Opinions de Schnippers Quality Kitchen New York
Visiting New York for the day and went in for lunch. The food is amazing, nice size portions, and quality! Easy ordering process and they bring the food to you with the pager/buzzer system. The manager even came over to asked and was personable and made sure the food was good. Also, have another restaurant we can try out that was reasonable and Italian at Tony Dinapoli. So we’re going to try that spot as well.
Schnipper's on 8th Avenue is a gem in the heart of NYC, offering a delightful dining experience that combines comfort food classics with a modern twist. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere and friendly staff create a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. One of the highlights of Schnipper's menu is their burgers. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, these burgers are a must-try. Whether you prefer a classic cheeseburger or something more adventurous like their bacon avocado ranch burger, you won't be disappointed. The buns are soft yet sturdy enough to hold all the delicious toppings, creating a burger experience that's truly satisfying. Aside from burgers, Schnipper's offers a variety of other dishes that are sure to please. My friends had the mac and cheese, which was creamy and indulgent. The chicken tenders are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for dipping in their house-made sauces. The service at Schnipper's is top-notch, with attentive staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, you can expect prompt and friendly service that adds to the overall dining experience.
Absolute best chicken fingers I’ve ever had and they are GLUTEN FREE!! Best GF bun also for sloppy Joe! Very light and airy. Wife has Celiac and had no concerns, exceptionally GF knowledgeable staff. Great chocolate peanut butter shake and good beers too for me (Montauk IPA)!! Amazing experience!
I have a gluten allergy. We went to Schnipper’s on 4/26/24. I had the a lotta bacon BLT sandwich and sweet potatoes fries. It was delicious! There was so much thick delicious bacon! It wasn’t a gluten free bread like the original picture, but they used a gluten free hamburger bun and it was very good! The best news is I didn’t get glutened! My daughter got the turkey wrap that she ordered special with only turkey, bacon, cheese, and lettuce. She also got the cookies and cream milkshake. She loved both of them. A friend got the original a lotta bacon BLT (that’s how I realized the gluten free one was not like the regular one). All three of us really enjoyed this restaurant!
Loved my visit to Schnipper’s! The staff were friendly, the service was quick, the place was fun and clean, and the food was tasty. The onion rings were my favorite - couldn’t believe how tasty!! Really enjoyed the Schnipper’s burger as well as the green goddess sandwich. Super convenient location too - a quick and easy stop when you’re in NY!!
I LOVE Schnippers!!! Everytime I visit I am greeted with the greatest hospitality and service. Their food is so delicious, I have a crush on their tuna melt and sweet potato fries. I have never had a bad experience there and am waiting to go back to try more items on the menu. It's a great spot for lunch, dinner, quick bite, or after work snack. The best is that they have several locations. P.S. Get their standard cheeseburger or any of their shakes, they will blow your mind! - @nomaste.hungry
can never go wrong with schnippers... nice that this location has outdoor seating (even though its right outside the stuff port authority). All of their chicken items are my favorite and they also make a really good salad! this location is very spacious with a good amount of seating and good for people watching with the big glass windows. they also low key have some of the best milkshakes!
Very cool place to grab a bite. Fair prices, for being in the middle of Times Square. $10 for a good burger with no fries, is pretty fair when you look at the sources, the location, the overhead, and overall affordability of other restaurants in the area. I really enjoyed the food, and the employees were pretty knowledgeable when asked questions about the food... The Schnippers Sauce is a mayo based sauce that they like to put of a lot of their foods. I was able to pinpoint that easily, and prevent it from joining my dining experience, due to the helpfulness of the girl at the register. Outside of the chairs being a little too big to fit under the table side-by-side, the experience was great... as long as you can look up at the 35 foot tall menu, lol.
Everything about this place continues to impress me deeply. The seasoning is excellent. Prices won't shock and staff helps. All personnel display genuine friendliness. The experience at Schnipper's was outstanding! This spot delivered beyond expectations.
