Super fresh chicken tendies and a reasonable price for all the food that comes with it! I got the three piece tender box. This was only my second time coming to Raising Cane's but I've loved the food and the service both times!

It was my first time doing a mobile order for curbside pickup. Soon as I placed the order I pulled into the parking spot. 4 minutes later my food was out—hot and fresh. The young lady who brought my order had a beautiful spirit. She greeted me with a big smile by name. Then asked, “Did I pronounce it correctly?” She did, by the way. The greeting, the timeliness, & the food was very impressive. I highly recommend doing a mobile order.

Went to the drive through. Ordered a Box Combo (4 piece meal). All the employees were extremely friendly, and when I arrived home the meal was still hot. The chicken was juicy and tender. Don't forget to pick up an extra sauce!

The food is always great along with service. Being a fast food restaurant, sometimes in the busier hours the tables can be dirty. If you ask to have one cleaned they will promptly. The atmosphere is great and the history of the city on the walls is phenomenal.

It's chicken fingers and they are good. Staff is generally nice and they are pretty fast for how busy they get at times. They do get very busy, so if you're in a hurry, probably try to avoid rush hours. Checking in with the app is hit or miss, sometimes they come out quickly, other times not so much. One time they literally came out as soon as I parked, another time we waited 20 minutes. They are typically pretty good about it though. The food is consistently good and we eat here pretty often and will continue.

I've been several times to this location, and they are amazing. However lately as of May 2025 the drive thru has been very slow. Whether you're ordering in the drive thru, online, or in person the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was going to be late for pick up one evening, so I called and explained the situation. They were nice enough to make it fresh when I arrived.

My wife and I werent really that impressed with this place. It was our first time eating here and there just wasn't enough options for meals. The fries had no seasoning or salt. They didn't have barbecue sauce and their "Boss Sauce" tasted to mayonnaissey. The chicken was good, I will give them that.

The place is not what is used to be. Upon walking in, instead of the greeting or a mere acknowledgment of being in the building wanting to place an order; NONE of the employees would stop from being on their phone or conversing with one another, walking towards the back.. avoiding taking an order. No employee was motivated to push a few buttons to collect an order. Then the employee “Jason” came from the back collected my order. The coleslaw smelt like no other CANES coleslaw (the photo does not due justice) I went in and requested a toast to replace the coleslaw, Jason was kind enough to replace it, along with smirking with his coworker. On the outside TABLES trash and spilt dried soda was a common theme for this location. The chicken was PERFECT , hence the TWO STARS. All in all consumer beware!! if you really want the canes.. and don’t care about service or atmosphere… this is your place for just the CHICKEN… yes, the employees are teenagers.. THEY ARE THE STAFF ALSO A REFLECTION OF CANES.. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

This location was amazing when it first opened. Sadly since then it has fallen down hill. If you’re visiting the drive through , the Line is always out of the drive way blocking on going traffic from shopping areas. This could be avoided if they had both lines open but have yet to see the right lane open in MONTHS. The consistency in the food is always 📉. For the chicken, the bread coating is always super soft even after ordering it extra crispy. The fries cold and soggy again consistency is always off . One day the fries are great ,then the next they’re the worst . The canes sauce is either to peppery or not enough. This location went from amazing to at the bottom of the list of the fast food chains in this area.

I'm disappointed by the lack of flavor and the chicken strips being cut in half while still charging the same price. Every strip tasted like it was wrapped in wax paper before frying and there was a weird papery piece on every strip that I had to discard. Every strip was chewy. The fries were undercooked and stale. The garlic toast was old and stale.

I requested chicken to be extra crispy. When we went to pay we asked again and the cashier said yes extra crispy. I get my food and NOT CRISPY AT ALL. I take it back and was remade and was even worse than the first time. I even showed the cashier and he noticed it wasn’t even cooked all the way. I finally get it remade and still wasn’t crispy. The bread was only toasted on one side and I didn’t get ketchup nor the hot sauce that was on the bag at first. Chicken didn’t have any flavor. The young lady that gave me the food looked annoyed. Sorry but I requested since I placed the order. Definitely not coming back!

