Just Salad

Jayden And Mel were great, sold me on Just Salad instantly and can say I will be coming back often as my new go to lunch spot.

This was my second time at Just Salad. I went with my whole family, and Juan helped me choose a great meal for all of us. The food was delicious, and I’m glad they hire staff who provide such excellent service. Great food and excellent service.

I work a block away and this is my go to place to get lunch. I always order on the app and while this place can get absolutely mobbed during a lunch rush they truly do work fast. Occasionally they run a little behind but are great about keeping you updated on your order and always maintain a good attitude - especially in this city.

Sirena and Sanaa were both very professional and patient with me while guiding me through the menu. Very please with my salad! Coming back soon!

I come here every so often to get lunch for takeout since I work in the area. The salads and warm bowls that I have ordered are always fresh. The service is rather quick and the staff is friendly. The prices however can be a bit steep depending on what you are ordering. The establishment is very clean but they don't really have too much space for indoor dining. Overall, I recommend and will definitely continue to stop by to get lunch in the future.

The food is consistent and good. Nice healthy option in the area. I like the order ahead option too but either way, the lines move efficiently. The only reason I took a star off is because the music is often too loud in there. Hear me out - i think the line could run even more efficiently if I didn't have to keep asking "what" and the folks on the line have to repeat themselves.

Food was great, smoothies suck , very runny and do not taste good , had the Acai , had them remake it and it was still the same runny , seems like they need to revisit their serving sizes , smoothies shouldn't be runny and tasteless , still enjoy their bowls. (Note: was gonna eat in but the restaurant ventilation isn't very good at this location , very stuffy)

I’m a local and usually enjoy Just Salad, but this 334 W 34th St location has really gone downhill. Orders have been delayed for weeks, and today I was given undercooked chicken — which was actually their substitution option since they were out of the regular chicken. It left me with a stomach ache and nausea after two bites. Beyond disgusting. The manager was on-site and did try to help, but she seemed really overwhelmed and couldn’t offer much beyond that substitution. No refund was provided — just told to contact customer service, which doesn’t respond. Be careful with this location — not worth the risk right now.