Hands down the best chicken salads. I got the Cobb salad with fried chicken on top this past week . Chicken was crispy, salad is big enough for two people . The onion rings I could barely get though two of them were equally amazing . Do yourself a favor do not skip. Eat in there is plenty of seating
Just a short walk from our hotel! The burgers were cooked to perfection. The fries were AMAZING!!! I'd have to say the cherry coke tasted more like Drm Pepper but hey can't complain they both are all right! The service was FAST and friendly. You go sit at a table with a buzzer and the food appears! We definitely will be back again when we visit NYC next time.
I enjoyed he food here. The hotdog was good and so as the grilled cheese sandwich. Service is relatively quick for something that is done for you. Good music in the background and the acoustics is good. One can have a proper conversation. Oh, and don't forget to scan the tracker at the table. That's how they know where you are :) One comment: the toilets are very dirty.
Had the new Cremini Mushroom burger and Strawberry Melba Love shake and I couldn’t be more obsessed. Such a great meal. I’m always looking forward to new specials because they always create something better than before. Definitely a must eat spot if you’re in the city. They have multiple locations so keep an eye out cause you won’t regret it
We stopped by Schnipper’s on 8th Ave, and had a great experience. Everything we had was delicious the Mediterranean salad had lots of tasty veggies, and the burger was high quality. We shared a cheese dog, fries, and onion rings which all were served hot and delicious. Our favorite part was the socially distanced outdoor seating, we enjoyed our meal in the heart of midtown which is uncommon these days. 10/10 would recommend!
Highly recommend to stop here! Manager took the time to greet us as soon as we walked in and gave us a rundown of the Menu. Customer service is above and beyond! This can be your quick stop place or your sit down place! I ordered the old fashion burger cooked to medium.. and instead of a the bun I have a lettuce wrap. Made it a meal with regular fries and got the sweet potato fries plus a fountain drink. Then went back in line for dessert and got a salted Carmel shake! Everything was delicious! Must stop restaurant!
No real New Yorker likes going to Times Square, but if you find yourself there you have to check out Schnipper's. I've been here so many times. Every time a new menu item comes out, I have to try it. I love their sweet potato fries. They come with a maple dipping sauce. It pairs really well together. Their regular fries are good as well. They serve chicken fingers and fries together and it's literally the best. Your fave childhood meal all grown up. They have really good mac and cheese. It's super creamy. Great chicken sandwiches and burgers too. I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and honestly couldn't take the heat, but if you love spicy food, you have to try it. They have grilled chicken sandwiches as well. They had a blue cheese burger I tried once that was really good. They even have healthier options like salads and a grain bowl and even have wings now. Whatever you get from here is really good. Check it out!
My experience at Schnippers was great. The food is delicious and you can tell it's freshly prepared with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The service was quick and the atmosphere pleasant. That said, the prices are a bit high for the portions, but the quality makes up for it. Recommended if you're looking for good food and don't mind paying a little more.
The tunamelt on chibatta bread was delicious. frech fries were crunchy and fresh. The crispy chicken sandwich and chicken strips were good too, nothing special about them. Serving sizes were big; one order can be shared by two people, just order an extra drink. Went here before closing, and we got our food within 10 minutes.
Despite the service not getting 5 and the atmosphere neither, considering where it is, it's a great option for relatively healthy and very tasty food for acceptable prices. It feels like a cantine and that's ok. The service is up to what it needs to be and everyone is friendly. Love the place
Eating at this restaurant for the first time as they had a unique taste and experience to offer. The burger was delicious and plated well. Fries were also very tasty and made the meal. A great spot to catch a quick eat or to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff was also very friendly, knowledgable and quick. A great experience!
