When I die, bury me at Hudson Yards Tavern. The wide array of (and exquisite taste and feel of) the food is an obvious reason, but the atmosphere and service is an added delight. The bartenders, Dylan and Ali, are attentive and extremely cognizant of time. I often visit this place during my lunch hour, and I’ve never once returned back to work late. I’m in and out in an hour like any good corporate degenerate should be — all thanks to them. Dylan even remembers my order and puts it in before I even take my seat, and for this I plan to include him in my last will and testament. I’ve been drinking long enough to be able to judge good versus bad bar service. Ali and Dylan are the best of the best, and I’m grateful that fate leads me to Hudson Yards Tavern during their shifts time and time again.

Me and my friends came here on a Friday night and on a Sunday night. This place is awesome and has a great atmosphere. The pricing for everything was pretty average, nothing was overpriced or expensive. They have an upstairs area as well that’s usually open if they’re busy enough which has another bar and seating for food. Would definitely recommend visiting this place for anyone who’s curious about it.

Fantastic pub with a lovely chilled atmosphere, great selection of beers and really tasty food. Price is pretty average for NYC. Cost us $85 for 3 meals and 2 beers. We'll worth a visit, highly recommended. Thanks for the nice experience before visiting the edge (3min walk away)

We had the best experience and the absolute best customer service. I cannot say or speak more highly of the staff and their willingness to accommodate customers. They are the most friendly people who took excellent care of us. I highly recommend this place! Oh, when your food arrives, you will not be disappointed! Babu is really helpful and wonderful as well as the other employee who wanted to make sure our cocktails were on point. we will continue and always bring our business back for the people, cocktails and food!

I’m in NY for work and turns out the only place that’s open after 10pm is Hudson Yard Tavern. Stopped by and had a great time. I enjoyed the sliders from their menu. Jasmin, Tom & Simon were amazing hosts. I also enjoyed the music lol. This place is a nice chilled vibe if you want to enjoy a Sunday evening!

We were walking by and came across this hidden gem. It’s not pretentious, it’s laid back, wonderful atmosphere and the best part is the service! Babu is incredibly accommodating, which we really appreciated as we were dealing with a frustrating airline issue. Sofia, behind the bar, is a sweetheart. She wanted to make sure we enjoyed the cocktails she made for us, which is refreshing when a bar tender wants to make sure you like your drink. The food is really good. You know those fries that have that crispy exterior? Yup, they have those! Oh my god! So good! The atmosphere is laid back, very inviting. They have booths, high tops and a pool table but it’s more than a bar it’s that neighborhood pub feel. Come by! The service is what takes the cake! Thank you all again! :)

Met an old mate for a quick spot of lunch in here today and was perfect. Sat in a comfy booth. Got served straight away. It's american bar food but done really well. Piping hot, great portions, very tasty and fair prices. I had the buttermilk chicken burger, as good as any i've ever had. Definately going back. There is value to be had in NYC after all! Staff attentive and friendly. In and out in an hour, couldn't pick a single fault. Keep it up guys!

I came from Alaska to visit my sister and niece in queens for three months, my last week here i decided to book a hotel in Manhatten and see the city for a week before I left. I have to say I met so many good new yorkers at this bar. The bartenders made me feel so welcome, I would say this bar is like a melting pot, so many different cultures. I had dinner last light at this restaurant and ordered a Citrus Salmon. It turned out to be one of the best I've had in a while. The place is very nice and cozy. I highly recommend it. I would really like to try the other foods from that place, maybe next time.

Here you are the perfect 0,44 pounds (0,200 kg) hamburger. The waiters had been very kind. The kitchen worked fast. The space, although looks empty behind the bar, is warm. The menu if the day is not expensive (10$). I recommend this place

Quiet, unassuming pub off the beaten path but right in midtown. On 9th Ave and 31st street, this establishment is clean, inviting and staff is friendly. Food is delicious and plentiful. Definitely a must visit. Highly recommended.

Popped in for a late lunch, we drank a few pink 75's and they were great. I had the grilled chicken and my husband had the Tavern steak sandwich. We wanted avacodo fries but they were out. Food, drinks and service were good. It was a nice vibe with good music playing. There's a pool table. We enjoyed ourselves.

Cool place I stumbled upon while walking around. Just needed to sit down and grab a bite to eat. Sat at the bar and had their sliders and a Guinness. Service was excellent and a great atmosphere. They had to kick some guy out of the establishment as he was very drunk. There is a pool table and they played really good music. They allow you to work on your laptop while there so if you work remotely, this is a great place to come and get some work down. Would definitely return and recommend. Food was great!

On our recent visit, we were charged for an extra drink that we did not order. One of my colleagues mentioned that this has happened to him multiple times, which unfortunately made him decide not to return regularly. I hope the management takes a closer look at this, as it affects customer trust.

