At this point I looked up and noticed the guys in the back hand no gloves on while touching their face and putting the burgers into the buns with NO gloves I decided I didn't even want my four burgers and walked out with out the food and still paid for it 🤢
We walked in and the door was unlocked so we assumed the lobby was open. We were turned away and told the lobby was closed but we could go to the drive- thru. This was unfortunate as we did not have a vehicle to go through the drive-thru. We were driving a semi-truck so this was extremely frustrating and we explained this to the employee. However, she did not seem concerned and for this reason we will not dine here ever. They have officially lost the potential of making money as we typically spend about $30 during a given visit. Shame on y’all for not accommodating us. In hindsight, I’m glad we didn’t get to eat here as other reviews show poor quality as well as service.
I do not know what is going on with this McDonald’s but I order from them every morning. The last few times I’ve had missing food and didn’t realize it until I got home. I wasn’t even offered a receipt. I asked for some extra condiments and didn’t receive any . The lines have been taking way too long. This used to be my fav McDonald’s not so much anymore 12/2/24 New update - no running water in the bathroom!!!!! 1/6 Tried to order on the app and it says this location is closed! They are clearly open as I sit here and see people going through drive thru
The food was alright. However, the service was terrible. The employees were downright nasty. We got our order taken just fine (or so we thought) and we get up to the window. A soft spoken lady starts reading back our order when we notice it's WAY off. We try correct the order and she gets somebody else. The woman she got was the one who apparently took our order and she was mean and nasty about the mistake. She told us we did not order what we ordered, but I'm sorry I did not order a kids meal with a chocolate milk. Period. And my boyfriend ordered a double quarter pounder large meal. Instead she had him down as a double cheese meal. Instead of backing down and maybe accepting she may have misheard us, (because I specifically used the app to order what I wanted) she got a nasty attitude and my boyfriend had to talk slowly to her just so she'd fix it. It's appalling that they treat people that way, it wasn't even all that busy it was 3pm! I worked at Chick-fil-A, so I understand that fast food can wear your mood down, but I'd never talk to a guest that way. It's ridiculous.
Self-service, they don't even bring the food to you. They just shout your number out to pick up at the counter. Lazy employees. Food mediocre 😕. It's really not worth spending my hard earned income
Literally had them remake to ice coffees twice and they still could not get it right. I ordered two caramel iced coffees with three pumps of liquid sugar and caramel drizzle on the side of the cup. Both times. The copies were not sweet at all and they did not have caramel drizzle on the side of the cup. It is an extra charge of $1.47 for the liquid sugar and an extra $.46 for the caramel drizzle on the side of the cup. I paid for the extra. On the final time that the coffees were brought out to my car, I am mediately said there’s still no caramel drizzle on the side of the cup, her response. Oh, we started in. That’s not what I wanted. Honestly I truly think that they never even remade it. They just brought out the exact same coffee because each time nothing even changed about it.
The people who answer the intercom in the drive-thru are hostile and RUDE RUDE RUDE. I get it...it's fast food. But being polite may be something these people need to work on. ALSO...I ordered 2 cheeseburgers PLAIN AND DRY...i got one cheeseburger with the insides scraped off..they left tons of those little onions AND the other hamburger was a regular cheeseburger with all the stuff on it. Maybe instead of being hostile and rude, take some damn pride in your work and service. Definitely need some training.
They are open till 10:00 p.m but shut grill off 10-15 min before. They seem to purposely hold the line up so then they wont let you order. There was 5 cars behind me waiting and none of us were served. If you cut your grill off is it connected to your soda machine because it was before 10 and I couldnt even get a drink.. They are rude when you get to order and then cut you off. Horrible management. I know they are probably understaffed but there is no reason for this poor of customer service. It just gets worse all the time.If I could give you zero stars I would.
went through the drive thru. as normal the I was asked to order by an employee so i did. there was no response back and i ended up waiting 10 min in line so i left. they could’ve told me to at least hold on or tell me it’ll be a moment instead of wasting my time.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life. We arrived at the drive thru at 8:45pm to make an order for cheeseburgers that there was a deal for. The person at the drive thru said that we couldn't use the deal unless we used the mobile app, so we pulled to the side out of the drive thru to put it in our phones. The order was accepted on our phones and when we pulled back into the drive thru and gave them the code for our order, they said they are no longer accepting mobile orders. It was 9:01pm, even though we had been there for 15 minutes and already had our order accepted 5 minutes earlier. The drive thru person didn't care at all and was completely rude about it. Avoid this Mcdonalds if you don't want to deal with jerks.