Fantastic quick service option if you have celiac/eat gluten free! While NYC has plenty of sit down restaurants that can accommodate a gluten free diet, finding a fast casual option is a lot harder. I am SO GRATEFUL for Schnipper's. Even better that it is located so close to so many Broadway theaters. It is now my go-to quick service meal option when coming in for a show. The chicken fingers are amazing and they do not taste gluten free at all, it's amazing. The fries and GF chicken fingers are done in a dedicated fryer to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
Fried chicken is all gluten free which is amazing, I had the fried chicken meal with sweet potato fries and blue cheese sauce. So hard to find things like this when being gluten free, the fried chicken was incredible and so crunchy! My partner (not gf) had a hot dog which he said was one of the best hot dogs he has eaten. I like that it is a mix of fast food/dine in with ordering taking place at the counter but food is delivered to your table by staff using electronic buzzers.
i have been going to schnipper’s every time i have came to nyc since 2023! the first time i ate here, i was blown away by how delicious the burger was! the schnipper’s special is my personal recommendation. i have not been let down since, its amazing every time. the atmosphere is very nice and clean. great job, schnipper’s!
Schnipper’s is the perfect casual spot if you’re craving fresh, tasty comfort food without the fast food vibe. I’m watching my carbs, so I went with their “(Not So) Impossible Burger” on a lettuce wrap, and it did not disappoint! Juicy, flavorful, and topped with some seriously good caramelized onions. I added a fried egg and it was magnificent. My wife had the “Schnipper’s Classic Burger” and found it super satisfying. The fries were crispy and cooked just right. The location in the New York Times building is great. It’s roomy, airy, and the high ceilings make it feel nice and open. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely worth a visit.
Great place to take the kids! Lots and lots of seating inside as well as some outdoor seating. Big American menu. Beware everything is individually priced unless you purchase a plate. A little on the pricey side, but not unreasonable for New York. Nice option for quick dining when you’re on your way to another event. Food was delicious. I had the Greek salad and it did not disappoint. Other people in our party had the burgers fries and sweet potato fries, and there wasn’t much left on the plates after :-)
The food was great! It’s right in front of port authority so it’s really accessible if you’re just looking for a quick affordable bite. The prices are surprisingly reasonable considering it’s in midtown. Although I would say the tables could have been kept more clean. I ordered the veggie boy burger. It was around $13 after taxes, I’d definitely say it was worth it. Just keep in mind that the burgers are really huge, it does get really messy. But overall a really good place for a quick bite.

Food was/is amazing! But it was so cold, everyone had to eat with their coats on. Hence, visit when its warm unless you like the cold.
Schnipper's is probably best suited for those with kids who are picky eaters. We went there due to rain and proximity to the hotel...the chicken sandwich was ok, but nothing to write home about. The chili fries were about the same and I didn't even take a picture of the microwave mac n cheese. But, for kids who would cost a fortune to feed around times Square and who probably not appreciate the pricier food, this place is for them. Shakes were solid, cookies and creme was spot on. Have fountain drinks and Coke products. I do need to mention the lady at the register, D'onna Jones...the rain drove a lot of people inside, and she was the only one working the counter. Very friendly and efficient. Good job.
The food was great, I loved the sweet potato fries so bomb!!! The stuff were very friendly, the manger took the time to great us and make sure we got what we ordered. It’s really good spot to do a quick stop the food does not take forever to come out. It’s right a cross from authority port bus terminal.
Food was really good, a little bit pricey, but good quality of burgers, chicken tenders and mac&cheese. Also the 2$ beer offer is a plus. Disappointed by the woman at the counter, completely changed attitude when not giving a tip (don’t understand why when there’s no service at all and you grab everything)
Love the sweet potato fries here. Thin, crisp, and satisfyingly sweet at the same time. Had the sour and creamy dipping to complement the fried potato as well as the maple cream dipping that is both sweet and intense. Cannot stop eating. Tried the taco and burgers, all tasted fresh, clean and awesome.