Did food late. Needed something to eat after 10 PM and Hudson yards Tavern did the trick. Music was a bit too loud for conversation when we arrived, but the bartender agreed and was kind enough to offer to turn it down while still maintaining solid atmosphere in the bar. Had a decent old-fashioned and some food.

Random pick really, but was pleasantly surprised, lively and lively atmosphere where you can enjoy a relaxing drink and bit to eat. The nachos were great, and burger first class. Fries were fries, the tomato sauce helped. The beer was perfect, and the staff helpful and pleasant. Would I come again. I hope so.

I stopped by today for lunch for the first time. This bar is small, clean and super cute with a neat pool table. It is in a great location near Penn Station and MSG. The food and drinks were good and my server was friendly and attentive. Prices for this area weren't too bad either. I would definitely come here again.

The food was extremely average, and the service was even worse. They kept bringing other people’s orders, and our food ended up at another table. We waited 15 minutes just to get the check, and then had to remind them to bring the card terminal. How this place has such a high rating is beyond me!

We went there for drinks with a few friends. The service was good, the staff was friendly, and we were able to find a table right away. The drinks were nice (usual options) however I can't recommend the food. We had the "Mozzarella Sticks" and "Guacamole and Chips". Definitely do not order these.

If you are near Penn or Hudson Yards, don't waste your time. I'm not sure where the rave reviews come from but maybe they have better/different service and vibes during the week? Came in with some friends on a Saturday afternoon and we were quite disappointed. There were only two guys working as both bartenders and waiters. It took a bit to get their attention for placing an order. Eventually we did but the food was not good – Soggy boneless wings, overcooked bone in wings that were half sauced, waffle fries were good, $10 soup, and an overpriced and under portioned chicken caesar salad that was more like chicken on a plate with salad next to it. But the nachos were really bad - so awful we sent them back. It was a pile of cold chips with some cold cheese sauce, cold beans, cold onion, and not appetizing whatsoever. Don't order these. The servers never came to check in on us so we were constantly flagging them down for help or the check. The bathrooms smelled disgusting and the hand dryers and hot water didn't work. Not sure what I could write much that was redeeming about this spot, sorry.

Bad value, and low quality everything. The serving sizes are cut small, looking sad on the plate, with absolutely no cut in price to match the loss of food. Prices are normal for the area but serving size is not. Spend your money elsewhere.

Passing through NYC came across this place and instant regret. Prices are high, food is okay ish and service is mediocre at best. Didn't even get napkins we had to get them ourselves. Not once did someone come by to check if everything was okay. Many servers on the floor but only talking to each other.Two woman sitting at the bar drinking while making the occasional drink for a customer. Maybe if your fluent in Spanish you might have an okay time. I would rather eat at a street vendor than ever spend my money here again. P.S. Don't use soap, would take 5 minutes to wash it off. Bathroom faucet trickles.

The atmosphere didn't feel welcomed, nor did it feel unwelcomed, it was just... Bleh. The vibe between employees didn't seem like teamwork, more like everyone for themselves. The food not only took forever, but one plate at a time forever. One sandwich was bland, other sandwich was okay, but definitely could have been better, and the third plate seemed like it was left in the fryer for WAY TOO long... Forgotten? Mind you, the final plate was an all fryer plate, yet took the longest to come out. Also, the alcoholic drinks were way too strong for what we ordered. A whiskey sour shouldn't taste like your drinking straight bourbon. If this is the norm, updated lessons in alcohol measurements are needed. If this is a one off, be mindful.

We have been CHEATED!!! Don't go there!! Very TRICKY!!! I do not recommend it at all! 40% of the bill was a charge pf service!!!! We were a family of 11 for dinner ( tourists) on the 11th october 2023. They charged us for a floor room ( table) near 40 $!!!, (13%) plus service charge of (15% ) & they asked us for a tip (10%).When we mentioned that the tip was already included in the service charge, we were forced to add 10% tip because the waitress Claimed to be taxes not a tip. We realised we had been cheated ( 40% of the bill payed for service) & we. claimed it to Bobu ( manager that day). He promised to call us back on the 12/10/23 with a solution. But he didn't. When we did call, the person Bobu was said not to be there....... completely unbelievable!!!! So all in all 110usd charged for service for a total bill of 306 usd. A SHAME!!!! Tried to charge a $40 “floor fee” for sitting at a table in the restaurant??? They took the charge off after we contested it but it felt extremely scammy. They also charged $42 for the bottle of wine which was listed as $36 on the menu. Vet your receipts closely!!!

Just not good. First of all this really isn't in Hudson Yards, it's in Tome's Square behind Madison Sq Garden. We had to ask for a beer, had to ask to order, the beer order was wrong twice. No one ever checked on us and it was 4pm not peak dining hours. Food quality was bad but fries were decent. The tvs had on just a weird mix of outdated (not live) sporting events and a rap video. There are better places.