Stopped on my long drive for a "quick" coffee. Ordered online for drive thru at 3pm. I was in the line 30 mins. These poor employees deserve better than 1 drive thru lane, no curbside and a super busy area.
I have lived in this area and gone to this Mc Donald's for 13 years. Today, I was treated like absolute trash. They messed up our order, by one medium fry, that's it and we asked them about it. They said we didn't order, and we would have to go around the drive through again and order. We said no, y'all made the mistake, we'd order here and pay, Kira, said no, with an attitude, we have to pull around. We said we've never recieved service like that here, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in our face. Julian, the manager will hear from us because they were so incredibly horrible over a medium fry.

They left a whole meal from my order and i didn't know till I got home to springtown... well dad(i) didn't get to eat that night.. kids and wife got their's.. oh well 13 bucks wasted and I will never step foot in that location again ever.
I went thru the drive thru in hudson oaks they got my order wrong plus stuff was missing and when I went back thru to let them know they said they was closed and wasnt.fixing anything and slammed the window in my face they suck
Employees have a bad attitude and food is never right
How rude the McDonald’s in Hudson Oaks can be! I ordered two of the five meal deals and I get 15 minutes home and they forgot the chicken nuggets. I’m going 30 minute drive time out of my way to get food They messed up on and they won’t even give me additional nuggets for my time wasted. She confirmed my cold nuggets are still sitting on the counter. Shame on your customer service.
I came through the drive through to get me and my pup and ice cream to share. When I ordered I accidentally ordered and Oreo McFlurry, then immediately realized my pup can’t have that but before I could adjust my order I got told to go to the next window. Which i figured would be okay I’d just add the ice cream at the window. Once I got to the window. Money in hand for the extra ice cream I was told they weren’t allowed to add to orders after 5 pm and I’d have to go through the line again . So I got my ice cream and decided to go inside to get my pups because that’d be quicker than waiting in line again. I walked in and the lady at the window was talking crap about how inconsiderate I was because I asked to talk to the manager (took 30-45 seconds extra) so when the same manager came up to take my order at the counter I let her know that was super unprofessional. The conversation escalated because all she wanted to do was over talk and talk louder than me to dominate the Conversation. At this point 4 other patrons that I don’t know spoke up and informed me they’re always awful about customer service and as the lady continued to get louder and over talk the other patrons said they were leaving and not coming back because of the way I was being treated. And the manager had the audacity to say “good… we don’t care”. And when confronted about her employee talking smack, in a crappy tone responded not with an I’m sorry or anything she said “ at least she didn’t say it to your face”.
If I could rate it negative stars, I would gladly do so. I ordered on the app and have my confirmation email to prove that as well. The app messed up and I was not able to receive my food. The manager, Dulce, was very dismissive and didn’t help me out in the slightest. She just kept asking me to cancel in the app after I told her and another manager that the app was not working. Even other customers said it wasn’t working. Later when I called to read her the policy from the McDonald’s website, she got into a screaming match with me by continuously talking over me. I just wanted my food or a refund, but apparently I wasn’t able to do that until the general manager said it was ok. It states in the McDonald’s policy that if there a problem with mobile order and pay, that I need to go to the location to either get a refund or resolution to the problem. I asked about that the first time, and was told there was nothing she could do. Worst McDonald’s location ever. Management included.
Ordered through the drive through, and told the person taking my order "plain and dry" they even ran it back through me and told me the same thing. Got home, and my sandwich still had everything on it
**UPDATE** I received a reply from the supposed “owner” telling me to contact the “McDelivery Service.” This is completely unacceptable and dismissive, especially given that my complaint was about food safety, not just delivery issues. Missing items in sealed bags, cold and hours-old food, and unsafe burgers are the responsibility of the restaurant, not DoorDash. DoorDash has already credited me for the entire order, but I was not seeking compensation. I was seeking accountability. I have now filed formal reports with: • McDonald’s Corporate (case opened) • Parker County Health Department (inspection requested) • The franchise contact listed through the Parker County Chamber This goes far beyond poor customer service. The condition of the food being prepared at this location is a health and safety concern, and I will continue escalating until I am confident corrective action has been taken. Until then: DO NOT EAT at this McDonald’s. Both Willow Park and Weatherford locations are only a ten-minute drive away and are far safer options. I’m genuinely disappointed to write this, because the Hudson Oaks McDonald’s used to be one of the best in our area. Over the past year, however, the quality and consistency have declined so dramatically that it’s become completely unreliable. We are a household with a disabled veteran and limited mobility, so we often order through DoorDash. Unfortunately, this location now gets the order wrong two out of three times, and the past two orders were essentially inedible. We live barely a mile and a half away, so travel time is not the issue. Food has arrived with cold, seemingly day old frozen fries, burgers that tasted old, and this most recent order was missing multiple items despite the bags being sealed. No straws, no napkins, no sauces, missing two fries, missing McFlurry—yet the printed ticket in the bag clearly listed everything we ordered. This is not a DoorDash problem. This is a store operations problem. Hudson Oaks is growing quickly, and this location needs to raise its standards to match the community it serves. At this point, Willow Park’s McDonald’s is consistently far better, and even Burger King provides more reliable, edible food. Sadly, after years of being loyal customers, we won’t be ordering from the Hudson Oaks McDonald’s again until there is a significant improvement in quality and accuracy. Buyer beware, what used to be dependable has become frustratingly inconsistent.