Was craving burgers and fries and Schnipper’s showed up in the search as having both gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for fries. As we entered we were surprised to see a quick service model where you order at the counter and then are given a buzzer to pick up your food when it’s ready. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a Schnipper’s burger with one order of fries. Prices listed on the menu are for the sandwich only, and the fries are sold separately. The gluten free bun had a nice texture and the chicken was pretty tasty. The Schnipper’s sauce was particularly delicious! My partner’s burger was fine, nothing special, although he did enjoy the fries. Overall this was a pretty convenient (relatively fairly priced) place with gluten free options. Would come here again if ever back in NYC.
Tried this place on my way to watching the ball drop for NYE. The staff was nice and the food was good (the burger was slightly on the salty side though). If you go I recommend grabbing a seat as early as possible because it is busy but that didn’t seem to affect wait times for my food.
I was in NYC and got caught in the rain. My friends and were really hungry and Schnippers was close by. The service was really good and I enjoyed the food. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Even though this is a fast casual place they bring the food to your table. The food arrived hot and everything tastes fresh. Also the bathrooms were really clean and smelled like bleach. You need a code to enter. I would definitely eat here again.
Friendly staff and good food for the price. It feels like a pretty good burger shop for the area. If you are looking for a quick bite in Time Square, this is as good a place as any.
Solid burger and fries place with clean and spacious interior. Got the Big Schnipp burger with cheese fries. Although both were nice and good for a quick bite, there was nothing unique about the burger or the fries to write home about. With both beef patties extremely juicy and tender, it was difficult to hold everything together, but definitely worth digging in. They could've done a better job with the veggie portions as I could barely taste the tomato and the onions, but otherwise it was a solid burger. Cheese fries were somewhat similar to animal fries from In N Out without the bacon.
First time trying Schnipper's and it didn't disappoint. I don't eat meat so their options were good. Beyon smash burger double patty was good. Fries and onion rings hot and not to salty. Slaw was good as well had a vinegar bite and it was on point. Mac and cheese little to be desired (is my only reason for not 5 stars). Overall the experience was good.
I came to this restaurant during my first visit to New York. I was excited to try one of the burgers because I had heard a lot about them! The food was super tasty but I’m not sure that the burger was presentable, but again it tasted really good! I got the old fashioned made well done and the side of onion rings which were my favorite! That chipotle ranch dip was so good!! The only drawback for me was the sanitation of the restroom. It was dirty so I was a bit apprehensive on using it. Otherwise I appreciated the social distancing within the restaurant.
5 stars for the gluten free options!!! I am very glad I tried this place. I had the chicken fingers and fries and they were great. The regular burger was well enjoyed and juicy even when cooked “well” Fries are super crispy and tasty. I can see why people like it here. But the NY hospitality is no joke. Staff are down right moody, can’t crack a smile and when you ask them if there is a bathroom they just yell the code at you in a very annoyed crabby down right unwelcome tone. Server is also extremely miserable. I kind of feel really bad for them that they are so unhappy.
Ate there twice- the first one was excellent, took the cheeseburger and cheese fries and it was excellent. Five stars for that. Second time I arrived 30 mins before closing, took the special burger and home fries since they were out of cheese fries. Apparently they were out of ingredients because it came almost naked. When I asked about the toppings they said they were out. Well don't sell it if you can't make it... also the sodas out of the machine was flat. Three stars for that. After all they have good food and good service, just don't go before closing.
My boyfriend ordered the Crispy Heat Chicken sandwich. It definitely was spicy but it was very tasty. I liked how crunchy the chicken was as well. I ordered the creamy mac n cheese, I wouldn't recommend ordering it. It tasted like it came out of the box. It was creamy but not in a good way. Their service is great though, the cashier was super nice and I wasn't expecting our food to be brought out since we were outside and had the thing that alerts you to pick up your food inside. Would like to come back again.
Great food, tons of gluten free options. It was our first stop in NYC. The place was a complete mess though. Garbage all over the floor, bathroom was disgusting. Don’t think I would ever go back because of how dirty the restaurant was.
