Boudain egg rolls were hot and fresh! Make sure you ask sauce!! Chicken was good...sides are too small though! I have the 4 piece Feast meal with collars greens. I also had the red Kool-Aid but the Waco location was much better...this was the Old Humble Road location.

We seen this place on YouTube and I'm glad we were finally able to come! Everything was so fresh and good 😋. The peach cobbler is what stole the show because it was the best one I have ever tasted just the right sweetness! Their customer service was also very great and made us feel welcomed.

By far one of the best chicken tenders and pieces I have had. The batter is amazing and not comparable to the fast food chicken places. Happy to support a local business especially with how great the food is. It was steaming hot arriving to me! You have made a regular out of me thank you and we’ll be back for more!

If you ask and pay for wings only they give you what they want you to have so be sure to check your items before you leave. They are so expensive in price.

The food is good. Very well seasoned chicken and the greens are always hot and taste fresh. My food always comes out hot and my order is always correct. The staff is usually friendly and always helpful. I enjoy ordering fry seasoning on top of my greens for an extra kick. Easily better than the other big chicken competitor's. If you want real southern Louisiana style chicken this is the place to go.

Food was good but the wait in the drive-thru was horrible. I waited for 35+ minutes. I know next-time to go inside or have plenty of patience.

The dine in option is unavailable whether due to covid, or lack of employee is unclear. The service was slow but the food was good! The chicken was crispy and had good seasoning but the mashed potatoes and fries were nothing to call home about. No sauces were offered or included and as this was first time to go, so unsure if this is typical or not. We also didn't ask so maybe here you need to? The portions on chicken strip were generous and the 5 strip box was roughly $10 with tax.

Went there today on my way home from work and ordered $41.70 worth of food. I live approximately 27 miles from this location but i trusted it because of previous experiences but when i got home my green& dirty rice were bad the chicken & fish was fried in old grease. So i had to result in throwing the food away and cooking something quick for my family. When i called to speak with a manager to let her know the situation she said i had to drive 27 miles back to that location tonight in order to get a refund or them to remake the order. Even after explaining that I lived far and could come tomorrow but not tonight she manager firmly stated that I had to come tonight 11/07/19 or not at all. One thing I know is customers service! I was willing to go back and even bring the food that we ordered but not tonight. I am tired from the long day at work but this was unexceptable. I refuse to get food positioning from eating bad rancid greens and rice and food fried in old grease. Then if its bad when i came earlier do you think I trust it will be good an hour or so later. I refuse to spend my money on a place that is okay with selling their customers bad food with no regard in trying to rectify the situation. This is very disheartening!

This is not Frenchys! Taste not the same. Wings are tiny. Not ran by the right people that should be cooking Frenchys chicken either! They're not friendly and hardly understand english! I got a refund! I won't be back!

Really!! What is this? If i want bland, tasteless chicken, fries and red beans and rice i would have cooked it myself!! Even the peppers are bad. Can't believe i spent 60 bucks for this food through door dash! Feel like this is a major rip off from Door dash but especially from Frenchy's...... Please hire a new chief or train your crew to follow directions but whatever you do please do something cause this food is horrible. Thought something was wrong with my taste buds. Zero salt, zero seasoning on fries, rice or even the freaking chicken!!! Man!! What a waste of money!! Never again, Never!!

Ordered online get to the restaurant to pick up cashier tells me they dont use online ordering at this location, but yet yall website allowed me to order at this location! Then told me she didnt know what was going on or how I go about getting my money back! Just wow

This was my first time back to the Frenchy's franchise after boycotting them 14 yrs ago for bad service "not this location" The first two times I visited this location the food was good. The third time they messed up my order, I asked for a three piece meal with fries and dirty rice. They failed to give me the dirty rice. When I went in to get my rice. The clerk told me, your receipt says you ordered extra french fries. I said no, I ordered dirty rice. Fun fact, they didn't give me extra fries either. Fast forward to 1/30/2024 at 8pm. From the time that I entered the drive thru until I got my order was roughly 30Min. I placed my order at the speaker, and the person read my order back wrong. I repeated the order and she read it back correctly. When I got to the window, she read the order back completely wrong again, so I told her for the third time. When I got my order, it had the wrong pieces of chicken, the wrong dessert and the drink wasn't full. When I went in, this ridiculous excuse for an employee asked me "did you touch the chicken", when I told her my order was wrong. I said yes, I had to check my order. She then proceeds to get some tongs, dig the wrong piece out of my box and then put the correct piece in. She then threw the other piece in the trash. So I spend 30min in your drive thru, your employees totally screw up my order. You are so bent on not giving anything extra, you would rather throw food away then let the customer have it as a consolation for being a totally inept employee. The whole time she's looking at me like i'm trying to scam them out of their raggedy chicken. My question is, if I told her I didn't touch the chicken. Was she going to put it back on the warmer? Good god, I've never seen employees this incompetent. This location has ruined it for the entire franchise as far as I'm concerned, they don't have to worry about me ever visiting any of their other locations. Ban back on!
