Amazing food and fantastic service. The ambience is just perfect. We went for lunch and some drinks and were not disappointed at all. Their Penne ala vodka was very delectable. They were very prompt with the service, overall loved the place!

I had the bleack bean burger, which was excellent, along with a draft beer which was a bit too heavy to go with a burger. The service was quick, there weren't many people there as it was around 5:30, it was still quite noisy for me.

I stopped by today for the first time for lunch. This place is awesome. I was so warmly greeted when I walked in and my waitress Madison was very friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered starting with the Bloody Mary to the Lobster Fettuccine was utterly fantastic. Everything is made to order and I didn't have a long wait time. The restaurant itself looks immaculately clean and well maintained, which is important during these times. I recommend this place and I will most certainly be back again!

The food here is awesome and cheap for being in Midtown Manhattan. The staff was welcoming and was on top of their game. Sports were playing on the television, but was not overwhelming because it was muted. It has a beautiful atmosphere and vibe. We were able to watch the marathon while we ate. We were not a fan of the french toast. The crust was too hard.

Volo cornhole league switched the venue to this place the day of due to the Knicks playoffs game. This place was spacious and there’s two floors. We were put upstairs in the back room to play cornhole. We had our own bar and plenty of TVs to watch the Yankees and Knicks game. The service was great and the food was delicious. I got fish and chips and the portion size was perfect. They also had two tables to play beer pong which was fun. Great place to watch sports or dine. Downstairs was definitely more crowded than upstairs since the upstairs had more of a restaurant vibe compared to the downstair area.

I'm shocked by the positive reviews here. Every single food item we got was mediocre at best. We tried the poutine fries, shishito peppers, fish and chips, NY strip steak, and even a Cobb salad The NY strip was completely unseasoned and didn't taste like much. Same goes for the potatos. Service was slow and not particularly friendly. It's well decorated inside for the holidays. At least they've got that going for them.

After a long day of exploring, we were ready for a satisfying, high-quality meal to wrap up our adventure. Strolling through the streets of New York, we happened upon Tailor Public House. Thankfully, they had a menu displayed outside, so we quickly skimmed through it, and everything seemed promising enough to step inside. Once inside, we noticed the place was packed—especially the pub area downstairs, where people were engrossed in the game and enjoying their drinks. The staff directed us upstairs, and here the atmosphere shifted: it was much quieter, nearly empty, offering a more relaxed dining experience. We settled in, received our drinks promptly, and reviewed the menu once more before ordering. I decided to go for the red velvet waffles and fried chicken, which sounded like an inventive take on a classic. Unfortunately, I quickly realized my mistake. The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about the menu and couldn’t answer our questions clearly. They rarely checked on us, giving the impression that attentive service was low on their priority list. When the food arrived, my hopes sank. What I received was a half waffle, paired with a thin, unseasoned chicken patty that looked hastily cut in half. For the price, I expected much more in terms of both quality and portion. The waffle was flavorless, like it came from a box mix, and the chicken was so plain that it was difficult to take more than one bite. Despite the server walking past our table multiple times, they didn’t acknowledge the untouched food or offer any alternatives. In the end, when my friend finished their meal, I still had to pay for mine, which I didn’t eat. I’m not sure if the service issues were due to an off day or if this is standard here, but if it’s the latter, I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. The atmosphere was nice, with a lively pub vibe downstairs, but if you decide to visit, I’d suggest coming for the ambiance and maybe a drink or two—skip the food if it’s anything like what I experienced.

Yesterday Friday December 12 the bartender was extremely rude. I asked mezcal pineapple which is 9 dollar. I payed with Apple Pay and he threw my phone just because I have to put a password. So I decided to say nothing but not to tip because of that. Since I was talking with some people next to me I decided to have another drink. I was refused service from the bartender to serve another drink because I dint tip him which was supposed to be around one dollar and 35 cents since my drink was 9 dollar. He told me that he is not going to serve another drink because I dint tip him and the door was there so I could leave. Not only that he said to everybody that I dint tip him who was next to me but I explained what happened to the people. Remember tip is not mandatory is about the service that the costumer is getting. Things happens for a reason. An excuse to never suggest that place or set a foot on that place. Everything happened just for one dollar and 35 cents.