It is a good place if you need to eat something quickly and they have variety... in case you are looking for something gluten free they have that option. They don't have many tables so you have to wait for one to become vacant. The service is fast. I thought the salad was a good size. The service is fast and good and they give you some recommendations if you are not sure about your order.
Friendly staff who welcomed us and took our order explain the items. She asked how I would like my burger done. The burger was juicy and tasted great. The buffalo sandwich was spicy as tasted great and quite filling. Quick service The restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy and well lit. Enjoyed our meal here
Pretty good food! Burger was very tasty and the fries were cooked just right. The Bros chicken club was the star. Great flavor, soft ciabatta bread and perfectly crisp bacon. Atmosphere felt a bit touristy but it is what it is.
Food is just ok. The best being their beef. Otherwise regulase burgers slightly over priced. I had a decent meal but I wouldn’t go back. I wanted to try something truly “New Yorker” but it kinda disappointed. Huge place basically empty at 16:30 whilst there was a HUGE queue to enter in other restaurants in the neighbourhood. If you go you’ll be ok and satisfied. Perhaps it is the right option when everything else is closed.
Billie was amazing and very pleasant and helpful. The food came out quickly. Cheeseburger came out at correct temp. The bread was not my fav. Also ordered the sloppy fries. They were ok at best. The inexpensive liquid cheese was not for me. Also portion for 10 was small since it ls about double the cost of other options. I saw a gentleman w reg fries in a cup. Portion looked much better for price. My seat was dirty but easily wiped off. Water was free which ofc I like. My total was 21.05 w tax.
Pretty good food. Much better than it used to be. The restaurant itself has also been renovated and look much better with more comfortable seating arrangements. The fountain sodas only come in one size and is self serve with free refills. They also have cups for water and a self serve station for that too.
Great fast food! I enjoyed my first time visiting here. My chicken tenders were flavorful and so were my fries. I did not find the food pricey but fountain drink was $4! I wish the location had charging areas. I think they will get more patrons because the ambience is great and there is so much sitting but it is not often occupied. The staff are great at what they do and I will recommend this location for a variety of fast food that is served in a much more comfortable atmosphere.
Standard counter order and cook to order place serving american foods with a bit of flare. Nothing extremely memorable but all good tasting and cooked well. In and out fairly quickly. But no line at the ordering cashier so if a line, unknown on the experience.
The sandwich was great but i couldn’t finish the slaw, it started to upset my stomach. They offered a stuffed chocolate chip cookie/cookies and cream and i asked what was it stuffed with and the cashier said it was on the cookie and i said, yea but is it cookie stuffed with cookies n creme or is it a cookies n cream stuffed cookie. She repeated herself and i repeated myself and she took the cookie out of my hand and read it out loud. So i repeated myself again and she shrugged and said cookies n cream who which gave me the impression she was not sure. So i said so you warm them up and she shrugged again and said we don’t do that here. Needless to say, selecting “no tip” was an easy decision.
A solid fast casual option if you’re looking for a step above a fast food joint but don’t have the time or money to spend on an elaborate sit-down meal. We stopped here before a matinée show, and it was a great pre-show choice. We were in and out of there within 45 minutes. My impossible burger and fries were fresh and satisfying. I loved the texture of the fries. My mom’s sloppy joe mac and cheese was the perfect comfort food.
Went for a late launch on Monday. We tried the cheese burger, sloppy fries, checkin fingers, sweet potato fries, and grilled corn. The food was nice for the price and I’m glad I tried it since I heard so much about it. I might come back for a quick bite when it’s nearby, but I wouldn’t crave it. Good service though.