Got there pretty soon after opening. First car through probably. Placed order then after sitting a while was asked to pull up so they could help the guest behind me. I asked how long was it going to take the cashier said we just put the chicken in because we just opened. Again I asked well how long does that normally take and was told not too long and again asked to pull up. I'm waiting and waiting. A worker finally comes out I immediately check my food and there is a hair in it. I didn't think to take a pic because I'm mad at this point. Wasted all my time . I park go in to inform them and request a refund because at this point I'm over it. One worker tried to explain to me that she only has blonde hair and she was the only one who handled the food. Then she's looking at me. I'm thinking what do I have to gain from planting a hair!?!?!? The manager that processed my refund was very professional and nice. He let me keep the drink. Although I wasn't even given a straw the whole time I had to wait. Even my drink lid had specs of orange soda or something on top. I was kind of hesitant to even drink it.

The worst one I've been to. The strips have no taste at all and are the smallest. They also barely give fries. Unfortunately this location is the closest to me. I'm positive they don't make as much money as the others locations do.

I've been trying to reply to canes feedback of my review. I followed everything from canes my feed back review 3 times. I uploaded pictures of the receipt with dates and times. As soon as I do it, everything is deleted.

Never thought I would give Cane's a bad review. I love Cane's so much but this location not so much. I bought an order with a 3 piece and a box combo through the drive through. When I got home it smelled like smoke/burnt smell. Chicken was not burnt but it smelled burnt and had a burnt smoke flavor. Called it in they said they recently cleaned it and were kind enough to ask me to come back and said they'll make it right. Went to the restaurant they gave 2x three piece instead of the 3 piece and the box combo. When I get home the chicken still smells like burnt smoke. The taste was a bit better. I ended up eating with because I was too hungry and tired. I'll probably avoid this location as much as possible.

This was one of the rudest Cane’s experience I’ve had. I felt extremely frustrated, rushed and uncomfortable when engaging with staff. Food portion for substituting is a joke. Nasty nice was present and customer service was very absent. Seems like they’ll hire anybody and put anybody in management position.

been on multiple occasions and a worker named “Laura” is very rude and her attitude is NASTY. i asked how long a wait would be and then requested to just remove it off the tab. she immediately caught an attitude and stalled on returning it as well as talking bad to her coworkers

Ordered curbside waited 10 minutes past the promised time to go inside to find my order sitting on the counter. Drive around the corner to eat and my food is cold, got the wrong drink, the chicken wasn’t cooked good and the tendons should’ve been removed. Worst experience!

Most of the managers and crew here are awesome friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Unfortunately, my experience with manager Zachary Schwartz was disappointing. His approach felt unprofessional and lacked the leadership I expect in that role. I truly hope he works on his communication and leadership skills, because the rest of the team does a great job and deserves strong leadership.

Sorry but Store Manager has “F” grade! Keeping surroundings clean is part of the responsibilities. I wish I can attach pictures of how dirty the entrance is as well than the outside eating area. It does need a really deep pressure washer with heavy chemicals to remove all that dirt.

am writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment I received at your location on September 22nd, at approximately 11:45 PM. After working a 14-hour shift—on my birthday, no less—I stopped by to order food. Unfortunately, my card did not process correctly, despite having more than $2,000 in my account. The cashier was very kind, apologetic, and empathetic, and even mentioned there seemed to be an issue with the machine. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and compassion. However, when I requested to speak with a manager, I was shocked and hurt by the response. I overheard the manager, Lilly, say she was “busy” and refuse to come speak with me, despite the cashier asking her four separate times. As someone who has been a manager for 17 years, I know firsthand that no matter how busy you may be, it is part of the responsibility of leadership to address a customer’s concern—whether the answer is “yes” or “no.” All I wanted to ask was if I could step out to the ATM and return for my food before closing. Instead, I was dismissed, ignored, and left feeling mistreated and disrespected. This is not acceptable behavior from someone in a leadership role. A manager should lead by example, and unfortunately, in this situation, that standard was not met. Once again, I want to commend the cashier for their empathy and professionalism in the situation. They made an effort to de-escalate my frustration, and that deserves recognition. I am requesting that I be contacted regarding this matter. I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure no other customer experiences this type of disregard. Sincerely, A manager of 17years

