(The General Manager made things good) The Manager was horrible and rude! If I would have been treated like a worthy customer, my pizza wouldn't have gotten cold...but good. I don't like the fact when you call corporate it tells you to address your issues with the store directly or go online. I will be addressing my issue with the manager online somehow.

Ordered on the app and the pizza was correct and fast and tasted delicious till we pulled a 5 inch long hair out of the cheese. Definitely wasn’t long enough to come off either of us :/

It's hit and miss with them. Literally, every other time we go there, they get our order incorrect, and it's frustrating. They are normally pretty good about making it right by us, so I'm not complaining too much, but just double-check your orders before leaving the store.

I ordered a pan pizza and parmesan bread bites and the pizza was very good but the bread bites were dry and flavorless. It looked like someone just forgot to put the butter and cheese on them, so they were just tough, dry balls of dough... Not appetizing at all.

I got a cheese pizza (M), A Pepperoni Pizza (m), Alfredo, Pepperoni stuffed bread, and some other little stuff. My Pepperoni pizza had no sauce on parts of it and was extremely dry. Everything else was good for the most part

There were a grand total of 19 penne noodles in the pasta. Love dominos, but the pasta didn’t even fill the entirety of the pan it was in. Very disappointed in this one.

Easy to order online. Got delivery and driver gave our food to someone else. Had to wait for order to be cooked again and redelivered. Waited 45 minutes for redelivery. Called store manager said oh sorry. Never offered a free 2 liter, couple $ off, or even a free sauce. Won't order again. I never got rude or asked for anything. But the offer would of been a nice gesture.

Came here Saturday on my way back home from Ann arbor, ordered an hour ahead of time for pick-up. I ordered 2 Brooklyn style pizzas and 1 of them was completely wrong. I didn't notice until 20 minutes down the road. Disappointed but the pizza was still good

I got a large pizza last week and it was as thin as a cracker. The cheese was dry and it had little to no sauce. It was a 2-topping so I was really dissapointed that I paid for that and had a really dry, cracker like pizza that I ordered to carryout and picked up even earlier than the estimated time. If I am getting there early, and the pizza was already ready and it was that dry, I'm guessing they gave me an old pizza. I already wasn't the biggest dominoes person but I don't think I'll go back.

If I could give a half star I would. Ordered large pizza with extra sauce,cheese, and ham and they give us this dry pizza with barely anything on it. Then tell us they not refunding or doing anything about it. Like what the hell is this. Smfh I will never return to this place and do not recommend

I was trying to order the unlimited toppings for $9.99 on line but I couldn’t find it. So, I called them for help and the response was “That’s only on line. I said, “I know that, but I need help.” He told me that he couldn’t help me and didn’t know what to tell me!!!!

I ordered from dominos through DoorDash yesterday and most of the order wasn’t edible. The pizza was partially cooked and covered in grease, the bread was greasy as well, I had two pieces and ended up biting into something really hard. I picked through the food, I still have no clue what I bit into but everything went uneaten. I called and was told the order couldn’t be made right because it was ordered through DoorDash. I’ve been having stomach pain ever since I ate the small amount of dominos that I did. I dont recommend eating at the location on SW Capital, to anyone.

Ordered at 5:30pm got my food at 6:30 it came cold, hard, and over cooked. The cheese bread has no cheese in it and barely any on top its also hard as a rock. my pizza was cold and stale? I do not understand how that could happen If it was made fresh. I paid 25.17$ for this food and it was worth not even 5$.I would like a refund but I'm pretty sure I'm not getting one.

Horrible! Food was wrong, Food was cold, undercooked. Rude staff, the main number left me on hold 2 hrs. Never got my money back and never got the correct order.

Got my order wrong, pizza didn't look appealing. Called to let them know that order was wrong. Didn't hear from them as they were closing. Woke up I'm the morning 2nd pizza was all over yard animals got into it. Driver never called and never went to the back door as instructed. Called as they opened and wanted a refund manager said he couldn't do it. If I had 2 more hands I would give them a 4 thumbs down!

Every single time I order from here it's either not done, cold, or messed up. This is not is not healthy at all to just be eating raw dough!!! How disgusting!! I only ordered from here bcuz everything else was closed. I can get better pizza at vanhorns!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! All I'm gonna get is a store credit..like I really want to order from here again??!! Just want my money back. All of it. If I get sick from this AGAIN I will file a complaint and call the health inspector..let's see if he would eat this pizza!!. My dog won't even eat this pizza!! Thanks for the little taste of apples y'all.

I am very disappointed in my visit at Domino’s today 10/19/21 I ordered about $55 worth of food half of it was like it should be I ordered baked apples and cinnamon bread that tasted really good and so did my small pizza but my extra large all meat pizza was very disappointing along with my chicken wings… my extra large pizza had very little sauce along with sauce missing from certain spots and I feel that for a all meat pizza it had very light meat on it. We did a review on 10/08/21 and we was highly satisfied on that date whoever was in the kitchen that night around 12am did a very good job it was above and beyond but today whoever prepared my food either didn’t care or just doesn’t have experience in making pizza I just get sad when I spend about $60 on something that just isn’t good.

My food sat in the store for 41 minutes before being delivered to my house. I was so excited to try this new Dominos only to be extremely disappointed. My food was cold and the cheese rubbery. Plus the sauce tastes funny. I was missing cinnamon twists. I will not be going back even though I was given a free pizza for the poor service.
