The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: Tiny restaurant, like many others around NYC. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are well designed. The restaurant is sort of clean because they don't clean right away the mess some of the customers leave behind. I went there after busy times, so I had enough room to move around. Service: They properly handle customer service with an absolute responsibility because they know time is money. Food: So, their food is pretty good. I wouldn't say it is amazing, but it is pretty good. We ordered the egg noodles, udon noodles, marinated chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms. Noodles were a bit overcooked. As a regular guy and for my taste, I don't mind it. However, I can understand professional noodle lovers wouldn't like it that way. Price: You can tell their prices are a bit high by looking at the "your favorites" section. They advice maximum four because they will give you a small portion. Thus, if you choose four, the noodles would seem complete. Anyway, they are located in midtown Manhattan after all, so I completely understand their prices.

Its pretty expensive I wouldn't lie, wanted veggies but you get charged for every little thing, but it was decent although the drowned my noodles w/the garlic I was basically just eating straight garlic

Been here 3 times before the changed the stuff and everything was great. No hate but this time I came over and there were hispanic people who couldn't understand what I was saying and messed up my order at the end💀 Food is mid.. This place better not go to deep hole after all that amazing food they have become of the unprofessional management and workers. I don't know man. Not the same as it used to before..

Definitely fast food Asian which is never a big compliment. The seating area is tiny and uncomfortable. The food is OK. Very heavy on the sauce. The noodles are overcooked. They were a bit mushy. The prices are a bit crazy. $2.50 per item more or less and for example if you order broccoli you get 3 tiny stalks of broccoli. The dishes never look appetizing shoved I to a cardboard box. The salt and garlic sauce was something new for me and delicious.

We were walking up and down the street and this place had a lineup for lunch so I thought I'd come back later for dinner and sadly I should have had another pizza slice somewhere.. I asked for the 6.95 special and it turned out to be $21 for small and not very good fast food. We ordered 3 different things and they all tasted the same.. if few pieces of dry chicken and broccoli cost that extra $15 at least make it taste good.. 3 small orders for $75 after tax and tip. Oh well.. when you are a tourist sometime you learn the hard way.

Every time I come to NYC this place is a must! The last two times have been so disappointing the food quality declined! Food was burnt and super oily. The guy taking the order was really nice but the food is not worth it anymore.

I randomly stopped by this place and ordered the chicken teriyaki. Halfway through eating, I found a dead bee in my food. And no, it wasn’t like it just flew in and landed there. It looked like it had been marinated and cooked along with the dish, crisped right into the sauce. Completely disgusting. I threw away the entire meal. Wish I had checked the google reviews before walking in.

I recommend people to go somewhere else. Not worth eating here. Not only is the food expensive, but the servers do not wear gloves when touching your food and that's what happen to me. Very gross. Had to throw the food out, due to that as well as finding bugs in my friends food (picture attached). Disgusting place. I'm surprised there still open... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Walked in prepared to love this restaurant, but the service was extremely deceitful. Basically, they have an “assemble your own” style menu, where you choose your base (type of noodle), toppings, and sauce. They advertise their base variant at 6.95 which includes their basic veggie mix + noodles. When I asked for this, the cashier stated that the “veggie mix” would be. 6.95 on top. This was confusing but he rang me up for something like 10 USD on top of the base price. Come to find out, he had added up a whole bunch of “additional” ingredients which I did NOT ask for. I clearly pointed at the veggie mix but the fact that all this was added is clearly misleading and deceitful. Food was okay. Do not recommend and will not go back.