I don’t really like sending my food back my fries were barely warm. So I kindly asked if I could have fresh fries instead. I don’t know where the miscommunication came of wanting “extra crispy chicken” and everything “new”. I only asked if I could have the fresh fries. So I sit at the little chairs and wait for about 5 minutes. (I didn’t know how long it would take) nobody told me anything. The lady had grabbed my original food order and walked off. So I assume it was going to be a quick swap? But no. The lady in the back with a cap and black hair ponytail, was talking bad about me wanting a “whole new order.” I honestly don’t know what she was thinking. I’m up front listening. 7 orders later, my food comes out. Hot and I’m great full for that but, I didn’t ask for the attitude and bad talk. I’m glad I’m only visiting here and know TO NOT come back.

I’ve tried this location twice and with both experiences my tenders and fries were full of grease. Tenders and fries were just soggy. Please take the time to DRAIN your products properly! Picture shows how much grease I pressed from the tenders….I think I’ll just stay visiting the Kingwood location instead. The food is prepared perfectly over there.

I usually never have issues at this location but on February 6th I came here to get some food and ran into an issue while going through the drive thru. First off they were slammed pack and a majority of the staff did not know what they were doing along with handing out incorrect orders. Secondly their cone placements in the drive thru were not properly placed as usual which resulted in one catching onto my back tire and scratched my vehicle when I was turning to get my food. I went inside to report the incident to them and they took weeks to finally respond back claiming they’re not responsible for it and that I intentionally hit the cone. Instead of taking responsibility for their inconsistent staff that night they instead loss a customer who’s been coming to this location since they opened.

I have eaten at this location many times, but tonight I had a problem getting anyone to wait on me at the counter. I had a number of employees look at me standing there, but I left after no one would even speak to me.

Terrible customer service. We have never been charged extra for Lemonade refill. Jackie, the manager, had horrible customer service in address this manner. Rolled her eyes and just walked away when addressing the complaint. Will never be back and will make sure to pass this on to corporate.

I placed my order inside of the restaurant and paid with cash. The cashier gave me my cups for the drinks and gave me 2 lemonades I requested. I went to fill the drinks and learned my daughter wanted lemonade as well. When I returned to the counter, there was a different person there who tried to charge me for a refill, when I informed her that it wasn’t, she asked for my receipt and because to be nasty for no reason. She said I wasn’t charged for a lemonade and I needed to pay 22 cents for it. I handed her a quarter and said informed her how I didn’t appreciate how she was making me feel behind something so small. She tossed a nickel on the counter and went to get my lemonade. I asked for my change and she pointed at it. I told her, “I gave it to you in your hands and I expect the same respect in return.” She took it off the counter and put it on top of my drink and walked off. I asked for the manager and a lady came from the back. I told the manager, and she said ok I will talk to her. Did not apologize or seem like it was an issue with the way I was treated. While I was speaking with the manager, I noticed another customer requesting the same thing but ethnicity was different from mine receive different treatment. I asked the manager for her name and the rude lady’s name and was told “per Canes policy, they are not allowed to give out their names.” I then asked for a refund and informed them I did not want to eat at any establishment treating me in this way. Initially, she went to the register and was processing it, but then told me she could not because the person who took my order was gone. She said I would need to call customer service to get a refund. I informed her that this is theft, I gave them my money and did not receive anything and she went to the back and got on the phone. The manager then came back to the front and said “per Canes policy, they are not allowed to give refunds, they must go through customer service.” I called the police and informed them of what was going on. Before the police arrived, the “General Manager” came and did not say anything to me. I only learned of who he was once the police had arrived. The police officers took made a report and gave me a incident report card to document this incident and informed me that the store told them the same thing and they can not force them to give me my money back. My family left canes without my money and no food. This is the first time I had ever experienced something like this in my life. I want a full refund of my money and plan on escalating this issue legally, if this matter is not addressed in a reasonable amount of time.