Super creamy Mac and Cheese is really good! Very tasty and creamy, and it is served piping hot. We also got the Schnipper’s classic burger set, which comes with the fries and drinks. Overall, a great fast food choice, though the portion size may be a bit small. Place was super clean as well, with a lot of seating available. Staff was super friendly and helpful too! Great experience here

Tuna melt is my go to. A little overpriced but it's located in Times Square. I ordered fries from there a few times always stale. Everything else is great.

Popped in for drinks, on the go. Efficient service, $10 for a soda and a seltzer. Sat outside, needs a clean up, been invaded by the giant black moths inhabiting midtown whilst we were there.

Above average fast casual. Great sweet potato fries. Good food options - burger, tenders, salad, milkshakes. Would recommend if you are in the area and want to sit and relax.

Visited here during our trip to NYC where we were needing some fast food in between activities! Was great to find delicious food on the go. The chicken tenders were full of flavour and portion size…
Got takeout for lunch on a not-so-busy afternoon. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly - they just went about their work, but with service on the slow side. The sandwich and the crispy chicken was tasty, but could've included more bacon. The bread was a bit hard to chew on. All in all, just okay.
Food was pretty good. Better than a lot of other places for chicken fingers and Buffalo chicken sandwiches. Worth a visit if you have time and not too concerned about waiting for food. Staff was friendly. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with no blue cheese and there was blue cheese in it. Scrapped it off and I ate it. Still taste it but oh well. My nieces food came 25 mins after my family’s food even though they ordered before us. My wife ordered the exact same thing they ordered so there was no reason to be that late. Went to the counter and asked. They said it should be up soon but nothing for about 5-10 minutes so went up and waited another 5 mins by the counter. Their order wasn’t even the next ones up. Looks like they only made ours because I was there. Unorganized. They just seem to put tickets where ever and make it as it comes out. Another customer had another issue with their food too while I was up there so I wasn’t a one off. Good food, just terrible execution.
3.7 Great fast casual alternative and generally pretty reasonably priced for the area. The tendies were juicy and flavorful. I really enjoyed them. The Mac n cheese was good, not great. Do-able. I would love to try it fresh and hot! The fish sandi special was quality, and they followed instructions, no tartar add buffalo. Fresh crunchy pickles really brought it together with the nice fry on the fish. The bun choice is kind of, eehhhh. Heavy and seeded hamburger bun should be a lighter brioche, but a tasty piece of fish indeed.
Just DON'T order a turkey 🦃 burger! It has the worst texture! It falls apart like raw ground meat. I am so sorry but it was disgusting! It needs egg or something to hold it together. Otherwise it feels like eating room temperature ground raw meat. The Pickled onions had no flavor. I should have added hot sauce to the whole thing. The corn esquites on the other hand were delicious! Great grilled char on them and well seasoned. They should have added a dollop of mayo on them. The space is spacious and spotlessly clean.
$40-50 including 18% tip ....We got 2 drinks and 2 hotdogs from here literally a hot dog in a bun, that is all no toppings, we asked for grilled onions (got a few little pieces of chopped raw red onion? Which my partner hated) 🙄 The hotdog it's self was a nice beef hotdog. Nothing special and not exactly what we ordered so 3 stars for that. The service was mediocre, clearly did not listen or just didn't want to do the extra work of cooking some onions so once again 3 stars. The venue is nice spacious and clean so 5/5 for that. Probably wouldn't come back though, there is better around that local area.