Skip this McDonalds. We order a curbside pick up and didntget it until over 30min later. When I complained the server said, ma'am we are busy. No sir I watched several get thru drive thru the drive thru in 5 to 10 min. Then they didn't give us our full order
Took almost an hour to get food inside while everyone else who ordered their food after us got their food first.
If I could leave 0 stars i would, yes i realize it is a fast food restaurant, but does that mean we should lower our expectations, does that mean that the employees shouldn't make it a great experience for the customer and actually do what they are paid to do ? NO! I'm sure nothing will change from this review, but I definitely won't be eating at this location ever again. The customer service was non-existent, the food , well the food is mcdonalds, so I wasn't surprised there, but it was garbage. The cramp parking lot was horrible, Hudson oaks , stop trying to stuff a bunch of companies in your small town, it's not going to end well.
Ordered 2 Burgers and 2 medium fries. When I got to the window, the clerk confirms the order as usual, “you had 2 Big Macs and 1 medium Fry”… and I clarified that I had ordered two. She walked away and came back and said, “ok well the lady only heard you say you want one fry”. I then responded that I needed two and can wait for the order. Mind you, I haven’t even paid and received my food yet. We are only at the point where they are confirming the actual order. This lady rolled her eyes to the back of her skull and slammed the window door shut. She came back less than a minute later with the extra fry and updated price, when handing her my card I commented on the inconvenience it caused her to grab another fry and her reaction. Her then defended herself and said she never rolled her eyes and the door always slams shut. Her manager then opens the door and yells “excuse me is there a problem”. I said “no but your clerk needs to work on her customer service skills”. The manager, also a child and not caring, said ok and ran off. It’s crappy cheap food you can’t expect much else and I only tolerate the 20 min line for an always messed order for my kids. But come on with the customer service skills!
Worst experience with McDonald's ever. We frequently use the app to order our food for the rewards. We used the Hudson Oaks McDonalds today because the app would not allow us to order drinks for the South Main location. My husband went to the store to pick up the order and a worker sent him home to come get my phone, since the order was placed on there. He went back up there to pick up the order, already frustrated, and expressed that he felt ignored. The associate called a manager to try to help him. The manager, instead of listening, got combative. Told him they don't tolerate his behavior. I called the store and I pleaded with the manager who was handling the order and she said he deserved it for being rude in the first place I told her you can de escalate the situation, that's your job as a manager, and she failed to do so. She blamed my husband and said he was waiving his hands and screaming. He wasn't screaming and he told them that. He's 6 3 and has a deep voice that carries. He got irate and ended up spilling my sons drink all over the car, things fell apart, he came home frantic because of the way he was treated. My husband has agoraphobia and leaving the house is hard for him in the first place. He did this to pick up lunch for me while I'm at work. When I spoke to her I said I can see this was a waste of my time and she said yes it was. They're not corporate so they don't have the same level of care for their customers and absolutely we will not give our money to that location again.
Complete and utterly disgraceful place. I would not eat here. Literally the stupidest people and “rule” to wait for them to serve lunch after 10:30 I was here at 10:15 offered to place the order so they can start it at least I explained it was for my son in school his lunch started at 10 :15. I don’t understand what the issue is and when did McDonald’s become so shitty with customer service they don’t care about you. They didn’t even care to hear me out and I was not being combative or rude I was completely respectful the entire conversation. For the dude just to walk away from me while I was talking to the dirty as tables I was sitting around lobby is disgusting. 🤮
In case you can’t tell that’s a rare cheeseburger. Manger says they don’t cook the burgers the machines do and you have to tell them how you want it cooked. 30 years old been going to McDonald my whole life and now apparently the you have to request a fully cooked cheeseburger. If that was the case why did they not ask how I wanted it cooked? Makes me wonder how many undercooked burgers have they fed my kids. Just wild.
