It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of eating at a DQ restaurant. This last time, I got a superb chicken salad, and the rest of the family were highly satisfied. It is true that the blizzards can be served upside down without a mess, provided that there hasn't been melt time. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was great for having a loud family conversation. Expect some noise, but it's worth it!

This location has all the hots and cold treats. Love the char broiled burgers and who doesn't like the blizzards. I wish they put more in their blizzards. They used to fill it up with toppings. Now you get half and charged for one spoon of extra stuff. I do appreciate their friendly service and normally the fries are fresh.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and order two chili dogs and a small strawberry shake for a total of about $12 Fold around to the window and pick them up no one even saying a word not even thank you 20 mi down the road I pull over to eat my chili dogs and I have hot dogs with mustard on them Too far away to go back

Went into the Three Rivers DQ Saturday night to get a chicken strip salad alittle after 8pm. Drove home, put away my groceries and sat down to eat. The lettuce was very soft and wilted, I picked through it with my fingers and found brown lettuce and even the big lettuce core was in my salad and was soft and going bad. The store was about to close and the roads were slippery as it’s the middle of winter so I figured I’d bring in my receipt the next day. I was told by the manager I should have called that night, grabbed my salad from the trash and brought it back in immediately. The manager could care less. I was hoping I could go back in and that they would make it right. I spent $8 on food that went in the trash.

Ordered a strawberry sundae. Got 3 bites in just to find something hard in my mouth. Take it out to find out it's a plastic tack. Call to tell them about it. All they say is bring it back we'll make you another. They were not one bit concerned that I found a tack in the sundae.......

Ordered a Heath and a Reese’s blizzard, different sizes, they gave us two reese’s by accident and we didn’t realize it wasn’t heath until the person who is allergic to peanuts ate it. I called to let them know about this mistake, so they could be extra careful in the future, and they said “sorry about that” and immediately hung up. My family has enjoyed summer upon summer of dairy queen ice cream for years. but sadly not anymore after that!

They were supposed to stay open until 9 pm but they locked the doors at 8:45 pm and had 2 customers in the store at the time. Maybe you should change the hours to 8:45 pm

This location has extremely cheap owners. They skimp on everything. If you ask for extra, they'll charge you and give you the regular amount. I've never had a place ask me if my dog was in the car with me when I ask for a pup cup. Who is out there scamming restaurants of 10 cents worth of soft serve vanilla? This place is so cheap