The burger was good, however my wife was very excited for the chicken fingers, which are gluten free. Being from the UK we had not seen GF fried chicken, however this was the blandest food we have had. Perhaps this is why GF fried chicken is rare. Chips and shakes were very good
First time trying this place, it was pretty expensive for what it was in our opinion.. the chicken tenders were kind of hard, not very satisfying crunch by any means, the cheese fries were pretty basic I was surprised the cheese sauce was a lot like Taco Bell’s .. my sister really enjoyed the chili bbq chicken, said it hit the spot, but personally the chicken felt dried out to me. This measly meal pictured was over 60 bucks! The onion rings were pretty good, I think we enjoyed those the most!I wouldn’t really come here again especially given the prices.. I feel like McDonald’s is way better
Maybe because I just came in 40 minutes before closing.\nThe menu had a nice variety from healthy salads to French fries. \nI was greeted with a smile the ambiance was a lil cafeteria like but nice…
I’m not saying the food isn’t good but the quality and the amount of food for the price is not worth it. I spent almost $40 for these three items. They had a sign saying they had to raise the price by $2 but even still $12 for 6 small wings and $9 for sloppy fries and the Caesar sauce doesn’t even taste like Caesar and for $16 dollars honestly these prices and the amount of food are not going to make me return.
My son begged me to go here after his surgery.. Today he was well enough to go to city and try your food. WHAT AN EXTREME EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. Ordered fried buffalo chicken sandwich which was neither crispy nor hot. Bun was soggy from the slaw and blue cheese it was not toasted at all. The cheese fries were really baby sized and for $5.50 ridiculously overpriced for the amount served in a little cup. Needless to say we were disappointed and still hungry. I feel bad that my son did not enjoy his first meal out but luckily there was a Wendy’s a block away and their spicy chicken sandwich was way more flavorful and he enjoyed it. Two stars for the friendly helpful staff. .
Went to this restaurant with a group of like 18 people, this place was truthfully so expensive almost $20 per person, the burger was honestly dry as hell and the fries had literally no flavor. The portions were okay i guess, the Mac and Joe (seen next to the ketchup bottle) was literally $12 for that… The employee handling our food was very nice to i added a star for him but literally over all this food wasn’t great and its way too overpriced for a mediocre meal. The sign was also a lie, food did NOT comfort me, it was more like a dry slap in my face.
Lesson learned: don’t order a salad at a burger place. Mine was drenched in dressing—like someone accidentally emptied half a bottle on it. If you do get a salad, definitely ask for dressing on the side. I even tried to ask for extra lettuce to balance it out, but the staff didn’t understand and couldn’t help. To their credit, the ingredients were fresh, but the whole thing was inedible. I didn’t want to make a fuss asking for a refund, so I just picked out the chickpeas and tomatoes and called it a day.
i ordered 2 milkshakes and the kiosk says to take a buzzer.. I took a buzzer and 20+ minutes later I ask where my milkshakes are and they tell me they don't use buzzers for milkshakes. why suggest th…

Bad food, stale bread, dry burgers, understaffed. Waste of time and money. Very overpriced as well
Bad service, bad burgers! My husband ordered a burger, medium well. The burger came out medium rare to rare. My husband took the burger back up to the counter and the guy behind the counter argued with him before finally taking the burger back and making a new one. There are far better places to eat in midtown, I would recommend trying something else.
I’m giving a low review because management decided to increase prices dramatically without updating the menu on the wall. Inflation is a thing, but if you’re not willing to spend the money to change your menu wall, don’t ask us to spend random amounts of extra money. Staff was very helpful and refunded me.
I've been coming here since it opened and the quality of service has gone down a lot. We walked in and instead of the usual greeting, we got nothing. Only 2 female employees chatting with each other not acknowledging 2 customers walked in. So, we ordered from the kiosk. While we are trying to figure how to use it, more customers walk in and the get their orders taken by the girls who ignored us. Also, what is up with the smaller plates? Our burgers barely fit on here. Food still good. Service sucks!
Beware…be prepared if you order medium rare for your burger, take a look at my pictures. When I bit into the center of my burger, it was cold and raw. Ticket even says medium. We took it to the grill manager, I guess, and they said this is the way it was supposed to be. I’m not eating raw hamburger which the reason I even questioned it was the taste. I like rare steak but rare hamburger taste nasty. What a disappointment! Not really more I can say, but beware! I had to argue with the manager to even get them to give me a new burger, but she declares that is the way medium rare is supposed to be, oh yeah ticket does say medium.
